I would like to start by saying I have not dealt with Cam Justice and his firm on a professional level (yet), but I know Cam personally. He is a very nice guy. I was going through a difficult situation, and he gave me some professional advice. He also recommended a colleague of his. They got me out of a big mess, which would have ended up costing me a lot more money, and more important than that, a lot more time. Cam and his family are genuine people, and if ever needed, I would definitely go to him first.

Watch out!!! Brad Kelsky took my money to file a summary judgment order in my civil case. He completed the summary judgment order and did not hold a hearing on it with the judge. Instead, he withdrew from the case. I paid him over $80,000 in legal fees over two years and he withdrew on a dime. Brad is only interested in billing you, not in your case.

We worked with Samantha and her team to prepare a full estate plan for our family, including setting up a trust. Throughout the whole process they were exceptionally professional, walking us through the details and various options we had. We asked a lot of questions since this was all brand new to my wife and I, but Samantha patiently worked through all of them. In the end, all the documents were prepared in a huge, well-organized binder, and we were given scanned copies electronically (sent securely) too, so we have paper and electronic versions.
This office is a well-oiled machine! I highly recommend it to anyone who is serious about preparing for their future - not only in case of death, but also in case they need to access spouses accounts or funds, or need to make health care decisions in an emergency. This is one of those things you don't realize the value of until it's too late, but trust me when I say this is well worth the value in having a professional like Samantha take care of it NOW.

Mr. Fleischer took on a probate case, for me, that was a total mess. The lawyer previously on the case had made some very bad mistakes and then had the nerve to drop the case. I consulted with two lawyers after she drop it and they would not touch the case because of the problems she had created.
Mr. Fleischer was recommended by another attorney and he was definitely the right man for the job. He took the case and corrected all the problems created by the previous lawyer, was able to get everyone involved in this case to the table and now we will be closing the case in the next 30 days.
I would highly recommend Mr. Fleischer to anyone needing a Probate or Estate Lawyer. He is the best you will find and he will make you feel very comfortable working with him.

November 2020 was a devastating time for our sister as her husband died from COVID. His financial affairs were a total disaster, leaving his wife, our sister, an emotional, financial and physical wreck besides being disabled as well. We, that is, our other sister and her husband including myself, sometime shortly after this horrific sudden death, somehow, by the grace of God, had recommendations that Steve Braverman would be the perfect attorney for this situation. The 4 of us had a 4-way ( we were in 3 different states! ) phone consultation with Steve. Afterwards there was a joint consensus that Steve would be the perfect lawyer for our sister. Shortly thereafter, we hired him immediately and we have not looked back. Many complicated hoops we had to jump through, many questions and concerns, yes, fears and frustrations, but Steve was ALWAYS there for us, navigating us through quite frankly a mess of financial issues as one can imagine. Over these past 2 years + Steve has not wavered in his support. His investigative skills are superb as we looked at the various options, again, when one would not be accepted by creditors. His communication skills are pristine, clear and remarkable for a lawyer as such a profession is limited in that department of compassion. We've previously hired and dealt with several attorneys that often took their time to respond - which is very frustrating. Each time we contacted Mr. Braverman, he responded quickly and efficiently communicated with everyone involved. We were thankful that he is especially detail-oriented and foresaw eventualities that needed to be addressed in the documents that he was drawing up and reviewing. Clearly highly experienced and good at what he does, he left the legalese for the documents. Just wanted to make sure everyone knew how cruel and heartless this all about the money this company is... just so you're aware you could have caused my daughter and I our lives. When everybody has come together to help out in a time of need, you decided to freeze my bank account, the absolute only money my 9 year old and I have access too the day we were told that we had to evacuate because of hurricane Irma. I contacted this heartless company and they did not care one bit. Long story short we were unable to leave our home as we were told to do because we are in zone A as we had NO money, no money to buy supplies, no money for gas, no money to leave or even drive to a shelter. I have been out of work now going on a week because there is no power at our office, and still can not leave our home. I am grateful that we lived trough this, but still have no access to my money for almost one month. How do you think I will be able to go out and purchase gas and food???? We have no other family here.
Again.. your company is cruel and please take the little money I owe you and do as you please with it, I hope your conscience is clear.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the services provided by Nazarena Hauser and Leisa Wintz, partners at Family Matters Law Group. Their conduct has been highly unprofessional and incompetent. Despite paying for their time, they consistently failed to return calls. Nazarena Hauser initially responded promptly before being hired, but once retained, she became unresponsive, missed appointments, and ignored emails.
Leisa Wintz exhibited rude and condescending behavior, frequently lying and threatening to drop me as a client without returning the retainer when confronted. Additionally, their staff repeatedly contacted me to discuss the same information, resulting in double billing for identical work.
They also charged a flat rate, claiming it would be less costly than hourly billing. However, after multiple attempts to obtain a copy of my bill, which was only provided after I threatened a complaint to the Florida Bar, it became evident that they did not perform all the work they claimed. Most of the work was completed by their staff, not the attorneys themselves.
This level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their professional standards.
