My husband had an old warrant that he had to get taken care of before getting out of federal prison. I'd tried reaching out to several attorneys, but all of them wanted $2500 for a misdemeanor charge that was ten years old. Mr. Hampton didn't even charge half that amount to help us. He is a kind man who is very experienced and thorough. He was hired on 6/13 and by 7/3, the charges were dropped and everything was resolved. We are extremely appreciative of Mr. Hampton, and while we pray we don't ever need him again, it's good to know that he's only a phone call away if we ever do.

Melissa McManus did absolutely NOTHING for us except constantly have her hand out wanting more money and more money! I thought when you pay an attorney that they are supposed to help you, not this lady. After 8 months of her doing absolutely nothing except taking money then she will just up and quit and leave you hangin. Then you're back to square one looking for an attorney to handle your case! Her professional manners are far from professional. Giving 1 star is too much, she doesn't even deserve a full star!!

Hired Mr Spears last year when my ex wife tried to dissolve my current marriage. Ex took me to court this year for child custody. Went to court, Mr Spears showed style, grace, compassion and humor. I still have my children. Mr Spears kept in contact throughout the year, up to our court date. He even called on Saturday to see how we are doing. I would HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone needing family services. Definitely a 5/5.

In September my daughter and I were involved in a motor vehicle accident. After the accident we sought treatment for the head, neck, and shoulder injuries we sustained as a result of the collision. I found myself dealing with the insurance company of the party whom was responsible for the wreck. At first this seemed to go fine and it looked as if all of our medical bills would be taken care of without needing to involve an attorney. Then the insurance company stopped communicating with us and there we were, stuck with outstanding medical bills. I realized I needed at least some advice from an attorney so I decided to call Michael Phillips. Over the course of our conversation, I realized that I needed more than just his advice, I really needed his help. He understood how things worked in these cases in a way that I did not. In the end, my husband and I decided that hiring Michael was the best possible choice. This choice took the stress off of us. Michael did everything we didn't know how to and the results were much better than if we had continued trying to resolve matters on our own. We couldn't be happier that we hired him! He is efficient, experienced, knowledgeable, and he was able to explain things in a way that my husband and I could understand. It did not matter that his practice was in Central Arkansas and we were 2 hours away in Northeast Arkansas. Michael was able to serve us and do everything a Northeast Arkansas Attorney could do. I paid Greg $1,000 to start a case for me over an asbestos related problem that I encountered after purchasing an old school building at an online auction. He was the first lawyer I talked to that actually took an interest in the case and acted like he was going to help, so I excitedly hired him and gave him $1,000 up front. This has been almost 2 years ago. He has sent out one letter requesting that I would like the money I spent on the project back and that's it. I cannot get a hold of him now it's been going on a year since I last spoke to him probably. I've tried to contact him several times and left messages and he he won't return my phone calls and he has done nothing further. The last time I spoke with him he was going to send out another letter informing the person who owned the building before that we were going to sue but he has not done that. I don't know why he would take the case if he couldn't do something more than what he's done and why I had to pay him $1,000 to send one letter. It is not very good for business when you give somebody your word you're going to do something and then don't hold up to your end. If you have a case and you're looking to get something done and would like to have a lawyer that's on top of his business and keeps his word I would not hire him. Also I see that he has reviews on here from just a few months ago as well as a few weeks ago so that says to me that he is still operating and doing business and has just been ignoring me intentionally. I think I may go to the better Business bureau and see what I can do or my good friend Herby Branscum who who is an outstanding lawyer that I highly would recommend. Before I hired Greg I talked to Herby about the case and he said this wasn't his area of expertise that I should probably look into hiring a real estate lawyer so I did, but I'm pretty sure that what Mr. Almand has done is in his area of expertise. I was hoping that I would hear back from him that's why I have let this go for some time now hoping he would do the right thing but since that's not happening as of now I guess we will have to take the next step and get this matter resolved one way or another. I'm also going to share this post on social media and put it out there for the public so that they will be aware and won't make the same mistake I made and waste their money and time hopefully. If a person can't be true to their word then what do they have to stand on.

Tripp was exactly the lawyer we needed, when we needed him. The contractors on my home ripped me off, walked off the job, did a flawed job of what was completed, needless to say they did not complete the entire job. To top things off, the contractors filed a lien on my house. There were several twists and turns throughout the case. Just before trail, I went into the hospital with no direct contact/planning from Tripp. Tripp was still prepared anyway despite being limited in the decisions he could make. Within the last two days of court, the contractors brought in a new hot shot attorney from out of state. The new attorney disregarded the discovery process since he was not involved. My first expert witness was promptly dismissed. The court went into continuance. Tripp managed get to the testimony from my first expert witness anyway. In the end, the judge dismissed the contractor's case and granted me a judgement. A two-attorney team did not have skill nor court room presence to defeat Tripp’s preparation, presentation and court room presence. I have only hired a few attorneys who all have done some great things for me. Tripp is the top of the list.

My husband and I made the difficult decision to let go of our attorney 2 weeks before our custody trial. We stumbled upon Tripp online and made the choice to hire him. Mr. Corcoran was such a sweetheart! I called him for advice regarding a lease I was pressured into signing when I was apartment shopping. I had two weeks till the lease was supposed to start and I wanted out so I was in a bit of a time crunch! They were extremely helpful and efficient! I helped my father (who has CDL) hire a lawyer because his court date was in a few days, and he hadn’t told me about till just then. When I first found Mr. Hixson, I only spoke with him over the phone but he immediately put me at ease. Once I actually met him in person, I felt an instant connection, something I had not felt with my previous attorney. Mr. Hixson was kind, knowledgeable, sympathetic, and I knew that he was going to do his best to help me. Don was successful at removing a mechanic’s lien on my home and evading litigation in a lawsuit brought against me by a residential contractor and his lawyer.
