Very disappointed in my results from Jessica Timm. In the 1.5 years she had my case I only had 30 minutes of medical treatment. I had a slip and fall where I hit my head and was knocked unconscious, broke my nose and was left disfigured. I just didn't feel like she worked for me. Communication slow or not at all. She also represented me in a car accident prior to that they were close together but had I gotten the results from the car wreck, which were poor also, I would have went elsewhere for the fall. I had no medical treatments from the party who hit me on this case either and the monetary settlement was not worth my troubles. She got more than I did. Very disappointing that I now live with problems like headaches, facial swelling, blurred vision and brain fog but received no treatments.

From the start they were willing to go the distance for us. My husband didn’t like to get out of the house after coming home from the hospital and they made accommodations for us to begin our case. I had an ex who was less than pleased that I had moved on. He made multiple calls to DCF with lies and fabrications. As soon as I was contacted by someone at DCF, I called Mr. Mitchell's office and got an appointment right away. He took my case and within 2 weeks I had full custody of my children. I now tell all of my friends about Mr. MItchell for any of their legal needs.

I had an ex that kept threatening to take my kids from me because she would get mad at me. She also has a few issues she needs to get right with herself. As a dad in Kansas you always hear how it is impossible to gain custody of your kids over their mom. Mr. Mitchell got me custody of my girls and their mom has to be supervised around them until she can get herself right.

WOULDN'T RECOMMEND. Not happy nor satisfied with how my case was handled, wasn't taken seriously. I received mediocre level of expertise, felt taken advantaged by hiring this firm for its knowledge. I unfortunately, waited too long to finally take that first step to obtaining some legal assistance from a vehicle collision. If I had it (which I hope I do NOT) to do over again, I would have sought the legal advice immediately after I noticed pain as result of the accident. Although, I was reluctant to obtain a lawyer, I couldn't be more satisfied with the services and advise Mr. Geren provided. What I most appreciated is that his staff was very flexible to work with and easy to contact, both by phone & by email. I was injured at work which required multiple surgerys and physical therapy. I'd never been through this before. The insurance carrier for my employer said they'd take care of everything but then the place where I was being treated started bouncing bills back to me. This was confusing and scary. My opinion of him has changed drastically. He gave me personal opinions not professional ones as he expressed the government is trying to make money off of filing fees. That is an erroneous and baseless assertion. He informed me he would not represent me because I had a bad opinion of lawyers based on my experiences with corporate lawyers, and he told me to have a therapist fabricate a story. The later is of course against a therapists code of ethics and their documentation has to hold up in court. I left his office $150 lighter and received no legal advice. ChatGPT could give me better legal advice. He just told me I had to file the paperwork, no shit. $150 for 30 minutes and the obvious advice. Even the first time I met him he told me the current generation of Vietnamese woman were lazy and I should be careful about my wife. Loose opinions, especially those personal in nature, are unwarranted and unprofessional. I had to find a completely different lawyer to handle the case. Một trò đùa chết tiệt.

Lynnette Herrman did an outstanding job, I'd give her and her assistant Jodi 6 stars if I could. They both respond promptly to every email, well outside of normal working hours. Great attitudes all around. Lynnette put up with some nasty abuse from my opposing party in a very professional manner. My experience with her is day and night compared to a previous attorney I had hired, who took weeks to get any little thing done, made mistakes constantly and then charged me to correct her errors, was rude and condescending, incommunicative and even dumped me without warning because I didn't appreciate paying for her to correct herself. At some point, Lynnette wasn't 100% pleased with some little thing she had done, I don't recall it now but it was minor; she told me she was changing it and would do it on her own time at no cost to me. So glad I found Herrman Law, they helped me through a very rough time. Highly recommend!
