I contacted Ryan’s firm after getting into a predicament with my license. I hired Kyle J Dupuy as my attorney because I had heard through the grapevine how incredibly talented he is and how successful he is in lowering charges and beating cases. I had a domestic assault charge that I was innocent in. I explained thoroughly what happened and he listened carefully and relayed this to the prosecutor. Was charged with a fifteen year felony in wayne county on next to no evidence. Didn't matter to the prosecution of course. Consulted with several big name lawyers in the area who didn't hear a word I said and seemed like they just wanted a paycheck for a plea bargain. I consulted with a family member that he represented in the past. Joseph absolutely smoked the states only "witness " on the stand to such an extend that I may have actually felt bad for them if they weren't trying to imprison me. The prosecution looked embarrassed a meager fifteen minutes into the hearing. Case dismissed WITH prejudice. Long story short, skip all those " highly acclaimed " jokes with paid reviews and hire this guy instead. You will not regret it.

So I have used Lisa Okasinski for a lot of really varied problems, all of them real estate related. She has helped me obtain a quiet title on a problematic property, kept an unsavory character for stealing said property, and allowed me to negotiate the sale of that property (with MAJOR environmental and title issues) at a 6 figure markup. She has been diligent about protecting me and my interests every step of the way and while pleasant and gracious, has been a shark where my interests are concerned. I have had a lot of lawyers in various cities and states, but Lisa is by far my favorite. I owe her a lot. Her pricing is always fair, and I am never left feeling upset at some insane mark up for a phone conversation or an email (a problem I have encountered a frequently with other attorneys). Attorney Phifer is one of the most astute probate and estate planning lawyers I know. Not only were his years of experience obvious when dealing with the sometimes confusing details of my grandmother's estate great, but the amount of research that he does as well as his deftness with current laws and trends are very much head and shoulders over other attorneys I spoke with. As the executor of an estate, I tried liquidating a property that was in probate by myself. I ran into many problems and delays because I didn't fully understand real estate or the probate process. I was being sued for 50 grand and faced a charge that could have destroyed my reputation.
The Plaintiff's attorney was very belligerent, aggressive, and arrogant. I was scared because I felt that the judge was acting in a partial manner toward the other attorney.
The other attorney would not accept an agreement
On the first day of trail, the judge had the plaintiffs and their attorney sit with me and Anthony in a breakout room.
While we waited the attorneys started having at it.
Anthony put on a legal clinic. The plaintiff's attorney went from a Pit bull to a docile poodle.
When the judge finally came to hear our case, he agreed to DISMISS the case WITH PREJUDICE.
