I worked with both Rob Stepans (in Jackson, WY) and Ryan Shaffer (in Missoula, MT) over the course of a year from 2014-2105. They are fantastic attorneys and they have a dedicated support staff who are top notch as well! Together, they make a great team. Rob and Ryan are smart, professional and really know their stuff. They helped me work through a very difficult and stressful time (the loss of a job) and showed (and taught me) incredible insight and patience. Rob and Ryan represented our commercial leasing company in a landlord tenant dispute. We needed a legal team willing to tackle a case many attorneys would avoid. From the start they were diligent, hard working and compassionate. They listened to our case and offered honest expectations. Their level of professionalism throughout the process was noted by many involved. It also gave us confidence and I feel an advantage over the opposing counsel. Their communication was excellent. They returned phone calls, answered any questions and explained issues in understandable terms. Our case was very complicated and required a high level of knowledge of numerous fields. I am a professional in a public service job. I was arrested and eventually fired from my job. I contacted Rob and he was able to get me released from jail without posting any bond. After working with Rob and my local union representive I able to get my job back. He returned all my calls, his legal secretary was very helpful in getting messages through to Rob and getting legal documents mailed, and faxed back and forth from another state.

We hired Alex Freeburg to help out with a nasty issue. My family had lost a tidy sum of money to a construction contractor who had then ghosted on us. We were worried we would not get any of our money. But, Alex got us sorted out after just a couple of meetings. He had some great ideas. Sadly, we were not able to get all of our money back. Alex made us feel a lot better while he worked on the case, and he won the judgment against the defendant. We would hire Alex again in a heartbeat.

I haven't (luckily) had too many run-ins with law enforcement, but when I did, as an out of town traveler in WY, I was terrified. It was a product of unfortunate circumstance, and I didn't know where to turn and what to do.
I feared that if I contracted a lawyer, (s)he'd take an arm and a leg and leave me to still pay heavy court fines without any result. But I also realized that I needed one, and after a few weeks of deep research, I landed on Ryan Wright.
Initially, his education and reviews sold me on the firm, but from the beginning it was clear to me that I had made an excellent decision for one of the most stressful moments in my life. Ryan, from the get go, was intelligent, a keen listener, and shrewd in his approach. He has an excellent understanding of the law as well as intuition for nuance, and – most importantly – goes wayyyy above and beyond to ensure that his clients have the best deal possible. He did that for me than anyone I've ever hired, at a very fair (and even slightly below market) price.
In the end, I got a pocket deferral, which to laypeople (such as myself) is the equivalent of the holy grail in court results – it happens very, very rarely. Don’t get me wrong – Ryan never guaranteed that result (he couldn’t – no lawyer can – due to the element of chance) but I have no doubt in my mind that he did every single thing in his power to make that happen.
If you’re debating whether Ryan is a sound choice – I hope this review puts your mind at ease. I’d choose him as my lawyer 10/10 times, and I am by nature someone cautious and slow to build trust with.

John handled a civil case for my wife and I, we felt he did an excellent job.
He was extremely easy to work with and easy to talk with. He and Heidi kept us updated on necessary things and seemed to be on time with his court documents and briefs. I thought one of his strongest points was using the correct legal cases when arguing the case. He is well spoken and handles himself well in front of others. Civil cases can be contentious, yet John seemed to be blunt when needed, but still under total control at all times. Great Attorney!

In the fall of 2012 I was injured in an auto accident that left me permanently disabled and forced to live with chronic pain and nerve damage. I hired John Bowers as my attorney to settle my case with the person at fault and his insurance company in order to help cover my medical expenses. John and his law firm did an excellent job representing me. His experience and knowledge proved clearly he is a man with integrity who worked hard to achieve the very best, fair and honorable outcome possible. I would highly recommend Al Durante and his entire staff at Durante Bock & Tota. His paralegal, Josephine Clarke, was a pleasure to work with beginning with our first conversation. Both Al and Josephine made me feel completely comfortable at all times and were highly responsive each and every time I called or email them. My uncontested divorce was a smooth as ever! I could write the book on it now and have sent several friends to Al for the same services. The entire process took less than 3 mos. from start to final divorce and I never even set foot in Court. This is the way to do it!!!
I worked with Al to write the agreement that I felt the most comfortable with. He explained every question I had, and I never felt insecure or awkward for one moment.
Anyone going through this would be wise to see Al. The speed of the process and the very reasonable cost was unmatched. I even used their Real Estate attorney, to close on my house as we finalized the divorce.

I had a personal injury case and he was very real and up front which I respect regarding what can and cannot be done. Mr. Fitzgerald compiled very detailed information about our accident and all parties involved. He was very considerate and compassionate about every aspect of the case. He came to our home to get a feel of how our family lived our lives and to meet our friends and complete interviews with them in a home town setting. This made everyone feel more at home and they respected his demeanor towards them. We met with him outside his office on two other occasions, for him to complete interviews with me and my family for him to get a feel of our past and present lives. He got a feel for the time my husband and I met throughout every aspect of our 46 years together, including grade school, high school, college, 2 children, 1 grandchild and our work history, He was very diligent in finding all the information he could about the other parties involved in our law suit. He was very thorough and knew the law and what he needed to make a very compelling court case. Mr Fitzgerald and his staff are amazing. My mother was involved in a fatal accident 2,000 miles away from home. I was fortunate to be referred to him by another atty in FL. The entire process took a little over a year. Tyson was an excellent lawyer, he went above and beyond what I had expected. Tyson kept in good contact with me, keeping me informed of everything going on and explained the process thoroughly. If I had any questions or concerns, he was able to answer them for me. I feel like he walked beside me through the whole process, never leaving me behind at any moment. Tyson is very honest with all of his information given and stresses how important being honest is. He told me always, "just be myself", that is all I needed to do. I feel that Tyson gave me the very best advise that I could have been given on how to proceed with this lawsuit. I have never done this before and this was one of the hardest things that I had ever done, I hope I never have to do this again, but Tyson made it easier....took my stress load. He kept me up, even in my lowest times. I shed a lot of tears along the way, Tyson knew how to calmed my fears. Tyson explained every step we were taking together, as we made those steps. Tyson Logan is a very compassionate individual that gave me 100% of his legal expertise. He studied my case it was not simple, brought in many experts to help advise and gained much knowledge of my condition that he had no general information of. If you are in need of an attorney in the state of Wyoming seek no further, Jamie Woolsey, is the one. She is so professional but overall she is so patient and understanding. If you are like me that is not into law and don’t understand all that language, she takes her time and explains it to in ways that you understand. She gives you examples that make sense. Overall I appreciate it is her who is in contact with you directly and also keeps you informed. She doesn’t just collect money from you, she goes beyond to assist you.

Mr. Melchoir was the first attorney we contacted who knew exactly how to handle an adoption from Nebraska. This was a relative, whose mother was unable to care for her son and whose birth father had never met him. He handled every step with integrity and respect, ensuring that both birth parents fully understood their individual decisions to relinquish their rights AND had their own separate legal representation so there could be no challenges against the adoption in the future. Handling an adoption across state lines is particularly cumbersome, and he made it seem easy (after multiple other attorneys seemed confused and muddled).
