again. If you get tangled up in the Texas legal system, even a little bit, even for something fairly innocuous, and you care about your reputation, then the money spent with him is well placed. There’s some truth to the old saying that you get what you pay for but with Richard you always get a little bit extra and you won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend him. I’ve known him for decades and he knows the system up there in Conroe, and he knows where to apply pressure and when to apply pressure and I think that if I aspired to be a lawyer, he would be One of my role models!

I got in touch with Mr. Sheridan Green after I moved from Canada to the USA. We have worked together for the last year or so obtaining all the information needed to petition change of status, green card, employment etc. Mr. Green is a man of experience who knows how to get the job done. Sheridan, without a doubt, is one of the best EB-1a immigration lawyers out there. He was referred to me by a friend who had got his EB-1a petition approved through him. One of the things that struck me in my first conversation, was his attention to detail. He took his time to understand my background and made an assessment to see if I stood a chance. Within a day of our first meeting, I signed a contract with him.
All the steps after that were performed judiciously and expediently. He spent a lot of hours working with me to make sure the case was explained in his case summary. (We had a lot of email conversations as well as phone calls to discuss the case).
I had my green card within 8 months after my initial contact with him (3 months after i140 approval). This includes the i140 application and approval, the i485 application, fingerprinting, green card approval, and receipt.
Boy, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I would definitely refer him to anybody who wishes to file an EB-1a application without batting an eyelid.

Brian Walters is not on your side, nor is he an honorable person. Very dirty tricks. Bait and switch schemes. Majority of his time, he spends funneling people through his podcast. In court, he was completely unprepared. He promised to help me through a jury trial and then backed out not fulfilling his word and tricking me into waiving away my rights to a jury. I don’t think I’ve met a sensible person that actually think divorce courts are fair and honest, and it’s largely because of cowards like Mr Walters.

Mr. Steven Earl represented me in a lengthy, contested estate case. The advice and counsel I received from him were superlative in every respect. His knowledge of civil procedure and state law worked very much in my favor when it came to dealing with the Court and the opposing attorneys. Because of Mr. Earl’s competence and expertise, I always felt as though my interests held the upper hand. In the end, the case was settled very much in my favor.

My mother got very sick and needed a will. His office quickly put together a basic will for us and when she couldn't physically get out of the car to come up to their office and sign it, they came down to the car to witness and sign with her! A week later she passed away and quickly they helped my brother and I go to court and get her will probated so we could get her estate settled and everything went very smooth and quick and was so very painless at a very painful time in our lives. I can't even begin to thank their office for all their help! I would reccomend them to anyone who needs estate planning or guidance!

Like many other families, we were faced with decisions that we really didn’t think we would need to make… my Dad’s dementia was deepening and my Mom, his Caretaker, was beginning to rapidly fail herself.
It came to the point I knew my Dad needed more care than what my Mom was capable of providing. It needed to be done quickly and correctly. Frankly, I was worried my Mom would pass before my Dad.
My parents are retired school-teachers. That means they are not rich, but they do have income. It certainly means they do not have the money for Nursing Home care that my Dad needs, and for that matter, my Mom needed for him to have.
I knew that trying to do the paper work and application for Medicaid was far beyond my ability and know-how. I recognized at that point we needed an Attorney to handle this for us.
I looked for a nearby attorney and found Richard Shea. This was one of the best decisions made in this difficult junction of our lives.
Richard reviewed everything carefully…. He answered questions timely… He worked as a partner with our family.
We are so grateful we hired him…it turns out that one of the accounts my mom had saved money through her job, would have been at risk if we had made the application first. Richard identified the situation and made suggestions on how to restructure it, which we did. While the amounts would not seem large to most people with an IRA or Pension, it was huge for my mom, and meant a lot to her monthly income. This one detail, more than paid for Richard’s fee.
My Dad is in a great facility. My Mom is able to relax and reclaim part of her life because she doesn’t have the heavy burden of caring for my father any longer. She can sleep at night and not have to worry if my Dad was going to get out of bed and turn on the stove and burn the house down! (He actually came close one time.) She is actually getting healthier. During her last check-up, her doctor told her he was pleased with her resurgent health.
I cannot recommend Richard enough. He is well worth his fee since he will fill out the paperwork and handle the application process and deal with the questions from the Examiner. These are details that are nerve racking enough, let alone during a stressful time.
If you are faced with these decisions, I recommend you hire Richard to handle the details. You have enough stress as it is, let him handle the part you that you are not an expert in handling. You will feel a lot better that you did.

Mr. Stilwell understood the scope of what we tried to accomplish and what needed doing. He was extremely empathetic to our situation and went over and beyond our expectations. He was very professional and the advice he gave was invaluable. I believe that without him and the service he provided, that we would still be trying to figure things out. He was also able to expedite the process and accomplished a huge feat within a very small window of time. The process that usually takes 6 months to a year took a little over a month. I hope we never need an attorney again, but if we do, I will be knocking on his door asking him for his help.

Ms. Seiler is super attorney. I was so lucky to have her as my attorney. Other attorneys only care about their fees. Ms. Seiler genuinely cared about me as person, and had my back every step of the way. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and compassionate attorney. In the courtroom, she was always very sharp. She thinks and looks at everything from various angles. She is always prepared. She kept me in the loop at every step. She fought for me at every stage. Whatever the opposing party threw at us, we won. She is very ethical and she knows the law very well. I wish I could give her a rating more than 10 on this site. I highly recommend Ms. Seiler.

I have never worked with an attorney like Mr. Dupre. He and his firm, Stone & Associates, are incredibly responsive, approachable, and knowledgable. I have never had an attorney answer ALL of my myriad questions so quickly and thoroughly. And what do most people cringe about with attorneys? The unrelenting and questionable bills for seemingly trivial things. NOT so with this firm. They charge up front and it is not egregious. This allows such a great level of comfort in that you can ask all you need and not fear an onslaught of invoices. Nick Dupre and his firm help remove the stigma that many attorneys have these days.

Needed an attorney to look over a real estate contract on short notice. Picked Mr. Boltz off the internet simply because he was conveniently located. Fortunately he was able to meet with me the next day. Only took him :15-:20 minutes to look over the contract to my satisfaction and answer all my questions.
I was very pleased with his work and give him 5 stars for his response (1 day notice), and also for his knowledge (quickly answered my questions to my satisfaction). Although he seems to be very trustworthy, I went with 4 stars simply because I don't have a long time relationship with him. Skipped the "kept me informed" category since this isn't applicable to this case.
