I was so fortunate to find Mr. Nesbitt on my google search when I needed assistance with a realestate issue. He was very knowledgable of real estate law and professional in his interactions with the opposing attorney. He listened to details of the events with patience and understanding and developed a plan of action which yeilded excellent results. I am a lawyer that practices in the area of estate planning and elder law. I occasionally run into a problem that I need help with. I have not found a question that Dave Steinhoff does not know the asnwer to. Other lawyers consult him because he is the expert. Individual clients should too.
I have recently testified for him in a probate case where he was the trial attorney. He won his case and did a fantastic job in the trial preparation (which is the key to winning in litigation) and in the courtroom.

I called the Iyer Law Office with some simple questions about a traffic citation. Mr. Iyer kindly answered my questions and offered me a bit of guidance in the duration of our brief phone call. It was difficult to receive a call back from any of the law offices I reached out to with my simple question, as answering it was not going to be profitable for the lawyer. However, Mr. Iyer seemed more than happy to help me understand my options and showed care for my situation even if I was not to become a client. When/if I do need to hire a lawyer in the future, I would undoubtably would work with Mr. Iyer based on the quality of our exchange over the phone that day.

If you look online at her current cases, Margaret’s tactics are to lye & wait and she will do this for months, if not years. She will not contact the DA. She was hardly proactive at all. Her demeanor was polite. But it was not worth more than 5000 alone. Forget the comments below believe me when I say you will play the roll of your own Attorney if you hire this one. Half the time you’re lucky if she reaches out or returns a single phone call/text , & doesn’t make you feel ridiculous for asking questions about your case. please continue looking elsewhere. If I had it to do over again, I would!!

I made a 900$ payment for an 800$ bill only for them to withdraw due to non payment??? and then sends me ANOTHER bill. Lol None of the payments shown on the are up to date. I received a new attorney from them on Oct 28th. Haven't spoken once to my new attorney. Place is a joke, I'll be filing for legal malpractice. Good thing I have emails and screenshots.
