I had some questions about the land covenants on a home I am purchasing in Lewis County. I spoke with Wendy about my concerns, and within a single evening, Wendy was able to provide me the details I was looking for. Wendy was responsive and communicative. I had also called another law office in the area with the same questions, and was told by the other law office that they wouldn't be able to find an answer for me. Ms Rowe helped me with a very tricky legal/ ethical situation wherein a non-profit group manipulated their by-laws in order to slander and sanction me and my professional reputation. Ms Rowe was so helpful in explaining and navigating the by-laws and standing rules of the organization... presenting them clearly to the non-profit Board and their attorney.
