Recently a good friend passed away. He left very little in the way of a will or other documentation that would help at that time and he did not have any blood relatives. I had a case that no one was willing to take. My own insurance company refused and failed to back me. It was a hot mess. I had extensive injuries along with a totaled car. If you’re facing a divorce with someone you believe may go to any lengths to unjustly destroy you in court, take everything from you, and/or do you feel the cards are stacked against you for any reason? Then Danielle Salice is who you want going to war for you, because she will give everything, she has into protecting you and getting you justice.
When I first met Ms. Salice, I was terrified, I felt so alone, afraid of what the future was going to hold. I was in a bad marriage, had recently been diagnosed with a health condition, and was in the beginning phases of my divorce. Without sharing too much detail, I shared a bit of my story with an online platform of a group of moms seeking advice. Ms. Salice was one of the fellow moms who reached out to me to offer support, but in no way did she appear to be seeking a client, but rather, she was simply being kind and compassionate. The mere fact that she was a Family Law Attorney didn’t even come into play until much later. When it became clear that I needed a lawyer, I didn’t even know she could represent me in my county, but on one of the scariest days of my life, I reached out to Ms. Salice in a panic unsure of what to do. I cried telling her how much I wish she was able to represent me in my county, and that was the moment I she notified me that she could. From that point on, Ms. Salice immediately went to battle for me, and continues to fight to protect me, and my child. At the beginning of the process, I was so scared that I would lose everything, including my child all because my ex has money, and I was left with nothing, and no way to work with my health. Since she has joined my case, not only has she secured custody for me, but she has blocked my ex and his lawyer’s every attempt to take advantage of me, push me around, or bully me into submission. I have cried several times in gratitude thanking Ms. Salice for all the work that she has done and continues to do. Thank you, Danielle, for fighting so hard for me, for protecting me, for making sure I don’t get taken advantage of just because I am scared, or don’t have as much as my ex does. Thank you, Danielle, for stopping them from taking my baby for unjust reasons just to get out of paying child support. I’m going to be extremely honest if you want your credit messed up due to a collection then this place is for you ….. luckily I know how to remove things off my credit , ALSO IF You’re looking to do ALL THE TALKING on your hearing date then this is for you …I didn’t like how I wasn’t really represented until the end , I thought the point of having a lawyer is for them to talk for you and then you back yourself up but no you LITERALLY DO ALLLLL THE TALKING until the very very end . But I must say Letty my attorney was GREAT! Absolutely great I give allllllllllllll the credit to her …. If I can give one person 5 stars I would but because I am not happy 1 star this company is getting from me …. I won my case $1,200 was the fee … I had a balance of $6,240 on my Edd account & when they took their fees out which is $1,200 my balance was $5,040 do the math what’s 6,240 minus 1,200 ? 5,040 ! Now they’re telling me they never received payment which is wild to me because where did the $1,200 go ? I certified after I seen the $1,200 out so I wouldn’t touch it til after now I’m owing …. I would not advise anyone to go to this company . RUN NOT WALK RUN…………. And perishing law firm I do not need you responding to my review I don’t care what you have to say I do not believe any of it you guys are trying to charge me twice and I don’t like that……

Well, let me be honest and tell you my experience with Persian Square law firm I contacted them this year. They charge me a certain amount to represent me. They said I wouldn’t have to pay if I lost my case apparently the judge sent the case back because they did not find me guilty so they sent it back to the EDD to have them look into a fraud And did he still charge my account $8500 Persian square has not returned my phone calls. I called them multiple times and their message says that due to the Covid pandemic they can’t return the phone calls on time Covid pandemic was 2020 and it’s 2025 already I am not seeing what everybody else is seeing when it comes down to these attorneys they definitely do not return the calls when they should two weeks. I haven’t had a return call and I left 16 messages.

Mr. Lampel was the kindest and most responsive lawyer id ever had. He got me granted full time custody of my daughter when I originally only had half of the time with her, and kept me up to date every step of the way. He was prompt, supportive, and very knowledgeable. He got the judge to side in my favor fairly quickly. I don't know what would have happened if I didn't hire him as my lawyer!

Mr. Lampel took a $3000 retainer and then became completely unresponsive to contact. His phone did not work. He was unaware of a court date coming up. He did not read court documents or correspondence. (As evidenced by what he wrote to me in emails ) When I was able to contact him by phone, his voice would fade in and out. "It's an old phone..." He said but he did not purchase a new one. Often, there was no one to answer his phone. There was no voice mail. The phone would just ring and ring. He was extremely friendly with the other party. This made me feel uncomfortable. You would think she had been paying him instead of me. He would not do as I asked. I asked to see the signature on a document as I am legally entitled to, he did not tell me it required a court order (or he did not know. "You can do that yourself at the courthouse", he said) and I wasted several hundred dollars coming to Los Angeles, getting a hotel for the night and being refused at the court house the next day. With an impending court date coming up and Mr. Lampel having no knowledge of my case, I was forced to get another attorney. Lampel did not file one piece of paper on my behalf for my $3000. When I changed attorneys, he had still not even informed the court that he was my attorney of record. I would receive documents on my case in the mail and be forced to fax them (at my further expense) to Lampels office. Although the opposing council sent copies to him as a courtesy, he apparently did not open or read them. Lampel wanted me to accept a dubious document as fact, would not facilitate the review of it and hung up on me when I asked him to do this. He wanted to take the course of least resistance (and work) on his part by accepting a questionable will without question when he had been hired for the precise reason of questioning that document.
I do not feel I could recommend him to anyone. He has not returned my fee. He has been the most disappointing hired person I have ever come in contact with.

The Firm is only looking out for their own best interest $$$$. Complaining of the work they are being paid to do. Unable to meet deadlines, numerous errors, bad discovery, no depositions, late filing, missed deadlines. These failures ultimately were the firms need to withdraw from my case after three years and after receiving over $100,000 of my hard earned money. Their unexplained, inconsistent, excessive and unreasonable billing was the excuse used to abandon my case and place blame on their client for non-payment....yes after they already billed and were paid over $100,000....my money and time wasted. You are only $$ in their eyes. Don't make the same mistake I did....they will only succeed in making your situation worse, leaving you to pick up the pieces with no remorse!!
