I can’t recommend Andrew Delaney highly enough! He is not just an exceptional attorney but an amazing human being. His knowledge of personal injury law is flawless, and I am eternally grateful for his expertise and aplomb in settling my case. It takes a great strategist to negotiate with insurance companies, but more than that, it requires integrity. Andy is a straight shooter through and through. He is the most responsive lawyer I’ve ever worked with, gets back to you immediately, listens to all your concerns, and explains things in plain English. The bottom line is that Andy really cares about his clients, gets to know you personally, and has a great sense of humor, which goes a long way when you are injured and suffering. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat.

I know I am not 'suppose to say this' but had David Shoen been my attorney, I am sure results would have been so different. Due to be being so harmed by a surgeon, I just knew I was about to become so sick and did so I was desperate to beat the clock, I signed with some horrid lawyer, who had no clue about med. mal. so instead he would just insult the victum. When I spoke with David, it was already too late for me I was already signed and some scary lawyer who was clueless. David Schoen instead of just having me sign, no on the phone he was questioning me in the right way, also a little smart humor, not just about to have me sign on the line, or get involved with a client who was he didn't believe in. He had moved to VT right around the time I found him on Avvo. VT you are lucky to have a David Ian Schoen, Esq., a real lawyer in the best way.

I was injured in an automobile accident. The insurance company was tossing me up and down. A friend recommended a very “famous” Burlington, VT Attorney to me. I worked with this Attorney and his partner for more than one year and started distrusting them because it appeared they were always protecting the insurance company instead of being sympathetic to my cause. I dumped the famous Attorney and “googled” other trial attorneys in our area. I liked Todd Schlossberg’s description of “Personalized Attention” so I called him. Please note that I am an immigrant with an accent. Todd Schlossberg took up the challenge to handle my case. Todd never discriminated against me! He worked diligently for me, kept me posted at every stage through phone calls and mailings, and when the insurance company wanted to settle for a meager amount, he sued them, took the case all the way through a jury verdict, and got me a fair and just compensation. I was injured on my motorcycle in a hit and run. Offer from my insurance company was completely inappropriate so it was time to lawyer up. Found Todd's ad in the phone book and saw that his web site was very professional. Initial meeting with Todd found him to be genuinely concerned for me as well as confirming that he is a very knowledgeable attorney. Since I had to go after my own insurance company, the statute of limitations in VT is extended to six years. Todd worked tirelessly every step of the way and always kept me informed of events and contacts with the insurance company. The insurance company waited until the absolute end of the statute but Todd was there for me. Todd got me a great settlement and handled the insurance company masterfully. Todd is an absolute professional and extremely knowledgeable. Hopefully I won't have another injury like that, but if I need him, I'm calling Todd.

I was in need of a lawyer for legal representation during a divorce and family court. I have hired Mr. gray on a few occasions that ranged from a simple Quick Claim Deed so I could legally add my new wife onto a property I had previously owned before marriage, to navigating through an eviction process in order to have a tenant removed from my rental property. Each time I contacted and worked with Mr. Gray I found him to be very curious and helpful in navigating the legal system. I also found Mr. Gray to be quite clear with explaining the options as well as focused on what the desired outcome was while reassuring me that he would handle the tough stuff. Craig Jarvis did an excellent job representing me through the entire disability process. His office helped with filling paperwork, accessing my medical records and brought the best case he could when it came time for the judge to decide my case. As a younger individual who suffers from migraines, I thought it would be extremely hard to win a disability case. I hired James for an unusual case and he was superb. He listened...REALLY listened, then he asked questions, presented multiple options and allowed me to make the decision on the course of action. Once I did, he methodically prepared prior to court. He compiled evidence, established timelines and culled the information according to how pertinent and impactful it would be. In court he was articulate and firm without being overly aggressive. During cross examination he showed how, when and where the plaintiff had lied. I received an outcome beyond what I hoped for. While the circumstances of hiring James were tough, his work was beyond reproach. I highly recommend him.

I'm a single mother with one child and was in a very serious car accident in 2000. I broke my left arm in a way that had to be put back together with plates and screws, And needed two surgeries .I was so scared for myself and my daughter who was two back then, Thinking how am I going to provide for us ? Andy Delaney is the best attorney on planet earth. He is Tom Brady meets William Wallace meets Gandalf. My wife and I were in an all-of-a-sudden horrible and complex situation through no fault of our own (which I won’t be getting into here). We exhausted several family and friend recommendations for legal counsel in this area but it seemed that no one could/would help with our case. Then, after seeing the high Google review ratings, we decided to take a chance on MDR who were at least willing to meet with me. About five minutes into the meeting, realizing the complexity of the situation, the guy I was meeting with says, “I think I need to get my boss.” Enter Andy… Within one hour I walked out with a cohesive plan of action, and (despite MONTHS of research on my own) a hundred times more understanding of the legal circumstances we were in. Andy ended up taking over our case and delivered like you read about. I can’t say enough good things about Andy. The dude saved our bacon when we needed it most. There are already plenty of reviews talking about how intelligent, professional, funny, and caring he is (all of which I absolutely agree with); so I'll just say that if you're seeking legal counsel and you find anyone on earth that's better than Andy... Walks the walk! Andrew Delaney is unique in that he truly believes in the principles he advocates for. Most of the world, especially at the professional/fancy-degree level, is motivated primarily by money, but Andy was persistently focused on doing the right thing. Not pretending to do the right thing, and not doing the right thing to the extent required by his job, but actually doing the right thing for its own sake. Andy has a brilliant mind, equally able to make witty jokes and cite obscure procedural rules from memory, and an unheard-of work ethic, willing to focus on a case above his own needs at 9pm or on a Saturday, and still be good-humored about it. He worked tirelessly for us, preparing his strategy perfectly, piecing together everything, thread by thread, until he had a beautiful tapestry that showed the truth of the matter in a direct way. Andy also does one other thing that is unheard of for attorneys in his (exceptional) skill bracket as well: he is willing to communicate. The entire time, he gave feedback and explanations and was never too important to take a call and genuinely care. Most attorneys of his station will let you talk to the assistant and *maybe* get called back, but the only time his assistant replied for us was when he was out sick and, even there, she was well-informed and gave us some useful information. Never once did we feel like anything less than real people who mattered, represented by an attorney who actually cared about our outcome. Finally, thanks to his preparation, we wound up getting well over double the amount we even thought was possible to get. When I talked to one of their lawyers she was very rude and belittled me for not knowing how to approach the situation for workman’s comp. I was trying to find the right dates on my paper work. As a result of that I was immediately judged and pretty much declared me as being wrong and not knowing what I’m talking about. I’ve never felt more alone and disrespected by someone I was trying to seek help from, after talking with her. I’m really in a hard position and I am confused about how to approach this situation. One of the doctors forgot to include some important documents and items in the medical report and it caused my claim to be denied. So the lawyer immediately thought I was lying even though I have PROOF I’m right about the doctor not including the right medical notes. I kept messing up the dates because I’ve lost so much sleep and energy my mind is crumbling. All I wanted was some guidance and after talking with this law firm, they made me feel as if I’m not important and I was just seeking money from this. I need serious help and I truly am having hardships. I will always remember talking with her, for that was the day I lost hope with humanity and people. I can’t take much more and that was the icing on the cake. Not to mention it’s causing problems at home arguing with my fiancée on what I’m going to do now. I know I’m not smart in the slightest way but I know being treated like that was disgusting. I wish I could remember her name but again I’m having a lot trouble trying to put this to together. Thank you

Andy Delaney is the best attorney on planet earth. He is Tom Brady meets William Wallace meets Gandalf. My wife and I were in an all-of-a-sudden horrible and complex situation through no fault of our own (which I won’t be getting into here). We exhausted several family and friend recommendations for legal counsel in this area but it seemed that no one could/would help with our case. Then, after seeing the high Google review ratings, we decided to take a chance on MDR who were at least willing to meet with me. About five minutes into the meeting, realizing the complexity of the situation, the guy I was meeting with says, “I think I need to get my boss.” Enter Andy… Within one hour I walked out with a cohesive plan of action, and (despite MONTHS of research on my own) a hundred times more understanding of the legal circumstances we were in. Andy ended up taking over our case and delivered like you read about. I can’t say enough good things about Andy. The dude saved our bacon when we needed it most. There are already plenty of reviews talking about how intelligent, professional, funny, and caring he is (all of which I absolutely agree with); so I'll just say that if you're seeking legal counsel and you find anyone on earth that's better than Andy... Paul is definitely very experienced and a great lawyer but He couldn’t do very much about my DUI case. My advice to you don’t drink&drive this was a very expensive mistake
