9 years ago I gave Mr Richard’s a horrible review. I now realize that he did his job! And he did it well. I was more put off at his lack of attention he gave me during our deposition. They worked really fast, but I do have to be on top of my case with them to fix amounts and make things happen, the experience with the first lawyer in my case was bad and really aggressive, but she stopped working there and the second was really helpful providing a good experience. Other then that, the final experience after getting my check was bad because the desk person started to put me pressure to provide 5 stars here and was not good

I was wrongfully terminated over the holiday weekend. I searched for a law firm close by to where I live. Their website said that one of their services provided was wrongful terminations. I sent them 2 contact forms and received a phone call from a very rude secretary. She advised me that, my case was being declined and gave no explanation. When I questioned her and told her that I searched the website for their firm and clearly said that they handled wrongful terminations, this is what I was told. I was given a list of names and phone numbers to call and advise the person that we would not help them. I was shocked. What kind of people work at this law firm? You need andvice and assistance when you’re at one of your lowest points in life and this is what you get. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Andrew is a good lawyer. I hired him for DV case. It's not his fault but ours. He is not a specialist in these kind of cases. I had used his services for personal injury cases before, for which he is excellent.
I contacted him for suggestions for a DV attorney when he said he can help us with that case too. And so I did. Big mistake.

Sophia was excellent. I was being charged with a 6 point speeding ticket and a license suspension. When no one thought I can avoid the suspension, Sophia made it happen. I decided to go with an attorney here because of the great reviews. To keep a long story short, I recieved the bare minimum when it came to my workmans comp case. There were many aspects of the case I discussed with the attorney, such as having the insurance company cover medical needs, needs like an ergonomic work desk. The attorney I worked with for over 2 years didn't even show up during my final hearing, he sent someone I've never met before, who told me to not question and take the settlement. None of my medical concerns were addressed. I was left with the option of, settle and get something, or go to trial and not get anything at all. My condition has worsened since this time, and I am left to figure out what to do alone. The attorney took thousands of dollars, a % of my settlement, for doing the bare minimum. While I need every last penny from the case, now that I am left to pay for medical expenses I cannot cover. Be careful who you trust, especially when it comes to workmans comp.
