My husband and I chose the Yee Law Group to help us create our estate plan and we had a very positive experience with Michael and his staff. They are professional, responsive, and thorough. They responded very promptly when we emailed questions and had additions/changes to the drafts. They made the whole process easy and reassuring. Mr. Huber helped me and my husband with our living trust. He was very patient with us as we really procrastinated getting our draft paperwork to him and cancelled our appointment three times. What I appreciate most about Brian is that he is accessible. I am able to call and ask questions about things I don’t understand. I’m not charged for this. I’m not pushed off to an assistant. I knew nothing about probate law. When my brother died I owed it to him to be his Administrator and I wanted to do my best for the heirs to the estate. I called John Palley Probate Attorney. He and his assistant Danielle Swain guided me through the process. Any time I had a concern or a question, he was always available. He recommended a great probate realtor and the house sold in a week. He told me what I needed to do to set up an estate account. Have my brothers final taxes done. All the way through to the final petition being approved. Probate law is a complex step by step process. It requires an up to date competent probate lawyer. I would have been lost without John Palley and his team, they did a great job! Perhaps best of all, working with John I was able to fulfill my administrator duties working online, saving me from a dozen 800 mile round trips. Keep up the great work John!

My parents and I had a wonderful experience working with Ed and his staff. My parents wanted to create a living trust and I wanted to find someone in the Sacramento area that spoke their native language (Cantonese and Taishanese). English is their 2nd language and it would be hard for them to fully comprehend some of those legal questions. I wanted them to feel comfortable in speaking and asking questions without a need for a translator. I’m very happy I was able to come across Ed’s business and after talking directly to him I felt he would be able to communicate just fine with my parents and we set up an initial meeting for my parents to see if they would like to work with him. The rest is history and my parents are overjoyed and I have peace of mind knowing that everything is in order for them.

My husband and I were delaying the process of putting together a living trust/will. At times it just seemed overwhelming and frankly, something we just didn't want to take the time to do. Obviously it is extremely important and when we finally decided to make the move to get this completed, we had a couple of lawyers in mind. Recently, I hired Counselor At Law Mr. Noel Lawrence to assist me in settling a matter with a company that takes advantage of senior citizens.
Because the seniors are not expected to live a long life, the company overcharges the seniors. The company is counted on the seniors to "kick off" soon, thus the company can keep the property and funds of the seniors. This is not true.
Mr. Lawrence knows his way around a courtroom. He went after the company with an intense professionalism. I highly recommend hiring Mr. Lawrence as a Counselor at Law. I found him to be extremely helpful with my situation.

When my husband passed away unexpectedly, I needed to consult with an attorney about estate matters. My husband and I had a joint revocable living trust, and I wanted to make sure that the trust provisions were correctly handled after his passing. The attorney we'd previously worked with to create the trust had moved out of state. I spent time online researching attorneys, and was drawn to all of the great reviews for Klosek Law Offices. I'm so glad I found Jack and his team! Working with Jack is a pleasure. He's knowledgeable, responsive, detail-oriented, conscientious, and easy to work with. He was very caring and respectful during a time that was extremely hard for me. After providing legal advice related to my husband's will and our joint trust, Jack worked with me to create a new revocable living trust, advanced directive, and will. Parts of my trust are a bit out of the ordinary, including a rather complex pet trust, and Jack was great at listening to my wishes, answering a zillion questions, and making sure everything was properly addressed in my trust document. Estate planning? Jack is your Attorney! He is intelligent, knowledgeable, professional and very gracious as Jack came to our home to conduct our meetings. After my mom passed my sister was trustee of mom's trust. We had always been close, but my sister was doing things how she wanted not according to the trust. I was sad over my mom's death and I could hardly believe my sister was now not following mom's wishes. I went to see Ed because he does litigation. He made me feel sane! He listened to me. Mr. Gary Zilaff assisted me at a time when I needed him the most. I had lost my job in 2008 when the economy was in very bad shape. I was transitioning careers and financially times were tough.
