I am an elderly woman whose home was "purchased" unprofessionally by a local "ugly houses" organization. At the time of purchase I was hospitalized, taking a number of medications and undergoing other treatments. Mr. Redford took my case, arbitrated with the company regarding my health, their profit and the legality of the purchase and finally accompanied me to Court for lengthy "back-room" conversations between lawyers and Judge. I paid my retainer and was told the complaint would be filed shortly after that. After approximately 60 days, I didn't hear anything from Mr. Tarasek until my credit card was charged for some apparent work. No case filed, I canceled our agreement, and very little paperwork to show for the charges. I had to request an invoice which I never received and had to request copies of the complaint which I never received.
