Recently a good friend passed away. He left very little in the way of a will or other documentation that would help at that time and he did not have any blood relatives. Back in November of last year I had the worst accident that left me in the hospital for 2 weeks. I was in the ICU with lacerations and broken bones. My sister in law referred me to Titan Law Firm shortly after being released from the hospital. I had little to no memory of how the accident happened. Nonetheless Justin walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. Then Danielle Salice is who you want going to war for you, because she will give everything, she has into protecting you and getting you justice.
When I first met Ms. Salice, I was terrified, I felt so alone, afraid of what the future was going to hold. I was in a bad marriage, had recently been diagnosed with a health condition, and was in the beginning phases of my divorce. Without sharing too much detail, I shared a bit of my story with an online platform of a group of moms seeking advice. Ms. Salice was one of the fellow moms who reached out to me to offer support, but in no way did she appear to be seeking a client, but rather, she was simply being kind and compassionate. The mere fact that she was a Family Law Attorney didn’t even come into play until much later. When it became clear that I needed a lawyer, I didn’t even know she could represent me in my county, but on one of the scariest days of my life, I reached out to Ms. Salice in a panic unsure of what to do. Please heed the warning of others. My hearing was an embarrassing mess of incompetence. For one, it was clear that attorney (Charlie) had not reviewed my case, as he was caught off guard when the judge stated that we were contesting not one, but two rulings. This should have been obvious with a simple glance at my file. Charlie’s closing statements were short & comical, given the huge blunder at beginning of case. In all, they ended up giving me poor advice that resulted in the case being lost. You’ll literally have two calls with this firm: one to take your money, and one 20 minute brief the day before the hearing. The second call isn’t even scheduled. Mine happened after hours at 7:45 pm after I waited all day for a call. Please look elsewhere, or represent yourself. I’m convinced that the the majority of their positive reviews are paid for.

Mr. Lampel took a $3000 retainer and then became completely unresponsive to contact. His phone did not work. He was unaware of a court date coming up. He did not read court documents or correspondence. (As evidenced by what he wrote to me in emails ) When I was able to contact him by phone, his voice would fade in and out. "It's an old phone..." He said but he did not purchase a new one. Often, there was no one to answer his phone. There was no voice mail. The phone would just ring and ring. He was extremely friendly with the other party. This made me feel uncomfortable. You would think she had been paying him instead of me. He would not do as I asked. I asked to see the signature on a document as I am legally entitled to, he did not tell me it required a court order (or he did not know. "You can do that yourself at the courthouse", he said) and I wasted several hundred dollars coming to Los Angeles, getting a hotel for the night and being refused at the court house the next day. With an impending court date coming up and Mr. Lampel having no knowledge of my case, I was forced to get another attorney. Lampel did not file one piece of paper on my behalf for my $3000. When I changed attorneys, he had still not even informed the court that he was my attorney of record. I would receive documents on my case in the mail and be forced to fax them (at my further expense) to Lampels office. Although the opposing council sent copies to him as a courtesy, he apparently did not open or read them. Lampel wanted me to accept a dubious document as fact, would not facilitate the review of it and hung up on me when I asked him to do this. He wanted to take the course of least resistance (and work) on his part by accepting a questionable will without question when he had been hired for the precise reason of questioning that document.
I do not feel I could recommend him to anyone. He has not returned my fee. He has been the most disappointing hired person I have ever come in contact with.

The Firm is only looking out for their own best interest $$$$. Complaining of the work they are being paid to do. Unable to meet deadlines, numerous errors, bad discovery, no depositions, late filing, missed deadlines. These failures ultimately were the firms need to withdraw from my case after three years and after receiving over $100,000 of my hard earned money. Their unexplained, inconsistent, excessive and unreasonable billing was the excuse used to abandon my case and place blame on their client for non-payment....yes after they already billed and were paid over $100,000....my money and time wasted. You are only $$ in their eyes. Don't make the same mistake I did....they will only succeed in making your situation worse, leaving you to pick up the pieces with no remorse!!
