It’s very difficulty to figure out how to start this review out, but I think the very first thing to mention is how impressed I am with Gary, and how happy I am with the result I received.
I was involved in an automotive accident in 2020, and I possessed a lot of uncertainty, both from a personal and legal perspective. As a recommendation, I was sent in Gary’s direction, and I was more than happy to be sent his way. From the very beginning, Gary demonstrated both his professionalism in resolving the matter and the experience that he has over the plethora of years in the industry.
My personal case had a ton of variables and moving pieces, which is why it took a long time to resolve. Despite the many different factors and degree of difficulty presented in the case, Gary possessed both a logical and aggressive approach. And as a result, he was able to maximize the settlement we received, which is something I am more than content with.
I had a lot of anxiety as it pertained to the case, since I had never undergone anything extensive or as legal as this matter. But no matter the questions I had, and no matter the process, Gary was there every step of the way to help ease the anxiety and answer all the questions that I had.
As an individual, he is a solid person with a strong set of values, and is someone I know I can trust, both in a professional and personal setting.

Ilian took a difficult situation and made it easier to comprehend and calm my thoughts. Trying to do this alone or with someone who doesn’t have compassion would be a scary dangerous road.
He broke things down so they were easy to comprehend. Yes, he had to give me the truth as he talked me off the ledge (so to speak).

I was referred to Mr. Flores by a friend. This was a blessing in disguise, from the start Mr. Flores and his staff were kind, honest, and informative. My case was regarding a car accident with a DUI driver hitting the vehicle I was in. The case was complicated due to many factors. It’s a family curse. In my family, we desire to keep the peace at any cost and come up with all kinds of excuses for not standing up for our rights. The trend ended couple of months ago when I felt cheated and refused to turn the other cheek. I contacted Attorney Sheila M. Witt.
I had heard about her busy schedule, and was surprised when she responded quickly to hear about my needs. In our first phone conversation she accepted to take on the case, making sure I understood the scope and parameters of our agreement. I knew exactly where I stood.
I was pleasantly surprised with her ability to separate facts from feelings, and stand firm in her resolve. Under Covide I received a Frivolous ADA WCAG website compliance lawsuit by the Frivolous "Handy Potter" Law firm who is not liked by the courts in San Francisco as their firm is an unprofessional legal milling practice & their fraudster client The plaintiff, "Un-Blinded" Andres Gomez. Of course my business was at a peril at that point in time, although Attorney Scott Karlin and his professional team, with Melissa and Dan were to the rescue. The lawsuit hit at the worse time in my family and my life as our business was struggling business. The level of service that Scott and his team brought was assuring. They even captured video surveillance of The Un-Blinded Andres Gomez walking around without any assistance discovering factually that Andres Gomez was not blind at all and consistently lied to the courts under oath. Andres Gomez and the Handy Potter has caused much harm to families and local small businesses and now, The Karlin group has brought much relief and stopped those carpet baggers from terrorising businesses using the false premises of being blind and using the ADA laws illegally. We were lucky to find Deanna Stone and Aaron Morris of Morris and Stone Law Firm!
I was being named in an Anti-Slapp case by Senator Catherine Blakespear. Morris and Stone jumped in, wrote the Judge a very well thought out and detailed statement with supporting evidence from previous Supreme Court cases demonstrating that I should not be named in the Anti-SLAPP.
In the end the judge agreed with Morris & Stone's statement in its "Entirety". It was obvious the judge was impressed with Morris and Stone's defense.
If I ever have any legal issues in the future I will certainly contact Aaron Morris and Deanna Stone. If you're reading this review I recommend you call them as well, they give a great consultation are extremely knowledgeable and fair.

Deanna is very professional and willing to help. I called for a free consultation and was surprised that my question was answered so thoroughly that I was able to proceed without a lawyer. Deanna answered all of my questions and at no time did I feel she was waiting for me to hire her. She was genuinely interested in my problem and spent about 45 minutes talking to me and even told me to call her back if I had any other questions. Her advice was spot on and did not cost me a dime. In the event I do need an attorney in the future, I will definitely call Deanna again.

I hired the firm of Law Offices of Faud Haghighi, after myself and two friends were involved in a serious car accident. At first one of my family members recommended another firm which handled my case for about two months after the accident. Once I realized that they had nothing at all, I was referred to Law Offices of Faud Haghighi by my neighbor who recommeded them after they had resolved their immigration case. The office was courteous, professional and immediatley return my phone calls. After about three months of handling my case the insurance wanted to depose myself and my friends. Immediatley after the deposition Mr. Haghighi was able to obtain the maximum policy limit from the insurance. I would highly recommend Mr. Haghighi and his office for any legal problems you may have. And although I hope I won't need to, I would not go anywhere else if involved in an auto accident!

My mom and dad (best parents ever!) Decided to hire Barry for my cases. I just found out, Barrys first name is James! Wow! Well i ended up getting 4 months in LA county for not signing up for a DV class (at time was homeless, and currently still homeless!) . What a great job. Oh i also got a DUI , but not only did we not fight it (no officers ever saw me drive) but i did 3 days in county during my 4 month sentence, and i still have to tak dui classes (they lock me inside for 2 hours) and substance abuse classes, which is great, because i am still wondering where my 2011 cadillac escalade is that my mom possibly stole from me , and my audi A6 too... but hey, who cares because i am just so ecstatic i ate dinner tonight(oh wait no dinner, i got fat so i gotta no eat now. Thanks again today to my psych eval (and my call back from my regular psychs call back center) thanks Depakote!

Found myself in an unexpected, difficult life moment regarding my marriage. The topic of divorce was mentioned, and I was caught completely off guard. Will Bruzzo is honest, reliable, responsible, savvy, confident, flexible, knowledgeable, reassuring, calm,
experienced, communicative, supportive, patient and well-connected. What set Will apart initially, was that he was the only attorney that responded to me virtually immediately after I submitted a contact form. He listened to me and didn’t judge my behavior nor actions. After becoming familiar with what
transpired, he developed a plan – a reasonable plan based on the circumstances and evidence. As the
process unfolded, at each decision point, he described the possible outcomes and then recommended that he believed was the best course of action - but always allowed me to make the final decision on
which way (when and how) to go. He was never patronizing and was careful to never over-promise. He always answered my texts, emails and phone calls in a timely manner. I never felt that he was “aloof,” avoiding me, too busy or difficult to reach. I never felt that he “didn’t care.” While I went through multiple emotional stages (anger, frustration, confusion, helplessness, impatience, uncertainty, etc.), he remained resolved that his plan would work. He never promised that his plan would be 100% successful, but he laid it out clearly and stuck to it. He knew most of the other players (judges, DAs and courtroom staff) and they knew him. Over time, he has become familiar with how specific judges decide on certain
issues. Some judges are more lenient in certain areas, while others are more strict. He combined this experiential knowledge with his patient and methodical manner to guide me to the best possible outcome. In the end, his plan worked – exactly how he said it would. He would probably be the first to
say that my case could have gone any number of other ways, but it was no accident that the plan he laid out came together just as we both had hoped.
Regarding money, it's hard to tell if Will's fees were appropriate or excessive, because I didn't have time to "shop around." Could I have "saved money" by hiring someone else? Maybe. But you never know if someone else will charge less upfront, but then nickel and dime you to death later on. Will had a fixed fee that I thought was pretty high, but looking back, his services (and his character) were worth every penny.
Will Bruzzo is a straight-shooter, does what he says, and is a man of his word. Tough to put a price tag on that.

Mr. Herrera. Wow! Where do I start?! His constant communication responses to my many questions, concerns, & nagging via email. This case was prolonged in so many different ways because of the insurance company we were dealing with. Hired this attorney for medical malpractice case, and right at the get go, he arrives one hour late to my expert witness' deposition. Instead of calling the defense or my expert's office to inform of his tardiness, he calls me and has me attempt to do the calling. When he arrived, he did not defend my expert but sat there and watched him get badgered and mislead by the defense without making objections. I had waited 2 days for him to call me after wondering how the deposition went. I had to find out the above by reading the deposition transcript. Trevor Herrera decides to abandon me instead after tainting my case. But I would not sign a substitution form. Trial on my case was only 6 weeks away at this point. I was very upset with him, but he needed to fix what he did wrong, and I held him to it. He promised to do so, but then continued to set my case back, and on top of that started writing me defamatory letters with false outlandish statements hoping i would voluntarily fire him. When I confronted him, he apologized and promised to get on the ball. But instead he continued to set me back. Furthermore, in violation of our contingency retainer agreement, he started demanding I find distrust account $35,000 when I had not signed anything stating I would. I am on federal disability from a catastrophic injury to boot. I signed only a contingency agreement - not one front money in advance. He even called me 2 days before the defendants had scheduled to depose my mother 500 miles away, unbeknownst to me, saying they would not be defending her deposition if I didn't pay for their plane ticket. I felt so threatened and scared, that I used all my disability check which is supposed to pay for my rent to buy his plane ticket. When he arrived at the deposition, my mom said he did not do anything but sat there. It was like he was there for nothing. They continued to demand money from me, although they had no right to. Because of this he accompanied his supervisor who had been telling what to do all along to a motion to be relieved, misrepresented to the judge and lied to the judge which is a violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct, and they abandoned me One Month before Trial. Very poor representation and very harmful. Now I'm stuck looking for new attorney with Trial only weeks away. Very bad.
