We recently settled in Washington from another state. We bought a house and needed to update our estate documents to the Washington jurisdiction. I did some looking for an attorney and selected NW Legacy Law. We are leaving the country for a while and needed to get our documents done pretty quickly. NW Legacy Law worked with us to get everything taken care of prior to our trip. They have been great to work with and made sure the documents met our slightly unusual requirements. In my experience with Jordan Taylor and his staff, I was treated very well and they were beyond helpful with my personal and legal situations. My husband and I met Steve a few years ago. He was highly recommended by another one of his clients. Steve was very "straight-forward" with us and realistic about the land dispute we had. Steve has great communication skills and always kept us informed during its highs and lows. He guided us through this entire process. At times, one does not want to hear things from their lawyer regarding their case but Steve through his calm demeanor helped with our anxieties about our situation. When my father passed away without a will, a confusing legal predicament evolved. I was very fortunate to be referred to Jennifer after the first two lawyers I contacted were not taking new business. She accepted my case and appeared in court for me on just a few days notice. I have almost no legal experience, but I soon discovered that my situation was rather unusual and over the next 19+ months Jennifer was patient and helped me to understand the complexity of the issues. She was responsive, friendly, honest, prepared, and in the end, she was correct! The judge affirmed her argument and I was the recipient of the most favorable ruling possible. A totally unjustified law suite was filed by PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center specifying that I needed a full time guardianship person to manage and control my entire estate. This legal action was taken immediately after I requested immediate termination of my hospital stay. The request was made 1. Because they repeatedly refused to clarify my medical problem. 2. During my two week stay, I NEVER was allowed out of bed to walk, etc. for exercise. 3. I consistantly complained about the quality of food provide. I demanded release from the hospital.

After a long and unhappy marriage, my former spouse and I decided to hire Juliet to mediate our legal separation. We had initially hired our own legal representatives and that was proving to me a true nightmare and promised a protracted, painful and expensive pathway. We took a pause and decided to try a mediator and were so fortunate to find Juliet and her paralegal, Jentri. As one can imagine, splitting from a spouse of nearly 4 decades was a complex, conflict-riddled, contentious experience. Juliet somehow managed to maintain her incredibly professional, calm and neutral stance while we hammered out our settlement contract. Her billing was beyond fair and well accounted for. Her work, including the computations needed, was carefully prepared and meticulously documented. Given the behaviors she had to tolerate and the "tattling" she was subjected to, she remained supportive of both parties and respectful toward us. When it was over and we met to sign paperwork, she was very empathetic and left me with a box of tissues and time to compose myself. I know we were difficult to deal with and she must have had to use all of her skills to coach us to the conclusion. A year later, my former spouse asked for a divorce and wanted to use her to complete that last step. Again, she and Jentri were professional, brief and did not get involved in the drama surrounding the divorce. Since her work had been so thorough during the separation, the divorce was quick and simple and they took care of everything. I was so grateful! I would highly recommend Juliet to anyone that thinks they can navigate a marital split with some semblance of civility, the ability to "be in the same room" negotiating the terms and avoid a costly and destructive battle.

I went to Mr. Fritzler for a Will, Durable Power of Attorney and Health Directive. I expected the process to be a nose bleed. It was not. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He put me at ease. Everything concluded swiftly. Covid-19 precautions were taken throughout the process of consultation and signing. I highly recommend him!

I first worked with Mr. Fritzler some years ago when I contacted the law firm he was then affiliated with for assistance with elderly family members. I lived out of state from the family members and as events unfolded, we discovered the three of them had been the subject of quite serious elder abuse at the hands of an unscrupulous "family friend". Through involved and extensive monetary and asset discovery and ensuing court cases involving Guardianships and Conservatorships, Mr. Fritzler held a steady and determined course of action. His knowledge of the law and attention to detail was (and is) amazing. I was always comfortable with and understood his advice. Several years have passed and I recently had need to contact Mr. Fritzler again, now with his own law practice, for assistance with the one surviving family member. It has been a somewhat convoluted matter and Mr. Fritzler has guided me with the same sound advice and practice. I find Mr. Fritzler to be an outstanding attorney and think very highly of him. I would not hesitate to recommend his services, especially in the area of Elder Law.

One word to describe Phil Andrews as an attorney... phenomenal!! Phil was on top of everything! When paperwork from the other side was not filed properly or in the correct timing, he was on top of it and made sure rules and statutes were followed! His knowledge of how the court works is awesome! My ex wife drew out our divorce over 2 years and he never lost his cool with me and my frustrations over the games my ex wife played. Phil was able to point me in the right direction and to not lose my cool! Phil was amazing during the 2.5 year process of my divorce! We had made an investment in a local business and they had a 5 year pay off. When the time game for the payoff the people we invested with were stalling and were about 2 years behind in paying us back. We hired Phil to give us representation and some leverage. Phil was able to get them to commit to a payment schedule with the promised interest. While it did cost some money we have been able to get our $25K back and some profit to boot. I met with Brian recently to discuss a tough situation. He took the time to meet with me in a cozy library of beautifully old law books. Brian was actively engaged with me during our conversation. He listened, took notes and asked me questions without losing focus on my needs or making me feel interrupted. Towards the end, he was very honest with me about the outlook and was able to help me make a plan. He listed steps for me to take before going to the next stage legally. I felt that he was giving me every oppertunity to be proactive in my situation and to use all my resources before spending too much in legal fees. He cared about our situation and made it known that he wanted to help us. He made himself available for me. He made it known that he is willing to help and allowed me to feel in control of the choices being made. When I left, I felt so uplifted and satisfied with his council that I would recommend him to everyone and I will definatly be using his services again if needed in the future. I met Joshua in December of 2016. My sister had suddenly passed away. She was the sole caretaker for my father who was suffering from dementia and was in a memory care facility. but it's insulting and wastes my time to be condescended
to and lied on about their reasons why. My need is not estate planning but something extremely serious and immediate relating to survival professionally and in health.

Having worked with her on estate planning, our family has met with her a number of times over the years. This review is based upon multiple in person or phone based exchanges.
The tone of her voice is consistently one of detached irritation which sends a clear message that she is inconvenienced by questions. It takes multiple calls to get her to respond to a simple inquiry. Legal topics are difficult enough; working with someone consistently unpleasant is totally unnecessary. There are so many good attorneys who are professional, friendly and game on, there’s just no reason to settle for anything less. We would not recommend Crystal Lewis as an attorney. We found her communication style and poor follow through extremely unpleasant and unnecessary barriers to an effective and professional client-attorney relationship.

Brandon was more than helpful in detailing exactly what I had to do to take care of my Negligent Driving in the First Degree charge. My case was especially interesting because I received it while I was visiting another state. Jeff hasn’t worked in a while and I can see why. He has to have it his way. His fee was a bit on the higher side for someone who was fine with waiting on their phone call and having them make them appointments. I paid more for waiting that I did actual progress on my case.
