Sought advice for a personal issue ... Attorney Mark Falvo was very understanding, compassionate and knowledgable about divorce law, and helped me navigate the legal issues involved during a very difficult time in my life. He returned my phone calls promptly and kept me informed, which meant a lot to me after dealing with other attorneys in the past in real estate transactions, custody issues, etc.

We have been represented by different counsel in the past that made bad deals with opposing counsel and the judge. We were nervous to hire Kim because we knew she was the best but we were afraid we couldn't afford her. She was not as expensive as we had feared, and was worth every penny. The judge respects her and opposing counsel does too. The opposing parties now know we are not playing games. We won our first hearing with her on board and plan on doing a lot more winning soon.

I must advise against the legal services of Linda Lewis. Her conduct and communication skills fell far short of professional standards during her role as probate lawyer for my grandmother's estate. Regrettably, her actions led to division within my family. Ms. Lewis was consistently difficult to reach by phone and failed to return calls that could have addressed important questions. When she finally called back months later, after we contacted the PA Disciplinary Board and they instructed her to reach out, she only had excuses for why she didn't return the calls or schedule meetings. Furthermore, her written correspondence lacked the professionalism expected of a legal practitioner. It is deeply concerning that an individual with such questionable ethics is permitted to practice law.
