We are so glad we chose the Folger Law Firm to represent us. The accident was traumatic enough and we weren't looking forward to dealing with all that is involved in filing an insurance claim. One of the best decisions I’ve made was selecting John Even to oversee the settlement of my Mom’s estate. His wisdom and insight on reaching the optimal settlement for my family was priceless. Without his patient encouragement over thee years I would have settled for a poor result early on.
John’s meetings were concise and educational, and only scheduled when absolutely necessary. This saved our estate thousands of dollars. And his paralegals are first class.

Elizabeth assisted me with an issue involving damage to my home. I live in an HOA and the roots from a tree they had planted and maintained grew under my foundation causing extensive damage. Elizabeth prepared a professional and thorough settlement request to the HOA's insurance company, which resulted in them paying for all of the damage caused by the tree! I never could have done this on my own. Elizabeth was patient with all of my questions and though this is not her typical area of law, she was very knowledgeable. Elizabeth treats her clients with care and concern and she is someone you want on your side when dealing with stressful and difficult matters. I contacted Nicole when my own Living Will attempt on one of those "do-it-yourself" websites went awry. I had started the living will and trust, but needed to make changes. The online host was not open to making changes, so I found and contacted Nicole. Given the circumstances of stepping into the middle of my self-perceived mess; Nicole was an ace in straightening everything out for me and getting the new documents back to me toot-suite. I fully trust Nicole's capabilities and will gladly use her again, as needed.

I went to Nicole looking for help with estate planning, and she was exactly what I needed. She explained a different options, gave me advice for handling tricky situations with various family members, and ultimately created a great set of documents. I was presented with a dubious invoice for attorney's fees (not Danielle's, obviously) and not knowing what was 'reasonable' in the State of AZ (I live out of State, but needed to file in AZ) Danielle evaluated my fees thoroughly, provided feedback, and in record time. She also helped me summate key points for discussion, and paved a road to future next steps. Not to mention, her overall approach was one of 'How can I help you' over 'How much money will I make.' She is head and shoulders above all others I've recently spoken to in her field, with a critical set of ethics you'd want in an attorney (or any business partner). And she really knows probate process inside and out. I can't recommend her enough. Plain and simple: Hire her.

My wife and I found ourselves in a complicated legal situation with limited funds and we lucky enough to be referred to Danielle. From our fist interaction with Danielle, we knew we were with the right attorney for us, and we were thrilled to get someone with her experience and divers skill set, for roughly half of what we were expecting to pay.
While our legal matters have yet to be concluded, she has been consistently ahead of the other attorneys involved in the case, and has quickly earned our confidence. We appreciate very much her taking a budget conscious approach to our lawsuit and billing far less than she could have. It sounds corny, but we think she really cares.

Michelle was referred to us by our financial planner. The fees were significantly higher than the last will & trust we created 16 years ago. However, her knowledge of the law, level of detail in addressing complex issues and willingness to explain things in layman's terms was helpful. Our work schedules and locations made it difficult to meet, and she was willing to conference call after hours to review the documents and save us a trip downtown. Her accommodation of our schedule and thoroughness of the legal forms was appreciated. Staff was friendly and approachable. They also assist families with ALS for end of life planning, and have a sensitivity to working with families of loved ones with ALS.

I hired Nora after my sibling's falsely accused me of not meeting my trustee duties. It was the hardest time of my life. I lost my parents and those who were supposed to be there to support me were against me. Nora did an incredible job at clearly explaining the next steps and helping me understand what options I had available. She kept me calm and focused on one step at a time. I highly recommend Hirschi Law for anyone who needs any kind of legal help. There are a lot of legal firms out there, and I'm very glad I found this one. My issue was going to cost $2500-3000 or more, but Hirschi Law’s expertise probably saved me a couple of thousand dollars! So I was well pleased. I liked Heath’s no muss, no fuss approach. He handled the process very quickly, leading to quick results. And he had to accomplish everything long distance – I am many states away! Despite that distance, I plan on continuing to use Heath for my legal needs.
