I contacted Nicole when my own Living Will attempt on one of those "do-it-yourself" websites went awry. I had started the living will and trust, but needed to make changes. The online host was not open to making changes, so I found and contacted Nicole. Given the circumstances of stepping into the middle of my self-perceived mess; Nicole was an ace in straightening everything out for me and getting the new documents back to me toot-suite. I fully trust Nicole's capabilities and will gladly use her again, as needed.

I went to Nicole looking for help with estate planning, and she was exactly what I needed. She explained a different options, gave me advice for handling tricky situations with various family members, and ultimately created a great set of documents. After reviewing the drafts and sending in some questions, she was very responsive--timely answering my questions and making changes to the drafts. I was presented with a dubious invoice for attorney's fees (not Danielle's, obviously) and not knowing what was 'reasonable' in the State of AZ (I live out of State, but needed to file in AZ) Danielle evaluated my fees thoroughly, provided feedback, and in record time. She also helped me summate key points for discussion, and paved a road to future next steps. Not to mention, her overall approach was one of 'How can I help you' over 'How much money will I make.' She is head and shoulders above all others I've recently spoken to in her field, with a critical set of ethics you'd want in an attorney (or any business partner). And she really knows probate process inside and out. I can't recommend her enough. Plain and simple: Hire her.

My wife and I found ourselves in a complicated legal situation with limited funds and we lucky enough to be referred to Danielle. From our fist interaction with Danielle, we knew we were with the right attorney for us, and we were thrilled to get someone with her experience and divers skill set, for roughly half of what we were expecting to pay.
While our legal matters have yet to be concluded, she has been consistently ahead of the other attorneys involved in the case, and has quickly earned our confidence. We appreciate very much her taking a budget conscious approach to our lawsuit and billing far less than she could have. It sounds corny, but we think she really cares.
We could not recommend her more and I can't imaging any time in the future when she will not be my first call for any legal work.

Michelle was referred to us by our financial planner. The fees were significantly higher than the last will & trust we created 16 years ago. However, her knowledge of the law, level of detail in addressing complex issues and willingness to explain things in layman's terms was helpful. Our work schedules and locations made it difficult to meet, and she was willing to conference call after hours to review the documents and save us a trip downtown. Her accommodation of our schedule and thoroughness of the legal forms was appreciated. Staff was friendly and approachable. They also assist families with ALS for end of life planning, and have a sensitivity to working with families of loved ones with ALS.

I highly recommend Hirschi Law for anyone who needs any kind of legal help. There are a lot of legal firms out there, and I'm very glad I found this one. My issue was going to cost $2500-3000 or more, but Hirschi Law’s expertise probably saved me a couple of thousand dollars! So I was well pleased. I liked Heath’s no muss, no fuss approach. He handled the process very quickly, leading to quick results. And he had to accomplish everything long distance – I am many states away! Despite that distance, I plan on continuing to use Heath for my legal needs.

I hired Nora after my sibling's falsely accused me of not meeting my trustee duties. It was the hardest time of my life. I lost my parents and those who were supposed to be there to support me were against me. Elizabeth assisted me with an issue involving damage to my home. I live in an HOA and the roots from a tree they had planted and maintained grew under my foundation causing extensive damage. Anyone looking for a collection attorney who knows the ins and outs of collecting judgments, needs to contact Michael J Fuller. He is very professional, has 30 plus years experience and does just what he says he will do.
Collecting on a judgment from some one who does not wish to pay is challenging in and on it's own. Having Michael Fuller assist you makes it that much better. His website states that the goal is to get the person to go to bed at night with you on their mind and wake up with you on their mind and he accomplished just that.
It is important to note that it is a process and can be a lengthy one at that. Having the patience and the fortitude will always achieve results.
Michael went above and beyond to get the judgment debtor backed into a corner so that his only options were to pay. I cannot thank him enough for all of his hard work and his calm demeanor throughout the whole process.
Anyone needing to collect a debt, be sure to give him a call and set an appointment. Collecting a percentage of a debt owed is much better than collecting nothing on a debt owed.

In my experience, it has been very tedious and daunting to begin a conversation with an attorney, especially one at a law firm with other partners, etc. That is, usually law firms won't lend an ear, it seems, unless you pay $100-300 initial consulting fee, which is basically a $15 overview of your case and whether they think it's worthwhile$$$.
However, not only was I surprised to see Attorney Rhatz offer a no-cost consultation, but he also kept it "real." He advised me with information that even seemed to work against his assumed interest in profit (i.e., he didn't try to exploit me for money), such as by providing me with self-help research suggestions, and even helped me put together an outline for my case.
He didn't want me to lose more money winning with him (he didn't want me to spend so much money to retain him, that even if winning the case, I'd still be at a net negative dollar-loss).
He gave me his undivided attention, asked questions that showed he actually paid attention, and was very resourceful with directing me towards credible sources of jurisprudence.
What's more, is that he didn't throw me out after 15 minutes, but rather stayed with me until he felt I was sufficiently informed with the material and answers to questions to send me along my way.
This man even read through all my notes and connected with me as a person.
I also appreciated his aggressive, but civil, nature towards vanquishing the countering party. He is strategic, he is prepared to preempt the countering party's legal arguments by first calling them out himself, and sparks reassurance that he is sedulously and astutely on the case.
Obviously, I would recommend attorney R Andrew Rahtz for the aforementioned reasons, despite only meeting with him one time on an preliminary consultation.
