After searching for my first Lawyer, and speaking with three different Lawyers, Mr. Pautler was firm, upfront, and did not beat around the bush. Out of all the Lawyers that I spoke with, Mr. Pautler told it like it was. I knew I wanted to hire this lawyer for my first lawyer. Once, hired, Mr. Pautler exceeded what I had first asked him for help with. He told me in order to fix my problem, certain steps had to be taken. With his help guiding me to follow required criteria, he not only help me fix my problem, but also helped me re-establish contact of lost loved ones. Mr. Pautler was very respectful, curtious, and told me "how the law" sees it. When my problem was solved, he told me so and ended our interaction in an appropiate manner to end the billing. I would recommend and encourage you to hire Mr. Pautler as your Lawyer. I see no need for me to seek out another Lawyer for myself, I will continue to seek counsel from him when ever I need a lawyer for myself. Seth is nothing short of exceptional. I had to make changes to my LLC so that I could work outside the US and I had some basic legal questions. However, after speaking with Seth it turned out to be a much more complicated process than I ever imagined. Seth and I have worked together on the creation of a LLC entity holding a long distance real estate investment property.
He frequently went above and beyond to ensure the work was as perfect as possible. He always made sure to answer my multiple questions nicely and fully while providing transparency of the whole end to end process. Once the entity was created and he received his payment he still made sure I had everything I needed and stayed very responsive to my emails.
There is no doubt that I will go reach back to him in the event I need further legal help.

Amy immediately broke down any cynicism I had about dealing with attorneys. She did so with her professionalism, honesty and ability to communicate. She took an awkward situation and reliably made the right decisions and did what was best for me and the case. When necessary, she was quick to address "bad news" directly, but with appropriate sympathy and sincerity.
At no time did I ever feel "nickel-and-dimed" or taken advantage of. In fact, I believe she took every available opportunity to reduce the risk of unnecessary charges, maintaining concern for my budget as if it were her own. My husband and I found Skelton Law firm, after interviewing a couple other firms that didn’t quite meet our needs. We were paired up with Haley Owens who was very wonderful, efficient, and quickly responded to our needs whenever we had questions. Owen is the first responder; he answered calls, schedules appointments, takes messages in which Haley would get back to us within the day, he was very helpful with extensive knowledge, and kind. Haley met with us for our first meeting, we went over a list of debts, and she proposed the plan and cost. We liked her so much that we retained her that day. We then we exchanged emails and phone calls until all necessary paperwork was collected, and the online courses (2) were completed. We met with Haley once more to make sure everything was correct. Then we received a date to come do a virtual court meeting. Haley helped us and another lovely woman go through the online meeting. She was so patient and easily relatable for us. After my wife died I had to go through probate because she died unexpectedly without a Will. We are so happy to have accidentally discovered Jelsing Tri West & Andruss PLLC in Everett, where Mark Jelsing practices. We couldn't be happier with everyone. We went to the firm for a different matter, but when it came time to work on some estate planning, Mark was the best. As a recent graduate, when he didn't know an answer to something (we had a very complex situation involving multiple entities and states), he was able to get some advice from his dad, who is a founding member of the firm. Mark has been involved in this probate/estate case for nearly a year. I think I was one of his first clients. Boy did he get a good case to learn from! I became a widow after only 6 months of marriage and we had not taken care of wills, deeds, insurance, etc. So you can imagine the mess Mark had to try and get to the bottom of. I can say that through his diligence and my determination, I was able to save our home from foreclosure and after a year, was able to purchase our home from the bank. Oh, and by the way, the ex-wifes name was on the bank note, not the deed, but the bank didn't want to talk to me. Let me also include, to make matters worse, that the person named executor to our estate, nearly 12 years ago, was no longer fond of the deceased. It has been an uphill battle that is not finished, but, Mark has carried me with his determination, willingness to find the right path, forging ahead like a bulldog, and continues to move forward. This case is probably one of the most frustrating cases Mark will see in a long time, which could be the reason no other attorney I contacted was willing to take. Although the reason for needing an attorney is sad, Mark has worked hard to see the positive in everything he has done. He listened to my story with empathy and endured the many days of tears.
Thank You Mark for your professionalism, empathy hard work and enduring spirit.

Representation was pathetic at best. Ken is very hard to communicate with as he doesn't give you the total answer till after the fact. Does not listen very well to his client, nor did he believe in his client/me. Accounting practices leave very much to be desired, missed numerous entries/expenses and the math was horrible. Has a negative attitude about the Judges and failed to counter the Mediator on numerous questionable decisions. Nice guy, just not a fighter.

Our family is so thankful to Renee for her expert legal advice and compassion during the most stressful time of our lives. The first impression during the consult was Renee was very intelligent and knew her stuff. She appeared to be honest with what she truly thought we could accomplish. She had another attorney Karan help because it was cheaper. But it took his WAY longer to do everything and he clearly had no idea what he was doing. We stared to feel like she didn’t have time for us and was squeezed our case into her work load. Looking back she shouldn’t have taken our case and been honest that she couldn’t take another client, she tried her best but was too busy to really give our case the attention it deserved, this was about our child after all and deserved to be not just squeezed in.
The worst part is at the end of it all, not being satisfied we reached out after already having paid $10,000, we had a balance of a little over $600. She then told us to pay what we could. At that point we had nothing to pay, we had paid all we could and didn’t bother attempting to borrow money from friends and family we just didn’t pay anything. Months had passed with no communication and then my husband gets a phone call saying we are in collections and that Renee is suing us over $600 we owed her. I called the office confused they said since we didn’t pay anything they sent us to collections. I explained Renee said to pay what we could, which was nothing Stacie here paralegal then said that meant “within reason”. If some type of minimum payment was due then that should have been stated. I reached out via email to Renee stating I want to see my final notice that says you’re sending me to collections. She said she doesn’t need to do that and that she had said she would “be willing to accept anything”. So now we are in collections and she will not pull it from collections after telling us we only needed to pay what we could.
Renee stated one thing and did another. If we knew this was going to collections we would have asked friends and family to help. After paying her THOUSANDS of dollars and being told to pay “what we could”, we find ourselves in collections over $600,

I had the pleasure of working with Geoff through a DVPO case and parts of my divorce case. He was able to point out the fact that my ex had set me up and wasn't afraid to voice it in court. Geoff was also well prepared for a crucial custody hearing and it was a relief having him by my side. Being a judge, in addition to a lawyer, his schedule does get busy. However, both he and his paralegal, Kerry Davis, show great care for their clients.

Dropped a huge retainer and we have not had a single filing completed in time for my family’s case with Leslie Gilberston specifically. Communication is massively lacking. I’m charged for every time I email or call for an update that I don’t get. Be wary when they say they have the capacity for your case and expect to be your own advocate with the courts if you choose this firm, especially if it is family law.

Robert Getz provided stellar representation in my case. From the first meeting where he outlined the law and along the way as he updated me on the status of my case and how the law and the facts were on my side. It was easy to see I had the best attorney in the case as the opposing attorney was not even in his league. His preparation of documents, legal strategies and the knowledge of the law and procedure made the other side look like amateurs. I hired this lawyer to help finish my divorce.I was forced to terminate his services leaving me hi and dry.He lyed to me about the amount of money he was going to charge me to get my divorce finished.It actually ended up costing me three times what he originally told me to get me back to square one.He told me everything I wanted to hear and it wasn't until I lost that I realization came that he tells everyone what they want to hear. Before I fired him it appeared my exes attorney and him were good buddy's. Don't hire this lawyer!

She new the facts going into the situation and said it shouldn't be a problem. She strung us along for months and then said it would cost $5000 to continue and we may not win. If she is such a great attorney why did she not tell us that going in. I would not have wasted my time or money. She now sent us a final bill for $500 with no details. Don't use her.
