I recently used Skulborstad for a divorce proceeding. Jarrod, Maren, and Mikayla all were wonderful resources. Jarrod routinely checked in, nearly every week, even when there wasn’t much transpiring in the case due to the opposing counsel dragging their feet. Maren and her staff were excellent support and advocates for my divorce case. She picked up in the middle of my case from a previous attorney and worked 150% for my children’s and my needs, even going into late night hours when needed. I was not sure what to expect. I didn’t know if their purposed consultation time would enough time. All my notes were taken by an assistant and given to the legal councilor before our conversation so the lawyer was already up to speed when we talked for the first time. I really think their system is refined by their experience and it shows that it’s designed to best help those seeking advice.

I would highly recommend Jeff Colerick as the attorney to call in Colorado Springs. I was in a car accident with my three children last year and suffered injuries to my back and neck and we all had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital. The insurance companies were impossible. A friend recommended I call Jeff. He took my case seriously and was persistent and kept me informed. I went in to the appointment with Mr. Shaw, and was a nervous wreck. I knew in my heart I had a great case, but just the stress of knowing someone out there wants to sue is very stressful. I told Mr. Shaw my problem, presented all my facts with evidence. He explained exactly what was going to happen, and gave me an informed choice to make. I told him what I wanted to happen and he told me his plan. Mr. Shaw assured me that things were going to work out and that I did in fact have a strong case. I contacted Mr Downie regarding a pending purchase on a tract of land and a previous complaint launched on the property owners and their building site plans. This was a pressing matter that needed immediate attention as the closing was less than 10 days away.

Mark Galler lost $90k of my money. He told me that my witness did not show up over phone or in person, but he was on the phone waiting for over 2 hours. I felt like Mark Galler and the other party had too much coordination in the courtroom for someone who wasn't represented, and when I asked for the communication record, I was told I'd need to pay for it too. They knew full well that they had taken all my money and had the audacity to tell me I needed to pay more to them to find evidence of collusion.
