Rich sands is amazing. I was in a car accident. He got me the maximum for my vehicle. He was very detailed and knowledgeable. Is extremely unresponsive, uninformative and doesn't seem to want to help at all. Literally waits until you pay him then pretty much goes completely mute. Leaves you wondering if he is even representing your case half of the time. Does not answer emails, text or calls and I have even had him tell us we had court the day OF court which is extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend him at all.

Doesn't work for you or at all! Rude.
Terrible experience. (Too much to list on this review).
During a Divorce and in Remission he expressed, no regard after paid. Saw him for 5 minutes during the whole process. Does not care.
Difficult to get a hold of, much of the work, was self done, because he had no reliability.
Save your money and leave it to the professionals.
Don't recommend. There's other great lawyers that agree. I should have checked all platforms for reviews the real reviews and much alike! Theres others who felt the same way, he took the money and disappeared. I did everything in regards to my case.
If the client had been heard, and the right laws applied, things would have been different. A lawyer that took the money and ran. There's plenty of correspondence to support this statement. I had to fire him at 1 point. Only then, he decided to finalize my divorce, once I was moving out of state for my safety, so he wouldn't have to refund me. I had another Attorney check my case and a lot could have been done. Very poor practice, your clients are your paycheck so respect them!

I’ve been using Paul Ferns for several years now. Originally I had a different lawyer and he wasn’t on top of my case. I soon after had switched to Paul and haven’t had another attorney since. He has helped in numerous car accident cases and a few driving violation cases as well. He also has given advice on family issues and legalities of different situations I was in need of help with. I’ve always left his office happy and extremely satisfied with the results. He’s answered every question I’ve had an has been very attentive to my cases. I had a particularly complicated Divorce that had a house, assets, debt and other considerations that needed an experienced Lawyer that could navigate the Rhode Island legal system quickly and easily. Attorney Ferns not only made the whole process easy but we were able to come to an agreement with my spouse and get a judgement much faster than I anticipated. With over 24 years experience he really understands the law and is a great negotiator. I can not recommend Paul Ferns enough if you need his services. I am an out of state guy who needed a traffic issue addressed...a 30 year old traffic issue....My home state was not going to renew my license because of an unpaid ticket from 1987 ...I figured it was going to take months...because in dealing with the DMV.... I already had over 2 months of waiting. I called Paul on a Friday issue was taken care of by the following Wed including the documentation which was in my files by Wed afternoon. 5-stars is simply not enough. I had the pleasure of working with Robert and Richard with a very complicated unemployment case. I have an extreme amount of gratitude and respect for both attorneys. Both were extremely honest, open, caring, helpful, knowledgeable and hard working. When they did not have a good answer they communicated that and did the research to find it. It took 2 appeals to get my claim to be processed and I do not feel I would have won without their assistance. They will forever be in my network and I will recommend them to anyone that has an unemployment claim in RI.

We have been charged unfairly a non-utilization tax for Woonsocket, RI and Carol has helped us fight the cause and have this tax abated. We hired Richard Gallone after a work related auto accident. Richard is very well educated and knowledgeable in his profession. He is very personable and yet very business oriented at the same time. I had a long standing issue with unemployment here in RI and my back was really against the wall and nary a hand from anyone due to the deluge of UE cases the state is handling. I finally resorted to contacting an attorney. I was at my wit's end and dispirited as was my wife. Worried indeed. I mention my circumstances to him but even then I'm doubting anything will do it but a full on lawsuit. Well he listened, giving me all the room I needed to explain, grief included. He never cut me off! Then with the calm of a skilled professional he mentioned a few points to consider and as much some solutions that may be available. He told me he'd look into it and thanked for his time awaiting a call later on. Folks, he fully resolved this. I don't know what, how or whichever but there I was an hour later having this problem ironed out with another person on the phone correcting the log jam that to that point was immovable. Now, flashback to just prior to my call to Sinapi and the other attorneys I had called first. Apparently I am supposed to wait until tomorrow for call back. Who's got time for that. Attorney Richard Sinapi slam dunked it and moreover really LISTENED to my circumstances before acting. I knew he understood me. Oh the other attorneys and their tomorrow call backs? Now I can laugh at that notion. I found my lawyer. And it's simple, the guy just gives a damn and he's easily accessible. Thanks so much Rich!
