My personal injury case was handled with Mike Cecere a trial lawyer with 20 years experience. His ability was what I had hoped for..
There are a very small percent of trial lawyers to achieve being board certified that was impressive.
He took depositions from employees and witness .
With the witness the sworn statement was not enough ..he then went and traveled to another state to take the deposition.
He told me he finds them and travels when they have moved and
had made contact in this case to get an employer to allow use of a room at end of the work day.
Very impressive guy .. he took time to always call back or email in trial when he wouid be in the office to talk. The office was always available to meet . The office staff is excellent.
In a few words found his experience showed , was in good hands and he was to handling the case himself , the insurance co. knew he was a personal injury attorney that went to court ..that was also great.

I hired Monal, and over a two year period she charged me and has made absolutely no progress. I paid her $1500+ up front to handle some business. Over the two years she has been very difficult to get ahold of, and not responsive to the majority of my attempts to contact her. Multiple times over the past couple years I have contacted her, and she would always be on vacation.
Two years later she has made absolutely NO progress on my case, and I only seem to hear from her once every 6 months, despite my reaching out to her. Plus, each time she contacts me back, she acts helpless as if there is nothing she can do to help me. I contacted her numerous times two months ago, and I have yet to hear from her. I am pretty sure I will not be seeing my money back from her either.
If you are looking for a lawyer who will work with you instead of against you, I DO NOT recommend this firm.
