I've been a client of Michele's for many years. Over the course of our relationship she has represented us on a number of matters, from litigations to contract reviews. I'm pleased to report that she hasn't lost yet.
What she has done, is save me from myself on a few occasions. I think it's natural to buy into your own press, and take a hardline approach. Many attorney's love this, as it typically means bad decisions and more billable hours. Don't get me wrong, Michele is happy to fight the good fight and if very strategic. But what sets her apart is that she's honest about the risks and rewards; even if that means billing less.
As her firm has grown, I've noticed that this care for client outcome over billables has permeated through the entire organization. I've used legal representation that costs substantially more per billable hour. I can honestly say that I'm thrilled to be working with Michele and her entire firm, and I do not feel like I compromised on quality in any way. Michele is a bulldog, with really smart associates, and a nice demeanor.

Michele Ross was recommended highly by another attorney for multiple business and residential real estate closings, and we have found that recommendation to be excellent. Horrible ! Waist of time
I was in a hit and run. In a very busy area with not only cameras but high security building across the street. She said is a he said she said. But what isn’t?
Linda every 3 months will tell me to stay in physical therapy. That she is trying to get the video, 2 years later dropped my case and now I’m being sued. Sends me to go MRI stacking up more than 20,000 in debt !

My only complaint is that I was asked to write a review. For the most part, I believe people should keep their opinions to themselves. I came here for a Will before my gallbladder surgery. Nick had it finalized within a week and even threw in a free living will. The girl who drew up the papers is fantastic. Ask for her.

A woman from this office called and asked if I would review their services. My brother-in-law recommended Sekas to handle a boundary dispute I was having with my neighbor. He resolved the issue (fairly) quickly in my favor. I am taking one star off because I was told I had to keep my dog (emotional support) on a leash during the initial consultation even though the door was closed.

I cannot say enough about Ms. Suarez. My wife and I were looking for someone to help with the sale of our house that would be professional and not take us for fools. I say this because from my experience with other real estate attorneys there are always “hidden fees” not mentioning names but when we purchased the house we went with an attorney who gave us a “good price”. At the closing table we were paying for extra copies/document fess etc we felt like we were dealing with a car salesman and not a professional. We will be working on our estate planning and the closing of our new house with Ms. Suarez no need to look any further. Professionalism at its best.

I got to know Albert Buzzetti while I was in a car accident and looking for several lawyers' offices. Sam helped me with a partnership dispute as it got ugly when everyone lawyered up. The courts took much longer than expected (first time being involved in a suit) and it got frustrating at times, but it all worked out in the end so I have no complaints. Great guy to work with and I would highly recommend him.

Savy Grant is smart to some extent, but I must emphaze that she Is too rushy. Her choices in Court are bad. She smiled when she got Probation for a client, but you don't smile when a Judge is doing something that he wasn't going to do in the beginning. She kept Discovery away from me, after repeated requests. I ended up pleading guilty to one charge that I didn't even do. The other two I did though. Communication is minimal. Bad Lawyer.

She will find a way to keep your money , I was selling my property but the sale fell through before going to closing . I asked for a partial refund multiple times for few weeks and kept getting the run around until she finally told me that you get nothing . not to mention it takes forever to get anything accomplished . Savy is awesome. I’ve been a PPE broker since March 2020. I was unable to close transactions. Every time my deals went a2a, I never knew what was happening, and the deal would never close. Something had to change.
Another broker group recommended her, and our group decided to use her as well. Instead of submitting our orders to the Seller’s brokers or Seller’s attorney, we now submit our docs to Savy, and she takes care of the rest.
She verifies the buyer, works with buyers attorney to revise the as needed. She also works with the buyers banker to verify funds prior to submitting the order to the Sellers attorney. she’s present at every a2a. She knows all the players involved, and she made all the difference!
