Thanks Foglight! T. Khan helped me with a traffic matter. I was driving and was arrested for a warrant which is a misdemeanor and he got it reduced to an infraction! Nissan provided much needed assistance against a retaliatory landlord, who endeavored to evict me, for no good reason, after refusing to repair significant bldg. violation habitability issues for well over a decade. Nissan treated me courteously, never condescendingly. and was always available whennecessary. I can’t stress strongly enough how valuable his help was and what a great debt of gratitude I owe him. Mr. Thomas provided excellent legal advice for a landlord tenant matter. I was able to settle with my landlord who was pressuring me to move illegally and now I stay peacefully in my apartment. Mr. Thomas gave me sound good advice and I was able to abate the entire issue. Where do I start. First of all the insurance companies are all liars and crooks. I had no idea my employer literally had no control over my care. My own employer was even disgusted with the way I was treated by the insurance company. Zenith was the insurance company by the way so if you're reading this and you have Zenith as your Worker's Comp. insurance company hire a lawyer right away. I would recommend this group but if they're not for you hire somebody to represent you. Zenith is an organization that should literally not be able to conduct business in California. But luckily I found a group of lawyers you did a fantastic job for me. Things didn't move very slow they did warn me things would be moving slow due to Zenith having a what they called a rigged medical provider network. Which basically means they only allow doctors to work with them who see eye to eye with them. Not beneficial for the injured worker but very beneficial for the profits of the insurance company. So I got very unlucky that my employer was insured by Zenith but did get lucky also that I found an aggressive lawyer like Peter who had the patience and the experience to understand how to deal with them. So thank you Peter I appreciate everything you and your staff did for me.

Probably one of the best attorneys I have ever worked with. He really is a godsend.
Originally, I had an older lawyer, and he was not doing a good job at all. Three years in court with no results. I fired him and Hired Richard.
In less than a year Richard got the 4 unit apartment building transferred into my name that my mother had left me in her will. He really took it to the opposing council at trial. Richard was able to work with my brother and I during a conservatorship proceeding regarding my mother. We were at conflict with her second husband. Richard was able to deal with my brother and I as we got emotional during the negotiations before we went to court. He helped us come to an agreement that was agreed to by both parties before the courts were involved. Richard also really seemed to be cognizant of the cost and in my opinion tried to keep it as low as he could for us. This was appreciated.

Though I had been under the mistaken impression she was a decent and loving person, that turned out to be an illusion. David helped me get through an estate matter from 3000 miles away. I'm in Michigan, the case was in LA. I spoke with 5 different lawyers about my matter, David was THE only one I felt comfortable with.

I can't express enough how much I appreciate having found Steve to help me through a very complex and difficult probate. My grandfather passed away without a will or trust and a lot of assets and children that completely dislike each other - it's been messy to say the least.
I've worked in the legal profession for over 20 years and was referred to Steve Grant by an attorney I work with, as I personally didn't know anyone who specialized in Probate Law. One thing about probate law is that the court mandates or sets the attorney's fees based off of the value of the estate. The fee is also paid from / out of the estate... so you don't pay by the hour, so if you're reading this - you're probably searching for a good probate lawyer and wondering if you can afford a really good attorney, and in a probate situation, it's really up to you, the individual (aka the administrator of the estate) to find the best possible attorney (for the set fee that the estate will pay anyways). Someone that will give you their time, attention and expertise...someone who cares... Well, I'm thankful to have found Steve and that's why I'm even taking the time to write this...

I highly recommend Ruben Fuentes! He helped me with my divorce and I was divorced in about 6 months! He also helped me get the child support and spousal support that I was entitled to by law. On top of that he also gave me a reasonable price and let me make payments. I was not able to find another attorney that was willing to arrange a payment plan for me.
