Wonderful Professional man. Joel was there for me after my car accident. He was 100% responsive to all of my communications, easy to talk to and walked me through exactly what to do right after I was hit...knew I was taken care of and didn't have to worry. We were denied claim by a public and fortune 500 insurance company, suffering hundreds of thousands of dollars in casualty loss. Chris was able to find key points that the insurance company had failed to follow. He was patient with us, and very compassionate. Communications were very prompt and clear. I received a DUI last December.
Once in the system , I received dozens of letters, testimonials, and resumes from attorneys soliciting my business, to represent me in court for my case.
I chose Ingrid based on her experience and background.
That was a Huge and Costly Mistake.
Once Ingrid took my money, she became next to impossible to reach.
Every time I called her office her subordinates would screen my call and gave me a myriad of excuses why Ingrid wasn't available to talk to me.
When I did finally talk to her she was very condescending and provided little incite to what the next step(s) would be.
The outcome was terrible, and I have to believe it would have been different with better representation.
This was my first and last experience with this type of thing.
I was relying on my attorney to keep me apprised of what to expect.
Lesson learned!

I am making this review because I want everyone looking for an attorneys support to stop and call Dan. I’ve known Dan for about 7 years I want to say. I’m 4 years from 30. I was referred by my sister who was referred by everyone else in the dupage area that she knows who’ve had from traffic violations, dui to so much more.
Dan is honestly the absolute best, he’s got the type of personality that makes you comfortable. He’s the
most reliable, the most caring, the most understanding, the most motivated, the most intelligent , honest, lawyer I’ve ever had. I’ve had lawyers before for the same cases that I had to hire Dan for because the previous attorneys gave me option that I couldn’t take. Dan gave me better option. Ever since I’ve had him represent me, he has helped me tremendously from life lessons to not extreme results to my consequences.
Dan is for the people 1000% and I’m not the only one who has said this. Dan is a my Harvey Specter.

Mr Dvi is by far the best lawyer I have ever hired. I got caught driving on a revoked 2 times in less than a month he got 1 case thrown out and 40 days EM on the other one even with it being my 5th offense. Not to mention I hired him once before this, he beat the case in trial for another driving on a revoked. I’m supposed to have 6 offenses but in the eyes of the court i only have 3. Please do not use Andy. I never give reviews and I got divorced a long time ago but I have to let people know how bad this attorney is. Between my horrible experience and a friend of mine whose husband used Andy, he is just really bad at what he does. I was in a long term marriage and Andy was only able to get me a 2.5 year reviewable. If I was making any money, I can see how something like that could happen, but I was a stay at home mom for most of my marriage. Basically, I had to go through the financial and emotional burden of a court divorce twice. My new attorney was exceptional and did an amazing job. She was such an advocate and was able to undo much of what Andy allowed. It only emphasized just how bad Andy was. I highly recommend that you try someone else.

She is very responsive which is very rare with most attorneys. So, she created a Power of Attorney for me which is very specific and was time sensitive. I was impressed by her attention to detail and how she explained legal things that were new to me, made it easier to understand and educate me at the same time.
