Mr. McArdle is a very stand out and stand up motorcycle wreck attorney. When nobody else would even take a look at my case he did. His honesty and goodheartedness is what sets him above all others. He was straightforward about every aspect of my case. And those facts right there were everything I was looking for in an attorney as well as a law firm (honesty, sincerity, kindness and willingness). We did not expect our situation could be resolved with just one appearance in court. But our lawyer, Thomas Jarvinen, made that happen to our utter surprise and relief. At that one and only court appearance we needed to be present for, we had no idea what to expect.
But a few minutes later, our lawyer told us the prosecuting attorney now wishes to drop all changes (against me) and strike all court records (so related to my case).
How in the world Mr. Jarvinen was able to persuade the prosecutor against me to do this (essentially throw in the towel), which would totally clear my name is still a mystery to us. Who would have thought what we felt to be a complicated issue that no doubt, or so we assumed, would involve discord and arguments my and God knows what all else, especially as our particular problem had us pitted against a U.S. corporate giant, that we had so little as even a snowballs chance being cleared of anything negative involving a corporate giant and just little old me, but the jaw dropping summation of it all for us was indeed legal victory. So yes sometimes even we common citizens prevail over the almighty power of the girded bastions of corporate advantage, whether it be political advantage, financial advantage, advantages related to corporate claims of equal rights under corporate personhood laws now enacted, or anything else. As a just published book on "Am***n" states : "The Rich Dont Always Win..."
Granted, our case was "small potatoes" in most other citizens' opinions, in comparison to many others, but even small victories add up. Too us, we find what's more important than "how" he won our case is "that" he won our case!
We, husband and self highly recommend this lawyer, whom even other lawyers have commented that he did a really good job for us, and we also recommend the Russ Crumbley Law Firm where he is an active legal professional along with Russ.
Russ used to be a coworker of my husband at the hospital where they were coworkers together. But quit some time back, while holding his full time radiology job along with my husband, Russ felt a call to learn and practice law, and boy is he good at it! As are the partners he's chosen, and just as he was as my husband's collegue in hospital radiology practice.
I give ten thumbs up for Russ, Thomas, and all members of the Russ Crumbley Law Firm
They have a well appointed, very nice two story red break colonial office building on the service road for Memorial Parkway South, set very close to that service road, with room for customer parking at the direct front of the building. They are located north of Parkway Place Mall and are easily accessible.

Russ Russell and Allen Sheehan are top-drawer attorneys. I had a nightmare of an issue that they were able to bring to a successful conclusion. It is going to be difficult for me to find the words to express the level of heartfelt gratitude I have toward Mr. Thomas S. McGrath’s law firm. I am a single mother of 2 small children who was seeking to purchase a home and found herself being taken advantage of a Real Estate team out of Madison, Alabama. They were in the process of trying to manipulate me into buying a home that they had not repaired as promised and time was running for me with my apartment lease. I had to make a decision to stay in my apartment or take a chance on a house that may never be repaired as promised. I knew I could never afford to take on the repairs they were trying to leave behind. I was receiving threats of being taken to court for not wanting to purchase this home and with their disregard for my situation could have very well lead to the kids and I being homeless. They did not care no matter how much I tried to explain my situation. Needless to say I was scared and was losing hope quickly. I decided it was time to seek legal advice. I was able to speak with a few lawyers in the area but I only got very “broad” answers if you will, which didn’t give me any comfort or direction. Luckily, Mr. McGrath was recommended to me and within a few days his team had me scheduled for a consultation. The day of the consultation, Mr. McGrath’s demeanor was unmatched and his genuine concern for the situation was overwhelming. He is very direct and will tell you the truth about the severity of the situation and the projected outcome based on facts presented. His efforts are 100% the entire time. I had been dealing with this situation for weeks on my own and I finally felt like I had solid support. Mr. McGrath has been practicing law for 27 years or more and is well versed in Real Estate, among other things which is very comforting also. He went the extra mile to ensure I was secure and understood the plan of action he had. His skill and attention to detail helped me retrieve the mutual release and earnest money I had deposited within a few days even after the real estate company had denied my request of release several times. Mr. McGrath projected how they would respond and always had a plan of action in place at all times. The kids and I lost our opportunity to purchase a home this year but I can guarantee you I will be confident next year knowing I can call Mr. McGrath if another agency tries to corner me into a bad buy again. He is extremely knowledgeable and has high moral standards. You will not find a better person to support your legal needs. I have known Mr. Mitchell for about 13 years. He has helped me through the purchase of a business, settling issues with a practicing physician's death, family members passing and business start ups. I live in Arizona but own 2 properties in Alabama and I wanted to ensure my properties were secured if anything were to happen to me. An internet search led me to Mr. James Griffin and I am very pleased with the services I received. Mr. Griffin explained the different options I could pursue regarding my real estate and advised the pros and cons of each. My choice was the living trust and Mr. Griffin took care of everything and kept me informed every step of the way. He filed the deeds correctly and promptly upon completion of my living trust. Not only was he professional but he was very compassionate to my situation as my beneficiaries are disabled and I wanted to ensure they were taken care of in the event of my passing. Donald Christian has helped us with two legal issues. The firs involved an incident with a car that was loaned to someone and the car was wrecked. Don took my call on a Saturday and provided very clear and understandable direction on how to handle the situation. We followed his direction and resolved the situation without any further problems. Don not only provided sound direction but was a calm reassuring voice in a very stressful situation.

When I first talk to Mr. Charlie I felt a good energy from him. I felt like he are the attorney for me. He keeps me up dated on court situations. He will fight tooth and nails for his clients. If you have any type of tax, real estate are any issues that is in his field he's the attorney for you.
