The Aldrich Law Firm is a firm that will fight for you! John and his firm fought hard for me and my children. Their knowledge and ability to calm you during your “storm” is something I will always admire about them. John had to take my case all the way to the Supreme Court… where he won! Once my case was won it wasn’t like I didn’t hear from them anymore. I feel like they continue to be my guardian angels who check in time to time to make sure I’m making wise decisions lol. This firm is HONEST and KNOWLEDGEABLE! Two things that you want on your side. HIGHLY recommend!

I am impressed at the efficiency of the office staff. The attorneys are extremely nice and answered any questions very simply that we could understand and clear our concerns. They also had many extremely important suggestions that would help us be sure our family would have no problems with taking care of our Wishes when needed. The cost is remarkablely reasonable for the excellent services provided. Delwyn Webber came highly recommended from another Las Vegas attorney. I have never dealt with a more efficient group. I no longer live in Las Vegas so most of our correspondence was done through emails.I was always amazed how fast Delwyn got back to me. On a few occasions I spoke directly with Delwyn. I really can’t say enough positive things about Sarah Ocampo and Nicki Beard! They helped me navigate the really weird world of probate after I lost my parents. Turns out, wrong information was given years ago, and they guided me every step of the way. No question was ridiculous and any setbacks (mine or generated by others) they treated as important and and fought to fix them, even when confronted with stupidity and dumb laws. I have known Daryl for over 20 years. He is our family lawyer, and my business lawyer. Daryl prepared our will, trust, and living will. He also consults me on a wide variety of business issues. Our trust and LLC company were set up according to state law. The will is organized, covers everything we asked for, and Daryl was careful to advise us of making verbal agreements. My husband and I were nervous about the guardianship process. We had heard horror stories of the lengthy process and the hoops they make people jump through. I cannot begin to tell you what having such a professional, pleasant group of individuals helping us with this has meant to our family. My father and I made an appointment with Marjorie to discuss preparing a will and trust. Marjorie and her staff were all very professional, warm and very nice. They treated my father respectfully and explained everything very simply and to the point. They were always happy to help in any way that they could and were accessible by phone or email at a moment's notice. My sister and I interviewed four estate planning attorneys, with one of them being James Owens. After the interviews it was a unanimous decision that James was the person we wanted to work with. He was much more friendly and personal than the others and his prices were significantly lower. We felt extremely comfortable with him. With the others it seemed like it would be strictly business and you would be “nickeled and dimed” for everything. After we hired James, he created a trust and an LLC for our mother. He did not disappoint us. We felt like we were dealing with a friend who genuinely wanted to help. My mother also loved working with him. James will not disappoint you and you will be very glad you chose him!

I've talked about doing a trust/will for two years. I talked to family and friends, and only one person I know has done this professionally, but couldn't remember details, so I decided to let my spirit lead me. I did a google search, and came across The Marshall Law office on Eastern... (not to be confused with Marshall law on 8th St.) Anyway, Sam Marshall has videos on his website explaining about wills, trust, probate, and after getting a better understanding, I decided to schedule an appointment. My appointment was with James Owens, and after we spoke, I knew that he was the one. He is patient, thorough, and his humor made me relax through this serious process. Also, I think the price is very reasonable, so if you're on the fence like I was...Take a leap!

I'm not from the area but my 90 year old mother is, she recently lost her husband and he had done nothing towards a will. I called a few places in Henderson, and all I had was SLOW responses, misunderstood emails, and sometimes triple the price for what Marshall law did for us.
Was such a positive experience, we made an appointment, we came into a comfortable, professional environment, and we got it done!!! James C. Owens and Anastasia Castleberry were informative, helpful and thorough and If you need a living trust this is the place!!

Contacted them to get information regarding guardianship and explained the situation and they said they could take my case. They emailed me some documents to signed and then needed me to pay $400 for court fees. I didn’t pay the $400 right away and they called EVERY SINGLE DAY early morning bothering me to pay the $400. When I finally paid it, within days they told me they couldn’t take my case because the person I’m trying to file guardianship isn’t in Nevada. Although I explained everything before hand and even called them when I was filling out one of the forms they needed me to sign. Now they are giving me the runaround about my $400 refund. Iva called many times and the attorney is always “busy” and promises to call back that day but never does. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Kim was recommended to us long ago. We are so glad now that we entrusted to her the revision of our legal/estate documents. Kim is really an expert in elder law. We previously used a different group and can clearly see Kim is much better. Kim and Danielle really listened to what we wanted and carefully included those clauses in our docs.
