This review is long overdue. When we first met with David Karp, we immediately knew that he was above and beyond any other estate planning attorneys. Not only has he set up a personalized estate plan for us, but he has helped us through some complicated matters regarding a sub trust from a different office. Mark Heckele did a thorough job of creating all the legal paperwork I needed as a co-trustee to complete a purchase agreement for my mothers property. My wife and I were referred to Mark by a realtor and originally consulted with him on several occasions over the past several years concerning our rental property. We were considering letting the property go into foreclosure for a number of personal reasons. He gave us clear options for us to make an informed decision on how to proceed. We decided to stop payment on the house and let it go into foreclosure. During this process, we consulted with him again to get some clarity on issues we had with the process and he answered all questions and explained in terms that we understood how to continue. The process has taken over 2 years total, and at the beginning of this year (2017), we were served with papers from the bank that a dispute over the description of the property was in question. At this point, we hired Mark to assist with the legal aspect of the banks filing. In what seemed like a complicated issue, Mark was able to settle the issue with the bank and get us out from under the legal aspect of the case. I found Mark to be very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in our consultations and easy to work with. He exceeded all of our expectations in the final out come of our situation. Thank you Mark for all your assistance in what was a very stressful time.

I hired Mark to collect a debt owed to me. Mark went over my situation, answered my questions and explained the complete process prior to hiring him to be my lawyer. Mark methodically briefed me and kept me fully informed during the whole progression of my lawsuit and case. It was a pleasure working with Mark to resolve my claim against the people that owed money to me on a past due debt. Mark worked with me to recover this debt and worked on a fair settlement with the defendants before the case when to a trial. Unfortunately the defendants were not reasonable and the case had to be resolved by the court. Mark obtained a default judgement for me that included my legal fees and interest on the unpaid debt. I would hire Mark again as he was very straight with me through the entire progression of my case. His entire office staff was polite and pleasant to work with. I consider Mark to have utmost integrity and a being that makes him an excellent attorney. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my lawsuit. My thanks goes to Mark Heckele.

My wife and I just needed to a reinstatement of our out dated trusted from another state. Former home and beneficiaries had changed. We went through two different law firms in Tucson before finding Beth. Our estate is simple all we needed was a couple changes ; home and beneficiaries. Firm 1. had us sign a ridiculous legal contract, charging us $3,800.00. Stung us along for over4 mos. in wasted meetings.Firm 2. Wouldn't even talk to us unless we signed a contract with a $250.00 retainer, and a cost of $3,200.
Beth took my phone call and free consultation meeting. She is very proficient, kind, and listens to you needs. Doesn't try to push you into something you don't need. Gives good advise of the law, and makes you understand it in laymen terms. Doesn't over fill your head with a bunch of " legal terms" that are totally confusing.

We recently had a very complicated trust matter as we were moving a trust from La to Az, where laws are very different. We also decided to make new wills and basically restructure all of our estate planning. Other attorneys we spoke to made our goals seem virtually impossible. Craig made it seem easy (even though we know it was not). Everything was handled quickly and in our best interest for the future and the future of our children. We can't say enough positive things. And just a note - the staff in his office are friendly and pleasant as well.

My ex-husband passed last month, and lived in AZ. Our children live in Hawaii, and they had no idea what do do upon hearing about the passing of their father. We have been told that no Will was left, so we knew we needed to talk to an attorney to help us with this process. On the recommendation of another law firm, I was put in contact with Mr. Struse. We spend an hour long Zoom conference call with Mr. Struse and we all felt confident that he was the correct attorney to speak to about our concerns and helping us navigate our next direction. He answered all our questions, listening patiently, giving us ethical / straight forward advise. We left the conversation with the knowledge of how probate works and knowing how we need / want to move forward. Thank you Mr. Struse so much for helping us, especially with the distance problem (Hawaii - Arizona) and having no Will in place. Mr. Stuse is extremely east to talk to, answers your questions, helps you understand the process explaining in plain English, and was genuinely empathetic to our situation. I also need to add, Andrea, his paralegal, was wonderful to talk to and did a fantastic job setting up our Zoom appointment and doing the intake of information before our appointment. I truly wish I could find a law firm like this in Hawaii.

I've used the services of Slosser Law Firm's, Timothy Struse, in the past when he deftly sorted out my deceased mother's property holdings and got my sister and I on track to transfer the property title. The property had been taken out of the Trust to be refinanced when my mother was still alive, but was mistakenly not put back in the Trust. So when it came time to make sure the remaining properties were in order to sell and sign off on the escrow documents with only one Trustee instead of two, hiring Timothy Struse again was a no-brainer. Timothy made the process easier and saved my sister and I a lot of time and effort. He's affordable, fast, pleasant and knows what he's doing. You can interview other attorneys like I did prior to hiring him the first time, but I guarantee you I am most happy with Timothy and can't recommend him highly enough.

Tim Struse handled our case of Trust settlement. My sister and I had been working with another lawyer for 6 months to obtain our rightful inheritance after the death of our father, but the trustee of my father's Trust (his second wife) chose to interpret the documents to give herself all the income from the Trust assets for life even though our father had made it clear in the last amendment he signed before his death that she was to receive a lump sum and his children were to receive the remainder. We were getting nowhere until we hired Tim Struse who promptly drew up a Trust Distribution Agreement which all parties felt was equitable. Throughout the process, Tim kept us informed of progress, answered all our emails (sometimes within minutes) and made us feel like we had a powerful ally. I would highly recommend Tim Struse to anyone with Trust or Estate problems.

Jacque Mingle beautifully carried through on multiple aspects of her training, as exemplified through her professional expertises: She was instrumental in overseeing the Guardianship Case on behalf of my ill, age-advanced mother (Alzheimer's), where concepts of elder law were at play, forefront and center. Because a contested, complicated Trust was involved, Jacque Mingle's Estate Planning background became invaluable. I would bet that Jacque Mingle has pretty much seen it all. (And she's so humble that, for the longest time, I thought that her specialty only allowed for her to handle Guardianship cases.) Later in the process, when I was erroneously, anonymously accused of elder abuse, much of it related to family dynamics and greed, Jacque Mingle stepped forward with patience and support, quietly leading the way to better days to come. Though Jacque Mingle changed law offices during this lengthy journey, she never missed a beat and kept her eyes on the tasks at hand. Not once did I feel that her personal/professional life had been disrupted during her move toward becoming a Partner, or while changing office locations, coincidentally during the time of Coronavirus... I cannot thank Jacque Mingle enough for always staying on target, while sometimes having to tirelessly engage in job requirements (evenings, laboring from home), particularly when there were time crunches. Jacque Mingle reached out with a kind heart, and was empathetic. She's humble and brilliant, so does not focus on her own star having to shine. I could count on Jacque Mingle's guidance, coupled with her integrity and strong work ethic--she helped me to move this case from a basic nightmare (after my mother fearfully bit a policeman on a hot summer day) to a workable solution, all tailored to my Mom's best interests. Since we live overseas, and have advocated for my mother's long-term best care and considerations, I could never thank Jacque Mingle enough for following through on everything, and then some, which we had discussed during our first consultation together. It's amazing how this all played out: I had contacted my mother's Scottsdale attorney for a referral, after which I ended up seeking counsel in Tucson from a complete stranger, who ended up becoming my new best friend, if even for a relatively short while (roughly 18 months). Should we ever need any further assistance down the road, Jacque Mingle would still be my first choice for legal needs. Jacque Mingle has allowed us to move forward from some very dark days, and she helped us to focus on the rays of sunshine at the end of a cold, narrow tunnel. She is very knowledgeable in elder law. She advised me on my father's situation. I found from her that I could do a Conservatorship to stop his wild spending. Since my father was in Colorado she advised me to seek a lawyer in Colorado. He is a snow bird. Her advise was as good as the best lawyer I found in Colorado. I had to interview 3 lawyers in Colorado before I found one as competent. She was very generous with her time and did not charge me for a long consult.

I would give zero stars if I could but Zach spanier is an absolute moron, refuses to do any record research with clients, refuses to follow court orders, keeps harassing the other party about following court orders when he himself has done nothing. He is nothing but a judgmental, rude, a moron and possibly performing illegal activities due to his behavior with clients and other parties. I suggest he do better and grow up.

My elderly father hired Atty. Newborn to resolve a breach of a verbal agreement between himself and his son where his son took a significant amount of money not owed to him after the sale of my fathers property.
Atty. Newborns assistant Isaiah researched case law due to the nature of this particular incident and along with other factors in this case helped my father *win* his case.
Atty. Newborn and the office personnel were always professional. Our calls were returned if we had questions and my father was kept current about case progression.
*The down side to this case, which has nothing to do with Atty. Newborn who did a fantastic job, is that my father will probably never recover his money because the COURT SYSTEM/LAWS do not protect the victim/plaintiff from defendants who liquidate assets to avoid liens or collection of payment and or disappear prior to the case being decided in court. My stepfather passed over a month ago and I have not heard a single word from Mr. Davenport. I call and leave messages and he has not returned any of may calls. I don't understand why Mr. Davenport can't make one simple phone call and explain what is happening with my stepfathers will. Is he waiting for a time period to expire so no one can contest the outcome of the will. Remember you took an oath and you have had more than enough time to do what you were paid to do.
