Mrs. Falcon,
I personally was very pleased with Mrs. Falcon when she represented me at my child support hearing. I was a single dad of a daughter and my ex wife was taking me to the cleaners !!!! Hired this man to represent my family and at first he seemed so interested giving us false hope telling us our case was a win as soon as he got paid he vanished would call his office and never got an answer, he didn’t work on our case properly, didn’t gather evidence nothing! His secretary who is his sister would answer only when she wanted to and would always say he’s not in office or is out of town. He was never in town. Worst mistake was to hire this guy and pay so much money for nothing. Would call and text his phone and never get a response. Don’t waste your time the second you pay him he disappears

Horrible!!! I paid for a contract which they claimed would take 10-15 minutes to complete, since it is something that can be completed super-fast. We then received a call 3 days later and they stated that they could not complete the contract but that they could not return our money back because they had worked on it. Are you kidding me??? They claimed that their time is valuable, but what about my time? I paid for “Professional” services but I got the most unprofessional treat, it’s been almost 2 weeks and I Never got at least an apology from this guy or the contract I paid for. I ended up doing the contract by myself. I do not recommend this business at all!!!!!!

Around 2016 I was represented by Mr Reynaldo Ortiz when no other attorney would even do more than hear me out. I was discriminated and terminated from a for profit nursing program when I was two weeks from graduation and passing my courses with As and Bs. All because the director of nurses had something against me. As a mother of 6 children, I went door to door and phone to phone calling attorneys across the valley to explain how I was wronged. Nobody thought I had a case and Mr Ortiz saw the injustice and fought for me. After a year long battle and arbitration suit I won against that school. It was such a relief to not be in debt $13,000 to a school where I was denied my rights to graduate as a vocational nurse. I had to start from scratch at STC and gladly graduated as an RN May 2021.

I have had a pending misdemeanor case going on for over three years and it has yet to be resolved. The charge was formally filed less than a month before the statute of limitations expired. I have not received an update from Jaime about this case in six months and my mother and I have been hounding him for an update countless times since then. He needs to be more responsive to my calls and emails and at least be courteous enough to tell me what is going on.
