I highly recommend Maureen Danker. Maureen is up front, honest and compassionate. From the beginning of my contentious custody case Maureen set my expectations. Mr. Moghul represented me in a landlord-tenant dispute. I was the tenant defendant and the trial was held in a completely pro-landlord jurisdiction.
Despite the odds, Mr. Moghul stuck to the facts and was a zealous advocate from day one through a (too long) day of trial. The opposing counsel falsified at least one document yet Mr. Moghul remained his true ethical self.
Although I ended up paying as much or more than the underlying suit, Mr. Moghul could not have been a better attorney for me.
Ethics still matter, even in mid-2019. Mr. Moghul is that rare combination of ethical + energetic. If anything, he seemed to get more passionate as the day of trial grew long.
I highly recommend Mr. Moghul whether you are on the plaintiff or defendant side.

Unbelievable experience. I called this firm and was transferred to speak to a paralegal lady, thanks a bunch! She listened to my concern, made her own assumptions without consulting an attorney, then proceeded to tell me 'she' wasn't comfortable with the call and told me to basically take a hike and then hung up the phone. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from any company. Partners should be made aware that you have an extremely rude and unprofessional paralegal working in your company that will continue to damage your reputation.

As a first time for sale by owner house seller I reached out to Rob based off of other reviews I had seen. I was not disappointed! Mr. Laufar not only approached the case as requested, he also introduced other variables that resulted in a larger award. He explained parts of the law that we were not aware of at the time. Had we gone to Mr. Laufar 6 months earlier, we would have had a much larger award than obtained at the end of the case. If any follow-up work is required, we will definitely go back to Mr. Laufar and we do recommend him for any legal action.

I recently took a chance on Chris DeSimone to assist me with negotiating a lease as a prospective tenant looking to rent space in a commercial building. The lease as 36 pages and included a personal guarantee. I was very overwhelmed by it all to say the least.
As it turns out, Chris represents several landlords and knows the ins and outs of this law extremely well. We agreed on a VERY reasonable rate for the entire process from start to finish, which was surprise #1 for me. Surprise #2 was the speed and turnaround time with which Chris did his work. It was truly amazing! Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, was surprise #3. He successfully negotiated several key items including the personal guarantee going away after two years, prevailing party paying for legal fees and not just me, and several other VERY important safeguards to help me limit my risk. He was able to do this by leveraging his extensive experience in this space and knowing where landlords might make concessions and where they won't.

I had a mistameanir in virginia on my way home to Illinois, was not aware of the sudden change of speed limit, when i was presented with a mistameanir and a court date, of course i was devastated. I reached out to Miss Kimberly Phillips, and Esha, and i have to admit Esha was caring and professional with all the information i needed, and Miss Kimberly phillips took care of case at court and bought the mistameanir to a ticket violation. The fine was bought down to 250.00 and i did not have to return to virginia.
