Gerry may be working beyond his sell-by date. After working with him on an issue for a few months, I found him vague, inconsistent, and uninformed about my issue. He gave me conflicting advice, until he realized that he thought I had a different lease - he had not kept a copy of my lease in my file. I also observed another client who dropped in to sign a purchase agreement. The paralegal did not prepare it because she was waiting for the title, while Gerry insisted that it worked the other way around. His staff does not inspire confidence. He seems very burnt-out and disinterested in helping me.

My family has been using Jerry for years. We have had him do everything from our Wills and Power of Attorney for my mom, to doing a couple of our real estate closings. I used Mr. Peterson on an eviction. He anticipated every defense and was ready to counter each one. He kept the cost down, while letting me know what this action could potentially cost. I've used other real estate attorneys for evictions, but none were better. I'll use him for all my future real estate work AND my evictions.
