I consulted with Maria Keller to work my custody case. She immediately put together a swift plan of action. Maria not only care about my case, but she care about me as a person. This lawyer sincerely cares about her clients. She wants the best outcome like any lawyer would, but she has very high level of empathy. If you want a lawyer that truly cares and is devoted to your "life" then hire Maria. I will always keep her in my speed dial.

Maria helped me so much with my divorce and made it go as smoothly as possible considering the other party was trying to fight back on everything. Josh went above and beyond to protect my rights against an overreaching City and solved the problem at the lowest possible level without litigation or even headache. He did a great job of explaining my case to me and listening to my point of view on strategy. I use attorneys for various things regularly, and Josh is definitely one that you can turn loose and just show up for your hearing. The Georgia DOT was about to condemn my property to widen a road. I hired Josh and he took the time to walk me through the condemnation process. He then reviewed the road plans with me and explained exactly what the DOT was taking. Josh answered every one of my questions and I felt a great sense of relief when I left his office after my initial consultation. He really put my mind at ease. Once negotiations started with DOT, Josh had already compiled all of the local sales comps and the DOT’s lawyer knew that Josh was willing to go to court if necsssary to get me the most money for the property that was being condemned. Once it was over Josh had gotten me a settlement of over $800,000!!! Hiring Josh for my condemnation case was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

When I started looking for a lawyer, I knew exactly what I wanted and needed. What I wanted was a lawyer who had the knowledge to handle my situation and be willing to research all of the finer details. What I needed, and this is very important to me, was someone who I felt I could really trust and count on. Personality always matters to me. I need to feel a connection with a person in order to be able to have them be a part of my life.
In my effort to find an attorney, I spoke with quite a few. Although some of them represented themselves in a great way, I did not feel the connection that I was looking for. I simply needed more. Then a friend of mine told me about James Stuart Teague. They only had good things to say about him. So, I decided it was worth making yet another phone call. I left a message for Mr. Teague, and within 45 minuutes, he returned my call. I was pretty amazed by this, due to the fact that it was well past 5:00 p.m. I thought I would not get a call till the next day. Then, not only did he call me back after hours, but he stayed on the phone with me for well over an hour discussing my issues. Within the first fifteen minutes of our conversation, I knew that I had found my lawyer. His knowledge base was amazing, and he immediately made me feel less stressed about my situation. I knew that this was the person who I needed and wanted to be on my side. After our conversation, I felt that not only had I chosen the best lawyer to help me, but I had chosen a person that I would want to have as a friend. Again, that is very important to me.
Well, here I am six months later, writing this with a big smile on my face! I did make the right choice. James Stuart Teague is amazing. Any time you have to deal with an attorney, it is going to be stressful. However, he has made this whole process so much less stressful then I ever could have imagined. He has a calmness about him that really puts you at ease. He has researched all that has needed to be researched, and he always tells it like it is. I call or email him with questions and concerns probably more than the average person would, and he always gets back to me in a timely matter. He never seems rushed or bothered. I am aware that he has many other clients that he is working with, however, I always feel as if I am his only one. He really makes you feel special! My situation is going along quite smoothly and both my husband and myslelf are just thrilled with "my" pick. We are also happy because it is always nice to make a new friend. So, whether he likes it or not, James Stuart Teague will not only remain our lifelong attorney, he will also remain our lifelong friend.

The Chanco and Hamilton firm was a great experience for me. Both were very knowledgeable and actually do care about you as an individual. They would keep me informed regularly and would give great advice on how to look good and prepared before the actual court date. After the initial court date, Mr. Chanco and Hamilton were not happy with the ruling that they had sentenced me and actually went on to fight it which resulted in another court date, which he represented me, free of charge. These guys do not just look at you as another client, but as someone they do care for. I would absolutely recommend this firm.

I hired him for my son on a major felonie case. Over the 3 years it took to go to trial he met with my son for maybe 30 minutes and he never brought the offered deals to him or anyone. He and I found out after he was convicted that they even existed. Now he has a ridiuclously long sentence and won't be out until well after Banks is gone.

Every case is different, but i couldn't have asked for better results from Mr. Banks. He took a 2nd DUI to court and got a Not Guilty. He saved my CDL's, me jailtime, and saved me a lot if headache. He got several motions passed that were key in my case. Not to mention, he had some excellent arguments in the courtroom. He will steer you in the right direction, as how to handle your case, and do his best to resolve the matter in your best interest. He was able to lift some weight off my shoulders and i would definetly recommend him.

Matthew is the absolute best attorney we have ever worked with, period! From day one Matthew took the time to help us understand the process that we were embarking on. Was patient with all my questions and gave us a voice in the process. His courtroom demeaner was a joy to watch, his questioning of the defendant was specific, direct and got us the answers we needed to win our case. When the Defendents tried to negotiate with us to achieve a lesser settlement he was relentless with opposing counsel never wavering from what our instructions were and wore down the defendant until we achieved the objective we were looking for. On the personal side, he is a fun guy to be around and how can you not love an attorney who walks around his office in shorts and socks. What you see is what you get, a down home, honest and personable attorney. I offer my highest recommendation!

Matt came to me through a recommendation from a friend of a friend. Initially, he tried to help me out with some advice but didn't really want to get involved in the case because it was the kind of case he hated dealing with - for good reason. The other side was awful and money/power hungry and the case from my side was not good and complicated due to various factors. However, as things progressed, and he saw how terrible, greedy and unreasonable the other side was he got more and more involved (probably much to his dismay!) and took on the case. The more difficult they became the more Matt fought for me. He caught errors of law on their side and didn't let them get away with trying to bully me into submission. Ultimately, he prevailed and successfully resolved the issues for me. Under the circumstances, I don't think he could have gotten me a better deal. The entire legal process was very stressful and both Matt and Alyson, his paralegal, were always kind and encouraging. It's a small office with just the two of them, but it makes the experience that much better and more personal - you don't get lost in the shuffle of a big firm with hundreds of cases. I am extremely happy with the result. I would highly recommend him, he is a talented lawyer that will fight for his client and more importantly, he is a nice guy that has a heart and wants to do the right thing (a rare quality these days).

Frank and his team lied to me on more than one occasion. He was hard to get in touch with and would not return calls. I was told by him and his team I did not have to worry about a deposition. They told me the day before my deposition that I had to be there. No preparation. He and his team lied to my mother as well. Frank charged me thousands of dollars and did nothing to defend me in court, even though I spent hours gathering information that they requested for our court appearance. Frank will tell you what you want to hear and let you burn at the stake. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN!!!!

After going thru a rather costly divorce where my ex-wife was sticking me with monthly payments of nearly $3,500 / mo and not making any progress with two other attorney's. I was stuck with payments which where determined prior to the economic down fall.
Attorney Frank Hamilton and his team (which where very hands on and accessible); worked on my case and within a couple of months where able to reduce the payments to $1,600/mo. The monthly payments could of been less if one of the previous attorneys had advised me properly against signing a document.
The fees where reasonable and whenever I fell behind due to circumstances; Attorney Frank Hamilton was there to defend me and keep me out of trouble......the attention and service was unparalleled by any other firm.
I've recommended his firm to others and they've come back with the same results.

Would not hire this lawyer again for even defense of a parking ticket. Hired this lawyer approximately March 2014 and was told that my two year limitation of filing was in November 2015.
Lawyer used up the time. He advised me by phone on 31 of October 2015, with follow up letter on November 6, 2015 that the malpractice case was not worth pursuing (risk reward); remaining filing time was basically used up and I did not have sufficient time to pursue other legal help in my case.
