I have recently completed a very important legal matter with the support of the Law Office of James Newell.
I needed to get a legal easement agreement created in order to legally access my property which is at the end of a private access road that passes through multiple neighboring properties.
Over the course of about a year James, with his legal experience and knowledge, guided me through the proper steps and necessary tasks to complete an easement agreement with my neighbors, in order for me to obtain legal access to my property.
There were a number of setbacks during the process and James was always ready to offer insight, possible alternatives and solutions, and ultimately my legal matter was resolved, which is what matters most. I now have legal and recorded access to my property thanks to James and I am extremely grateful to him for his legal services.

I recently got a speeding ticket and had Mr. Friedman represent me in court. I thought the ticket was unfair and Mr. Friedman traveled 2 hours to appear in Court on my behalf, argued my case and reduced my points from 6 to 3 and my fine from $250 to $100. I remember Howard Bittman defending me on a few occasions some years back. (20+ plus years ago)I was charged with 8 felonies. Yes, 8 felonies all at the same time. This man saved my life. He was able to get 6 of the felony charges dismissed. I did 60 days home detention and payed some restitution for my last 2 . My friends have used him over the years with awesome results. I turned to Jon for some outside-the-box thinking on an interesting problem related to multiple (potential) foreclosures. He was not judgmental about the situation, but instead quickly turned his focus on how to help, given the very difficult circumstances. I built a house that had numerous and significant construction defects, and I have had the extreme good fortune to work with Justin for about four years to get my house repaired and hold the builder accountable.
Among other things, Justin is an expert on construction contracts, construction defect cases and insurance coverage, so he was able to help me in all three areas. When the defects in my house started appearing, Justin knew exactly what to do. If I had tried to begin this process and/or go down this road on my own, I would not have done it correctly nor would I have gotten the results I wanted.

Brad is rock solid. He is thoughtful; when he considers a course of action, he will have thoughtfully viewed matters from a perspective of someone looking in from the outside. Staff is very helpful. Don't know anything about Mr Miller, but David Harrison is a fantastic attorney. Hopefully you don't need his services. But if you need a great lawyer, he is your best bet. This is an awful firm to work with. They charge exorbitant fees. Use junior lawyers who are unqualified, have poor communication skills and take two days to respond to client requests. They charged us close to $6,000 for an eviction. Beware of this firm. I do not recommend and am pulling my three properties that are currently with them.

Ms. Goodbody's services as a Child Legal Representative can be bought. She is corrupt, unprofessional and doesn't give a rat's a.. about the children involved. She will conduct ex parte communications during a legal proceeding (which is illegal) and she will lie during court proceedings, if it suits the party that's paying her. Mr Morris took my case when 3 other attorneys turned me away. He listened to me got the whole picture and then fought a long fight by my side for over 2 years. In the end we went to trial and Mr Morris was unbelievable. He had foreseen everything that came our way and was prepared to take it all on and come out on top. He was composed, professional and picked the opposition apart in a way that I cannot even do justice with an explanation. In the end the case went to the jury and we won outright. Attorney Morris, from the very first consultation forward showed absolute full understanding and "getting the whole picture" of the case in hand. He also honestly showed he cared for our best interest - not just taking the case for "taking the case" -type like many attorneys do, unfortunately! He reigned us in sometimes when needed, he reasoned the best outcome from looking in for our best decision along the way from the law's point of view. His arguments and briefs submitted to the court were sound and bulletproof with much thought and knowledge of the law put into them. Furthermore, he was ALWAYS available to discuss and answer our questions, unlike again, so many other attorneys are not. Billing ; fair and honest as well.
