I ran accross Mr. Hymans number while doing a Google search and let me tell you, I've never been happier. Andrew (as he introduced himself) was very patient and provided a great deal of advice to me including a few references to help me along the way. Many Attorneys I've spoken with rush me and make me feel less than; Not Andrew. He heard my silent screams and validated them. Andrew is proof that one bad apple does not spoil the entire bunch. Jelisaveta is one of the most amazing attorney's I have ever met. I was going through a terrible 3 year divorce. All the other attorney's only cared about racking up more fees. Not settling. Mr. Ayvazi represented me in a very involved construction litigation matter. We went to arbitration on one part of the case and court trial on another part. He was knowledgeable and always prepared. I recommend him very highly.
Subsequent to that litigation, we formed a friendship and later a partnership. Rafik and I were partners for almost 11 years and I have been a witness to his practice, his conduct with our clients and the resuls he has been able to garner for his clients.

I was in a contract dispute, and was referred to Kramar by one of his clients whose case he had previously won. I hired Kramar for a breach of contract issue I was having with a business I had hired. Kramar was always honest and never "sugarcoated" the realities of litigation. Kramar had the lien lifted from my home and fortunately, won my case. It's difficult to find an attorney you feel you can trust. His rates were competitive and I'll be using him in the future.

I brought in Aren on a client's litigation matter to prepare us to respond to a complaint. Aren did not want to take the case before analyzing the facts. Once he did analyze, he told me he could likely have it dismissed via a demurrer (response filed at the beginning of the case). He sent us a long list of documents and a list of questions. The case was dismissed within a short time without any additional litigation costs to my client. We were surprised by how small his bill was and paid it right away.
I am again working with him on another matter and needless to say, he is kicking the defendants' behind...

Farzad took our small music group and created the contracts that have allowed us to scale internationally. Part of the reason is that he actually used to make and sell music when he was younger - so he gets it. The man takes the time to listen to all of the details about our deals.
