Frustrating experience trying to get a survey recorded with Hamilton County and tied with my deed. Staff were professional and polite, but I was expecting a much smoother path, dependent upon their expertise to catch any errors and minimize the number of submittals.

My fiancé and I originally contacted an attorney in Cincinnati to help with our K1 Visa process, however he seemed a bit…busy? Anyway, after the initial phone conversation and odd feeling, we were lucky enough to find Neil Fleischer.
Neil was there EVERY step of the way, walking us through every aspect with respect, politeness, and a TRUE sense of caring! My (now wife) and I are truly blessed to have worked with him and were married earlier this year.
I can’t speak highly enough of Neil and his team. He always responded right away, was there for a phone call if I was confused about anything, and is a great human being. We are now working with him for my wife’s change of status paperwork.

I was given mr laux number from another law firm when I called seeking advise about a landlord eviction. MR Laux answered the phone very quickly and was very patient with me as I asked for answers to some eviction questions. Mr Laux is not like most lawyers you speak to whom wants money to even answer a question. He was very straight forward in explaining to me the answer to my questions, He was very honest in how he responded also. Before contacting Mr luax I had contacted 6 other law firms with the same question and even paid a 15.00 fee for five of them to get nothing but a simple" it all depends". Or i would be glad to represent you for a fee of 175 00 down today Nd the other 300 before court". MR Laux actually told me that I should not need a lawyer if I had the things I said I had. He Advised me to be at court early, not late not on time " early" with all my evidence printed out for judge to see. He also let me know if I was short on funds or could not afford a attorney and felt I still needed one I could call legal aid, or H.o.m.e and provided the numbers. So I'm letting everyone know if you want a intelligent very knowledgeable attorney to fight for you he is your man!!!!! Thank you so much Greg laux you don't even know how much you helped me with the info I was given in the 10 minutes we talked.

I have worked with Rob for over 20 years on a wide variety of transactions and would highly recommend him for your real estate law needs. As the VP of Development for a national restaurant chain, i worked directly with Rob on land acquisition deals, leases, sale leasebacks, financing deals, and even the purchase and sale of entire companies. Rob has the personal expertise to handle all of that, and the resources to bring in other experts as the situation merits.
Rob has always been responsive, hands on, and focused on timely closing of our deals. He was as helpful to us when we were a small franchise as he was when we grew to a $150 million plus company. To his great credit, I do not recall a time in the span of around 50 transactions, with every variety of difficult personality involved, where I did not feel that Rob was an asset in moving the deal towards completion.
