I would give Lev 10 stars if I could!!!
Lev was a blessing not only for my husband's legal case, but my own. He has all the qualities that one would look for in a lawyer who represents you: knowledge, experience, integrity, accountability... the list goes on and on.
The main thing that set Lev apart from other lawyers, and why I keep referring him to friends is his good, calm nature even in the face of the most stressful of circumstances. I always felt like Lev had my best interests in mind and took care of everything! I never questioned anything he did because he explained all of my options every step of the way. It takes a while to build trust with most people, but you immediately feel a sense of trust with Lev and that is criticall when choosing a lawyer.
I cannot recomend Lev enough. My family and I will be using him as our lawyer any time we need one.

coming out of a marriage of 16 years, and just a little unconfident on which way I wanted to take my finances, I looked at several attorney's, where I would not feel so imbarassed about my current situation financially, after talking on the phone with Kevin he made me get the confidence I needed to choose him as an attorney. During my Bankruptcy and going to court he always answered my call and walked me thru any situation I was uncertain about.
Day of my court he called me making me feel I was not just another client I felt like family with him. After my initial court he called just to make sure I was still doing great. 1 year and 1/2 later I needed some advise and he was so willing to help me and remembered who I was.
Would always recommend him to any family or friends.

I had a 6 year outstanding warrant for failure to comply with court orders. Mr. Ecks was very professional and honest affordable, I was afraid I was going to be taken into custody Mr. Ecks did what he had to and assured that the outcome of the matter was resolved. Very satisfied with the outcome, he even made sure I knew where to go after I was done with court and walked me through the process cleared my warrant and got me only 8 hrs of Community service and original fees. Airene is the lawyer for 422 S Lake St, Los Angeles, CA 90057 apartments which is manage by Moss and Company Property Management. This woman attempted to commit fraud by serving us eviction notices for paid rent. She would not answer calls and claimed she had no papertrail of the paid rent. She purposefully would not let us pay rent to make it seem like we were non paying. After recording her and her staff at Moss and COmpany and confronting her with claims she made on calls and then claimed she never promised that, paper work would appear. Please see past reviews as she is know fro identity theft fraud and even attempted to make a case on behalf of a deceased person! How this disgraceful person continues to not be disbarred is a failure on behalf of the state. Airene we have multiple residents signing our letter to prove your fraudulent and bad faith acting behaviors.

To save some time, we sought out this woman after being handed a letter saying that we had committed fraud (which was definitely not the case). When we arrived,not only was she visibly not interested at all about what we had to say, but was beyond disrespectful. She urged us to leave her office immediately and suggested that we were fraudulent and we couldn’t even directly work with her. She was everything but welcoming, never followed up about our case like she said she would, and still had the audacity to belittle us. I’m appalled at the way she treated us and hope that others see this review and think twice about working with her in the future.

I Contacted Airene when her name appeared on a counterfeit looking court document delivered to my husband in GA 30 days after the documents "reply by" date by a homeless looking male. We believe it was meant for my son with a similar name. The name on the document was different than the envelope. Son was a victim of ID theft in CA. While he was still in college someone filled out a lease application in CA using his name, DOB, and social but everything else obviously fabricated. Email address was @comfypillows.com, claimed a wall street career making over $600k, he was a 23 yr old student. A criminal ring was responsible and an arrest of R. Carrasquillo, (case number 19HF0143) was made. Left her relevant information and asked for return call. She never responded. She represents and/or is affiliated with Valencia Associates LLC and Sierra Corporate Mgmt). They harass and pursue money from victims of Identity Theft. Assume it is for (illegal) write offs for REITS and/or personal gain. A quick reply or communication of any kind would have explained the situation. A modicum of due diligence follow up would easily confirm laughable applications used to place collection accounts on out of state victims, locate police reports filed by the victims, identify orange county detectives assigned to related cases etc. She should probably be investigated and disbarred.

I showed him my mother's will of 486 pages long and he reviewed it and gave some comments. I took the wil back home and left at my house but he felt compelled to rewrite the will for my sister and only in one page he gave everything to my sister. So she inherited $6 million dollars in assets. I tried to call him and he told me not to contact him.

Denis Hebert is different. I have had the opportunity to work with many attorneys over my 45 years of being self employed. At first they seem to have compassion for my case and pledge their support. In the long run I have found that it is all about the money. Denis is compassionate but will always tell you "like it is" even though you may not like it. He never sold me pipe dreams so I could make more realistic decisions. He took the time to do proper research and has exceptional knowledge about real estate. Denis is fair and just.

Attorney Hebert was hired to handle a child custody issue in our divorce case. He was hired under the premise of a limited scope representation for the purpose of a specific child custody hearing that was to take place about a month from the time he took the case. We signed the attorney retainer and paid him for his services that were to be performed. We initially hired him because he had offered us a free initial consultation that actually ended up costing us $500 for him to actually review the documents. He seems very knowledgeable about family law, so we felt secure in the idea that he would represent my matter appropriately. That didn't turn out to be the case.
I provided him a copy of the case file and all appropriate documents regarding the issue. He started working on my case and was informing me of updates via e-mail. At first he seemed positive about his ability to resolve the problem and that things would go amicably between the parties. Then at one point I had not received any response to him for about three days. I sent him e-mails asking him for an update and received nothing. Then about three days before the hearing was to take place, he sent me an e-mail indicating that he was substituting off of the case and that he was filing the substitution of attorney with the court that day. I could not believe that any reputable attorney would do such a thing. I tried calling him at his office and there was no answer. I left message after message and did not receive a response. The only thing that I have received from this attorney was the e-mail saying he was substituting off of the case. I have never received anything since then. He just disappeared. He didn't even bother to send me back my case file. He never even bothered to give me an explanation. I have not heard from him since. He actually had the nerve to send me a bill in the mail a couple of weeks after he substituted off of the case. Funny enough, even the commissioner on our case at Orange County Superior Court said that every now and then you run into a "bad seed", as he put it.
