Gloria Helped my wife and I close on our first home. She spent a lot of time helping us understand the mountains of confusing details and information. It would have been very overwhelming and we wouldn't have felt as comfortable as we did without her assistance. Gloria Baldwin worked with me when I was buying my first house. She took care of all the necessary coordination between the bank, the realtor, and the closing company and consistently communicated everything she was doing all the while. I honestly believe she did 10 times the work I did getting into my house. Gloria Baldwin's loyalties are with her clients. She scoured through countless documents and informed me immediately of anything that even mildly alarmed her. Her meticulousness and experience enabled her explain all the legal terms to which I would be bound by my contracts. When Gloria Baldwin's tireless research unearthed any terms that I was uncomfortable with, she immediately took action to rectify said terms. At all times she ensured that I understood what each term meant and what the repercussions for their existence in the contract would be and, when necessary, advised me on the most intelligent course of action.
