I was very pleased with the way Dean Patrick handled the closing of my late aunt's estate in Detroit. She had no family in-state and did not leave a will, so I had to find a way to settle her estate from afar. Even though I live out of state 600 miles away and could only make one trip to his office in person, he kept me well-informed on the status of the case via phone and e-mail, and completed all the necessary tasks without my physical presence including court appearances, which I greatly appreciated. I am not sure if I will ever need legal help in Michigan again, but if I do, I would not hesitate to contact him. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

When our father died the will he left was contested by a family member. With no money for a lawyer my brother and I were forced to go it alone in court. I called Johnny asking for any advise he could give, he went above and beyond! We spoke multiple times and he gave us key insights into the law around our case and how to behave at trial. Without him I don't think we would be near this prepared for our upcoming court date. It is nice to know there are people who do this job because they genuinely want to help others. Johnny Hawkins is one of those people!

I normally don't write reviews, but after having Attorney Cicchelli represent me in my very messy divorce case, I felt that I should write one. I was going through my divorce case that lasted for a very long time due to my ex fighting me on every single issue. I must say that Attorney Cicchelli was there for me every step of the way. I don't know much about court stuff, but Attorney Cicchelli and her staff were able to walk me through every step on what i needed to do and she made sure I fully understood what was going on. Erica Cicchelli was awesome. I was at a point in my life where I was drowning in debt and the thought of even considering bankruptcy was mortifying. I highly recommend hiring Erica Cicchelli to represent you in any type of legal matter but particularly in a divorce custody matter. She represented me in a very contentious custody fight. Erica was effective in the courtroom and effective in dealing with opposing counsel. She obtained favorable results for me. She was prompt in returning phone calls and did not seem to mind taking the time to answer my questions throughout this process. I had small estate probate questions that the court's website did not answer. I found it was too much information to untangle, especially during the grieving process. Attorney Melissa is truly a great advocate for her clients and has been a Godsend. From the time in met her the first time until now, she has been wonderful. Divorce is very hard and she was there every step of the way. She called back very fast when I had questions and concerns, even later in the evening apparently when she was still working.
She and her team were very prompt, courteous, and made a tough experience tolerable with her experience, understanding, and empathy. I think the most impressive thing, other than her ability, is that she makes you feel like you are her only client and spends the time working on your individual case.

Melissa Schwartz represented my daughter in a custody case for her young daughter a few years back. Hands down, she is the best Attorney out there. Deanna Bundy is an outstanding Bankruptcy Attorney. We handled the entire process via eMail (never met face-to-face). She sent me an information packet that contained everything I needed to do -- including credit training, documents required, and the whole process. She was there for me by telephone at every step of the way. If I got her voicemail, she called me back within 2-hours -- WoW! After the initial hearing with the Bankruptcy Trustee, the Trustee had a few questions (normal), and we handled those expeditiously. She sent me the final discharge notice the DAY she received it. The whole process start-to-finish took 4-months -- exactly 117-days. Anyone who tells you they can do it faster than that probably does not know what they are talking about.
Deanna Bundy is courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and VERY Professional. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a competent Bankruptcy Attorney!

It's not a fun process to think about creating a will or who gets custody of your kids if you and your spouse pass on, but Kristin made the process bearable.
