Let me first say that if you are reading this, I am sorry for your families loss. My brother found Harrison Estate Law by chance and wow they have been pretty great for what the situation was. Casey was the Lead attorney and I swear over the course of a year I asked a hundred questions by email and everything just kind of went along how it was supposed to. They got us taken care of and I can’t say enough about the team of Casey and his assistant Jennifer, they were great! I highly recommend them and would gladly testify to that statement!

My son entered this with so much fear, because he didn’t know his rights as a father. After some research, I scheduled the consultation, we met with Ms Alishia and I knew immediately that she was my son’s lawyer. Ms Alishia was patient with us, thoroughly explained his rights as a father, answered all of our questions and listened to us vent and express our concerns. She was very informative and always professional, even at times when we became impatient. There was never a day or time that we couldn’t contact and communicate with her, she was always available and gave her undivided attention to the case. My son felt heard!
I am truly grateful to Ms Alishia for her knowledge and expertise and highly recommend her services. In the end my son was granted all of his requests. Through out this process she kept saying “Just stay the course!” I’m so thankful that we did.

Alishia did an amazing job. She came onto my case in the midst of chaos and never made me feel like a burden. She helped me through a family law case that began in December of 2022 until May of 2024. (She came on in October 2023) She was able to find a common ground for an agreement with opposing counsel without having to go through the trouble of a trial all while keeping my best interest at hand . She didn’t just listen to me but she HEARD me.
She is reliable, realistic, and willing to put in the work needed to get the job well done!
If I ever need counsel again she will always be my go to.

I will try to keep this concise but that will be difficult as Blake, Angela and PTM are truly an answer to prayer. After an unexpected death, I needed to find a probate attorney. As I interviewed many in the Gainesville area, Blake quickly rose to the top. Probate is something foreign to me and Blake and Angela literally held my hand through the process, they were flexible with appointments (I was flying in from across the country), generous with listening ears and suggestions and incredibly kind to my father as we also needed to redo his trust and will.
I have now had to work with 3 other attorneys due to my parents moving and the need to update wills and trusts again, POA paperwork and investment contracts... and I can confidently say that PTM outshines other firms in their clear and timely communication, the speed with which they complete tasks on their end and as you can see from the other reviews; how they make each client feel like they are important and valued.
Blake and Angela truly care about their clients and the work they do is stellar. Our attorney in Idaho was impressed and noted how "easy it was to update the will because of the thorough work done by (Blake)"

Looking for an Estate Planning lawyer can be daunting. I didn't want a billboard lawyer. I knew I wanted a small firm that actually answered the phone. One that didn’t offer me a video chat for the first consultation meeting from someone outside my area. I wanted a face to face personal meeting. Our situation is special, I knew that going in. I’m so glad I called PTM Trust and Estate law. During our first consultation meeting, I warned them that I was their final exam. By the time that the initial meeting was over, I know that Blakely and Angela learned some things from us and we learned a lot from them too. Talking to them is as easy as talking to your friends. All questions were asked, explored and answered. Communication before, during and after the meeting them was all excellent. My interpretation for PTM is Professional, Trustworthy and Meticulous!

I had a post-divorce matter arise because of the incompetence of the lawyer who handled my divorce. I reached out to Sabina and was desperate at the time because my ex-husband totally disregarded our settlement agreement. Sabina was patient and kind, but also ready to fight on my behalf. I was bereft and Sabina took the time to explain to me the issues with my settlement agreement, what issues we could reasonably litigate, and which ones I would have to accept were not enforceable. The not enforceable parts were because I got duped into thinking I did not need an attorney for my divorce in the first place because my ex-husband and I were "amicable."
I honestly felt like Sabina and her entire team took my case personally as though it was happening to them, and I know this is the way Sabina approaches all of her cases/clients. Sabina is a fighter for justice for her clients. I felt heard, supported, and I knew I was in expert hands. Sabina is a vigorous advocate, a fighter for justice, is laser sharp with the ability to identify critical issues that left me financially liable that were missed in my divorce. I never would have known without her help but it could have been avoided if I retained her to handle my divorce in the first place! Most importantly, Sabina does not give up. If she isn't sure of something, she will research it. I really appreciated everything she did for me.
Another important consideration in retaining an attorney is that Sabina was not going to let me spend thousands of dollars on issues that could not be litigated. I needed that perspective and guidance, like most clients do in divorce/post-dissolution proceedings, because we are emotional rather than logical. It was hard to swallow at times but I trusted her and her expertise implicitly. She was correct 10/10 times.
The take home message is YES you DO NEED your own lawyer in every divorce, no matter how "amicable" you think it is, and
Sabina IS the lawyer you need. Don't let the other side retain her; get there first!
I should share that I work in the legal field as an expert witness so I work with a LOT of attorneys. Most attorneys are mediocre, at best. A lot are simply horrible. There are precious few Sabina's out there and I am so grateful I found her and that she took my case.
This is long overdue, but thank you so much, Sabina and Home Town Law Team!

I had a consultation with Sabina today and I would say that she is not only a knowledgeable lawyer, but also a very understanding and responsive person. Going through divorce is already a stressful time for anyone and Sabina can understand this emotional aspect without extra explanation. Her answers and advices were professional and detailed. She was very generous at sharing information or explaining my options for a “game plan”. I feel that she can stand for her client no matter what and protect your rights. This firm is more than just your average, run of the mill firm. Our child support/paternity case was extremely complicated, having already been settled in North Carolina court in our favor with prejudice. A move to the state of Florida instigated the opposing party to reopen the case, making the circumstances a bit more difficult and harder to navigate. When the lines of justice were unclear, Ms. Cucinella researched and dug until an answer was found or a comparable case was located that could be evidenced in court.
While no one could ever be certain of the outcome when it comes to court matters, my Husband and I were extremely confident and beyond comfortable in the effort that the entire team put into our case.
Ms. Stephanie Mack represented us on the day of court and the outcome couldn’t have been better.
It is very obvious that the duo make an incredible team with clear communication, shared knowledge, fierce work ethic, and confidence that can’t be beat. I highly recommend this firm and the ladies who work there. We can’t name a single thing that we would change, nor do we have any complaints.

I could not speak any better of this law firm. My case was assigned to Chris Jones, with Logan Doll as second chair. From to start to finish, these gentleman were so very comforting. I do not regret any dollar paid, they did their job as if they were fighting for themselves.
My case was an interesting one against the state. Mr. Jones was on top of every detail from the beginning; he would even take the time to call my witnesses. Prior to trial a meeting was set up because Mr. Jones knew I had never been to court and wanted to prep me to his best ability.
In the court room, Mr. Jones and Mr. Doll were unreal. They kept me calm and explained everything going on to the best of their ability. Mr. Jones fought in that court room as if he was fighting for himself. He even had the jury loving him. Once my trial was won, I was congratulated by Mr. Jones, Mr. Edwards, and Mr. Doll. Just an all around great team that stands by you, makes you laugh through the hard times, and fights for you and what is right. I could not recommend them more!

The advice that I received from Attorney Long H. Duong during our communication was not what I wanted to hear, but it was what I needed to hear. It became apparent to me that, he was protecting my best interest in the matter concerning adding my 4 siblings names to a couple of warranty deeds (which he advised against). In dealing with my mother’s estate (or lack thereof) I only needed a 15-minute consultation with Mr. Duong. His is true to his statement about finding out if probate is necessary or if alternative solutions are available. I was drawn to his matter-of-fact information on the website that didn’t have the slant of “you must do this fast, and you must have a lawyer.” The ability to speak directly with the attorney and not have to filter through a sales pitch or commitment was a pleasant surprise, and at no point did I feel “small” in making my inquiry. It was more like a neighbor giving the best advice they can to get you in the right direction. At the end of the call, I had a better understanding of the Florida estate system and a good idea of how my family needed to move forward. If my circumstances needed more elaborate care, I would reach out to Mr. Duong again. I greatly appreciate his time and how kindly he addressed my questions.

Recently I had the great pleasure of meeting and working with Mr. Howard Rosenblatt an estate planning lawyer He is an excellent lawyer very knowledgeable, patient, kind, and has a great sense of humor. The areas of need that I sought help for were personal and financial. Prior to each meeting he provided a draft of materials, well in advance, that I could review before our meeting. This allowed me with time necessary to study and ponder the documents so I could prepare questions. He took the time to go over every question that I had, and never rushed me.

Attorney Stephen K Miller took on our case and was able to review our case and aggressive pursue the settlement that we deserved to properly repair the damages done to our second home. He has a tremendous understanding of the law and isn't afraid to take a case to trial if necessary. We were able to walk away with a settlement that was fair and nearly 12 times what the insurance company had originally offered us as a fair settlement to repair the damages. His staff was courteous and professional. For any future legal needs, my first and only call will be to Stephen Miller.

Sold my home by owner and Mr. Moreno was referred to me. He made what could have been a nightmare into the easiest transaction possible. I found the buyer, he drew up the contract. I hired Eric to help me with a landlord tenant issue. I was not satisfied with his work, I feel he just didn’t want to deal with the situation. He made me feel that it was not worth his time for the “few hundred dollars “ in the deposit amount that I was after. I do not recommend him for this work.

Working with this lawyer was one of the worst experiences in my life. I hired a lawyer, my ex didn't, but yet he was able to keep all the marital assets. She didn't fight for me. She is not responsible or responsive. I had so many issues during my divorce. She failed to file paperwork until I said something. I always seemed to be losing my mind with her. She never kept me up to date with proceedings and what happened next. I would have to ask the morning of court for the information to access the zoom meeting when she had the information for weeks. Then when I would get upset about her work ethic, she would gaslight me and make excuses for her behavior rather than correcting or even apologizing. We discussed things, in emails, that she was supposed to take out of the final decree. She failed to do so and refused to correct her behavior. I will never recommend her to anyone.

This law firm is terrible. They were hired for a case and never return phone calls. You can not get an update on the case but they keep billing even when nothing new has been filed. They can not keep track and itemize things they have done and do not genuinely care about the work they do. terrible experience
