I have worked with Lisa for 3 years now. I first hired her to work on a sewer/water connection and fee issue. I knew she had a lot of experience in this area because of her previous work with local municipalities and regional sanitary districts. She then got involved with an Illinois EPA issue regarding some new construction which we had done. After working with her on these two issues we now have her take care of all our corporate matters. I have found that she is very hard working, keeps me constantly updated, has great follow through and seems to sincerely care about your problem or issue. You don't feel like just another client.
