Mr. Moghul represented me in a landlord-tenant dispute. I was the tenant defendant and the trial was held in a completely pro-landlord jurisdiction.
Despite the odds, Mr. Moghul stuck to the facts and was a zealous advocate from day one through a (too long) day of trial. The opposing counsel falsified at least one document yet Mr. Moghul remained his true ethical self.
Although I ended up paying as much or more than the underlying suit, Mr. Moghul could not have been a better attorney for me.
Ethics still matter, even in mid-2019. Mr. Moghul is that rare combination of ethical + energetic. If anything, he seemed to get more passionate as the day of trial grew long.
I highly recommend Mr. Moghul whether you are on the plaintiff or defendant side.

It's hard to believe that a month ago I didn't even know Robert Pope. In the past few weeks, he has been the calm in a stormy sea. His manner has always been professional. His accessibility and competence have been reassuring during a most stressful time.

Quinton is a fine client's lawyer and a fine lawyer's lawyer. I always recommend him highly and he is the first person I think of when I have a Virginia matter. He is extremely considerate and careful of the client's concerns, but always politely candid with a friendly dry wit, i.e., he will make a clear recommendation in a fine manner even if it may not quite be what the client is hoping for . Mr. Laufar not only approached the case as requested, he also introduced other variables that resulted in a larger award. He explained parts of the law that we were not aware of at the time. Had we gone to Mr. Laufar 6 months earlier, we would have had a much larger award than obtained at the end of the case. If any follow-up work is required, we will definitely go back to Mr. Laufar and we do recommend him for any legal action.
