I hired Atty Grayson for 2 traffic citations. One was when stopping for a red light on a wet road, my car skidded into the car in front of me despite the ABS system kicking in. I was cited for failure to reduce speed, which he was able to get dismissed. The other was for speeding, which he was able to get reduced to a non-moving violation. The outcomes exceeded my expectations. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others.

My wife, her parents, and I were hit by a drunk driver. The accident resulted in the death of my mother-in-law, the premature birth of my son, and serious injuries to the rest of us. We hired Mr. White to handle our insurance claims. He was professional and compassionate, even showing up to support us at hearings for the criminal case against the other driver.
Mr. White negotiated with five different insurance companies to get us the maximum settlement. Our medical bills amounted to over $150,000, but he was able to settle with our insurance for around $12,000. On top of that, he also secured a settlement for our minor child that was over and above the limits of our policy.
Throughout our case Woody kept us informed of what was going on and always answered any questions we had.
I highly recommend Mr. White.

As a mother who has been in the trenches both professionally and a mother fighting the war on drugs, found herself with a son who for over a decade fighting prison and addiction. As a last ditch effort (after all went wrong) my son again was on the wrong side. I have had society telling me to walk away. As a mother it is not easy. It took me almost a month trying to say, "walk away", throw the keys away, be done!! Then one morning early I got up and said no!! I will find someone for once who will support me!! I did just exactly that!! I was scared to death!!! But this time I knew I could not do it alone!!! I found Woody White. I thought he would be just like all the others in the past! Get it done and over with, put my son in prison, let me take your monies and then be done with you and your addict son! This is a decade of a sick young man who is good when sober. If you are reading this, you know that I speak the truth. This was in fact the total opposite of Mr. White. He knew the pain in my eyes, on my face, as well as his staff. They felt the tears and heartache! They treated me and my son like we were family. Mr. White and his staff never judged my son nor myself. They knew he came from a good home. And if he did not, they did not care! A family of tenants in my rental house stopped paying rent. I
googled Wilmington attorneys and had the good fortune to call David Collins. Although he told me his office does not do evictions, David took the time to give me direction and told me many attorneys do not do evictions. The forms are readily available at the office of the clerk of court and are not a terribly complicated process so that individuals can do it themselves. he said to call him if I ran into any road blocks and we could do a consultation then if necessary. His advice very helpful.

I consulted with numerous lawyers concerning a scenario that was ongoing. I hired Bruce Mason after reading about his selection to Super Lawyers for several consecutive years, and meeting with him. My situation compares to being lost in the jungle only to find a lion who becomes my aegis. I no longer suffered from noctambulation or constant worry because Bruce Mason was superb. He is breviloquent and eloquent simultaneously and has substantive work ethic and integrity. He is also well respected by his peers, and I suspect his intellect far surpasses that of most lawyers. If you have something going on that is incredibly important to you, I suggest hiring him. He can handle difficult cases with ease. He certainly left me in a better place after winning my case, and the only thing I would change about him is not having been in the situation I was in to begin with to need someone like him. I wish the world had more people like him in it.

When my daughter needed a lawyer in Wilmington , she chose Melissa Collins to represent her and I'm glad she did. Her case, which included multiple charges thanks to the over eager downtown police, were able to be taken care of with a voluntary dismissal after a year. She was determined and actually cared about my daughter, always answering emails and phone calls right away and reassuring us both along the way. Ms. Ivey helped me with my criminal case. DA and officer, who charged me with the offense, were intent on getting me to plead guilty because of the way I acted at the time of the offense. Ms. Ivey was able to get me out of that and get my cased dismissed. Highly would recommend!

This is the first time I've ever had to secure an attorney for legal assistance and I'm so glad Google lead me to Mr. Nutt. I am currently obtaining my graduate degree and had contract trouble with a fairly large and well-known organization. I would be financially ruined if I hadn't found Mr. Nutt. I was recovering from a number of health issues, including breast and uterine cancer, when my husband and I experienced a leaking window after Hurricane Florence. During that repair, we discovered that our brand new retirement home was rotting from the inside out. Some of the plywood inside our walls was rotting, as were some of the beams that supported the structure of our home. Disheartened, we reached out to Kyle Nutt, who was representing a neighbor who had had similar problems with the same builder.
If you have to go through something like this, Kyle Nutt Is your guy. Kyle is a gifted attorney and negotiator. I can’t imagine getting through these last few years without him. From the beginning of what was an exhausting and emotional multi-year process, Kyle has embodied professionalism, calm, reassurance, legal brilliance, energy, and thoroughness. Kyle and his staff made what was surely one of the most difficult times of our lives bearable. To begin, he explained the litigation process in a clear and straightforward way, spelling out our options and making recommendations on how to move forward. This was important, as my husband and I had never been involved in a lawsuit before and were nervous about the process. We spent an entire year working with the forensic structural engineer that Kyle recommended (she was amazing) and our new construction company to find everything we could that was wrong with our home to document and fix it. We were fortunate to be able to begin reconstruction prior to our lawsuit, but the cost was so great that we felt we had no option other than to sue. During that time and over the next year, Kyle helped us collect all relevant documents that we would need to argue our case for reimbursement, including emails, texts, contracts, and so forth. While going through these two years was not fun, Kyle’s sense of humor, ability to explain each step, and efficient process kept us sane. He and his staff lessened the burden as much as they could and guided us through each step. When the time came for depositions, which went on for several months, he knew both of us well enough to give us sound advice and hold our hands through the process. While I am glad that we were able to resolve our case, if that had not happened, we would have had total faith in Kyle to represent us in court and would have been optimistic about achieving a fair final outcome.
Hopefully, this is our first and last lawsuit. While we will never recover those two years of our lives and hope that no one else has to find themselves in this type of situation, if you do, there is no one better to work with than Kyle Nutt. Until Kyle, I viewed attorneys as a necessary evil who were mostly for estate planning. But Kyle has turned my whole view of lawyers around. We give him our highest recommendation and compete vote of confidence.

Do not recommend this law firm! They billed us over $8000 on a review of an agreement. There was no hourly detail on the invoice. When we complained about the invoice amount they agreed to give us a $1500 refund on the invoice and then a Senior Partner reneged on the deal. Bottom line you cannot trust what they commit to!

Extremely disappointed in the representation my wife received after an auto accident that was not her fault. These folks did not communicate with her, they made claims on our insurance policy without our knowledge, tried to get her to settle the claim at an extremely low price after we spent thousands of our own dollars on her well being at doctors offices and therapy centers.

I received a speeding ticket in May 23 and it was suggested I call Girdwood and Williams by a coworker. Liz was so helpful, explained it all and sent me an email with options for online driving courses.
Payment was very reasonable and I never really thought about it again until it was time for court. Scott was able to get my ticket dismissed and I received a prompt email letting me know.
