I previously submitted a review but I am not sure that it submitted correctly, so I will try this again.
A couple of weeks ago, I was faced with a personal situation which required me to seek expert legal advice. I was given a recommendation to contact Kevin Eismann at Epiphany Law. I called on a Tuesday and was given an appointment for the following day. Based on my very busy work schedule, I was extremely pleased with the time frame of the initial appointment.
After introductions were complete, I proceeded to explain my situation. Full attention was given to me, legalities were explained, questions answered, and legal advice given. I worked with Jim since 2017 after i got hit by an uninsured driver and had the best experience. Jim was a huge help being young and not knowing what to do next or understanding the steps i had to take. Jim guided me through the whole process and all the way up to recovery and settlement. I moved out of state and was in contact with him at all times with any questions i had. Mr. Kruescher was referred to us by a friend who advised my wife and I that we needed a comprehensive family plan. Mr. Krueschser helped us gather the information necessary for our first meeting which took place at our house. He was extremely helpful in bringing us issues that we had not even considered but were pertinent to our will and trust. At our follow-up meeting, a draft was ready for our inspection and my wife and I were given an opportunity to make any changes and alterations we felt were necessary to make sure this plan fit our family needs. I paid a $500.00 retainer fee. I was charged $210.10 for a phone conversation and an email, then I was charged $315.00 for an letter of opinion and viewing an email. My final bill was almost $700.00
I hired an attorney that I actually met in person and DRAFTED an OTP for $150.00.....Ridiculous!!!Q!!!

Paula has been my attorney since 2021 repressing me in a family court/divorce with minors case. She was always on my side and fought hard to get a fair and just divorce settlement. She has most recently represented me in a contempt case. She came well prepared to court and I won my contempt motion with her help. Paula and her office has always been super responsive to both emails and phone calls which I appreciate. I hear some horror stories about attorneys you can never get a hold of, Paula is not one of those.

I paid this lawyer thousands of dollars and did very little for me. He acts like he knows everything, but when I caught him making mistakes, he blamed others. He overcharged me and did not put his client first but himself.

Was in for a meeting with him over a family divorce and he puts people down, talks down to people. Very rude and disrespectful. Most unprofessional lawyer I’ve ever met. He is on a high horse because he’s a lawyer and thinks he’s above you. He will try to trick and screw you out of money if you don’t know what you’re doing so be prepared if you hire him. I would not recommend this guy as your lawyer. Complete jerk. Please be careful..!!
