I hired Todd for a very serious charge pertaining to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. This was a Felony matter and the possibility of an extend jail sentence was real and highly probable. From the first visit with him in Oakland county Jail he was honest and upfront with me on what he felt he could bring to the table. I couldn’t be happier with his services from the day of retention all the way through to sentencing. He was always very responsive and fought hard against the prosecutor when they tried to make a case for a harsher punishment. Todd was also very fairly priced for the experience and knowledge of the Judges and Prosecutors in Oakland county. I truly believe he got me the best possible outcome in a situation that could have turned out very ugly. Great guy and a great lawyer – worth every penny!!

I came to Noah in need of having a license agreement reviewed. He was very thorough in his review and was able to communicate his suggested revisions in a clear manner. He made sure I had a good understanding of each section of the contract while pointing out the contract's strengths and weaknesses (and how to address those weaknesses). I'm a patent holder of over 20 patents and have signed many licensing agreements in my career with or without patents. I've been licensing product ideas for over 30 years and so of course, I have worked with many different licensing attorneys during that time.

Farris was available ASAP when my lawyer withdrew counsel. Not only did he make sure I felt comfortable through the entire process of being pulled over for a DUI, he was also available 7 days a week to talk about concerns of mine.

Farris stopped the slaughter and slander of me that was happening in the media! Farris made the media take a second look at the lies that they had been fed, and that were being used to slander me and make it impossible for me to get a fair trial!

We had been trying to collect from a customer for almost two years with out any results. After contacting Mr. Lubyansky and telling him our situation he asked if we were prepared to go to court if we needed to. We said if that is what it will take, then yes. Mr. Lubyansky contacted our customer on our behalf and was able to negotiate a deal that would get us paid over an 8 month time, with the customer accepting penalties if he defaulted from the contract.
We will continue to use his legal services when needed, and I would recommend him 100%.

Represented me for two criminal misdemeanor charges involving weapons. Was able to get a charge reduced and the other dismissed. At sentencing, he was able to cut my probation time in half and get some of the other conditions of probation reduced. Was friendly yet stern and very helpful. In 2010 I was in an accident in a store that is owned by a large corporation. . Before my wife and I were able to leave for the ER at the Hospital the Management at the store insisted that I fill out their injury forms.
They offered to call an ambulance, but I was taken to the Emergency Room by my wife instead of waiting longer for an ambulance.
The accident caused new injury to my cervical area and reinjured a previous Cervical Fusion that I had in 2001.
The ER took X-rays and said to see my Orthopedic Spinal Surgeon within three days. I made an appointment with my Orthopedic Spinal Surgeon, He sent me for an MRI and other tests. It was determined that surgery would be necessary to repair the new injury and the additional new injury to the previous cervical fusion.
During this time I received a letter from the corporation which denied any responsibility for my injury and told me to use my personal insurance to pay for any injuries I felt I may have had.
My wife and I decided it was time to retain an attorney.
My wife’s UAW Legal Services recommended an attorney by the name of Jeffery S. Cook. We called Jeff to discuss my accident. I wasn’t feeling well enough to ride in the car so Jeff actually came to our house to discuss my situation. We were impressed with Jeff instantly, he felt we had a case but with big corporations nothing was guaranteed. We instantly believed in him and retained his services.
Jeff did a stellar job; his knowledge, attention to detail, dependability and caring nature keep us aware of any and all progress. He was honest with us when it came to reality checks which we appreciated. He even honestly kept us aware of times when there was lack of progress.
I did have another surgery which involved Cervical Fusion which proved all of my Orthopedic Spinal Surgeon’s diagnosis.
After several months Jeff was able to work out a settlement that was agreeable to me and the Corporate Lawyers that represented the store. We had settlement and we would retain Jeff again if we need another attorney. As a matter of fact we did use him again at a later date.

Dan Cieslak will always come highly recommended by me. I was faced with a legal problem, and desperately searching for guidance and advice as I had been treated unfairly in a legal matter.
