I was cited for speeding. Given the difference between the speed limit and my alleged speed, I was not eligible for traffic school. The fine was almost $500. Additionally, since I would not be able to take traffic school, my insurance was in danger of a gigantic increase, potentially doubling!
I sent Mr Roberts an email asking to learn about what he could do for me. My realistic hope was that he could just get my cited speed lowered so I could take traffic school. He promptly answered, and he formulated a plan. He appeared in court upon my behalf, I did not have to come in myself, saving me a great deal of time. While I'm sure every situation is unique, he was able to deliver far above what I had hoped: he was able to get the entire citation dismissed! In the end, the fee I paid him was less than the original fine, and I did not have to pay an increased insurance premium for potentially 3 years.
Going with Mr Roberts saved me potentially thousands of dollars in insurance costs over 3 years, as well as the cost of traffic school.
I hope to never need his services again, but if I do, he will be the one I contact!

Michael represented me about 10 years ago for a DUI. I got an email from him out of the blue, telling ne about expungement. He offered to clean my record. The fee was a bit higher than I thought it would be, but I trust him after speaking with him, I said yes. Thank God because he filed the paperwork the same day and a few weeks later my case was dismissed! Now and don't have to tell anyone about it when asked. Good for applying for new jobs and now I can refinance my home without getting a higher interest rate that they initially offered, when I answered yes to "have you ever been convicted of a crime?" Everyone should be able to start anew and Michael got the job done!

I hired Michael and his firm from a referral from my close friend who had DUI a few years ago and Michael had represented him. He was very informative and gave me a 20 minute consultation about how he works and his experience. That relieved a lot of my anxiety about my case as this was my first arrest for anything ever. Michael went to court and after about a month and 2 court dates, he had investigated my case for dismissal mistakes. After numerous phone calls and hearing the word no from many attorney's I was recommended by a friend to try Mr. Sherman. I called his office and gave a brief statement to his secretary, and with in 15 minutes Mr. Sherman called me back, and I explained my situation, and he made an appointment to see me with in just a few days. We spent two hours reviewing my case, and from that point on Mr. Sherman proceeded to work his butt off for me. Mr. Sherman represented us twice. Once in a retaliatory eviction lawsuit where he discovered the forgery our former landlord had committed. Thanks to him, we won our case. I had never been involved in any legal matter before my "slip and fall". I was so pleased that Ben was so compassionate, attentive, and knowledgeable.

One hopes that divorce, courts, pain... will never become part of his life. Unfortunately, it happened, and when it happened to me, I was completely unprepared for it. At that moment, I needed more than an attorney; I needed someone to help me. After interviewing Ronald Stich's office, I selected them based on my gut feeling—a feeling that I am dealing with honest, experienced team and someone who genuinely has my best interest in their mind. And I was absolutely correct.
