The service I received from Keele & Parke was nothing less than exceptional. After my father was put on hospice due to cancer, my parents asked me to help them get a will together. I reached out to several law firms, but Taylor from Keele & Parke contacted me almost immediately and spoke with me with incredible compassion and understanding and was able to set up a consultation. We worked with Brent and he was able to get everything together in a matter of days and came out to our house with witnesses to sign the will since my father was on bed rest. In the weeks after, Brent answered all of my questions with clarity and gave me very helpful advice on how to get all of my fathers affairs in order. First we are owners of the Convent of the Holy Nativity In Fond Du Lac Wisconsin. To Note we won the Appeal, Kimberly Penix a Very Nice woman helped us win our Appeal.
We unfortunatley we not treat right, or fair, But held onto faith in God and trying to do the right Thing. Kimberly and her Council with Our Attorney Dan Kaminsky helped us sooo much. Her knowledge of the law was impressive and she impressed the The Judges and through logic we succeeded but with her help being blessed by God.
And Saved a Historic Property The Convent.., At least we were able to breathe with the help she gave and didn't have to worry over the premature razing of the property.
What could be worst then having to face that awful fact. I feel like she was a real blessing to us. we were tired, exhausted and belittled by unjust prosecution and assumptions bad basically. We should have been working together, our side was but communication was awry... and against us.. leaving us dejected and feeling discriminated against in so many ways.... unreal. We were in essence being bullied.
Long Story short She helped us, and you know i believe God will give her the power to help you and whom ever comes in here path... she's that good, She explained and walked us paitently through the process.
Which she made it possible for us to help the future to preserve the property As God would have it... and or Enhance the Status.
She's Decently Affordable, and will let you know the pitfalls if she see's any and works possibly more then you would expect she has hoodspa tenancity she's good. Now also The News papers in Fond Du Lac and the people that understood the value of the historic prooperty The Fond Du Lac Reporter also wrote stories about her case with us and its a miracle worked through with her. Kimberly Penix is a knowledgeable, dedicated, hard working, take action type attorney that you want fighting for your rights. She did that for me were other attorneys knowingly dropped the ball. Her professional approach was extremely welcome and helpful. She has an incredible sense of humor as well! The bottom line is, if you want a top notch attorney, your journey has ended. She has a vast knowledge of the law and is able to reflect that in paperwork preparation for the courts. Her confidence, communication, commitment, and competence excited me the first time I spoke to her on the phone about my case. Her response time to all my email inquiry's was phenomenal. Her exceptional willingness to help me in every way that I have needed over the last two years (were multiple other attorneys could not be bothered to do their jobs). I retained Mr. Elmore after about a year of failed attempts at handling my home loan modification, on my own. I was facing foreclosure and was feeling a bit misled and somewhat bullied by my mortgage company. I had previously attempted to retain a different lawyer, who informed me that it was hopeless and furthermore she was amazed that I was still in my home. On a friend's referral, I called Mr. Elmore. Right from the start he was very confident, which I needed, as well as informative. He detailed what the process would entail, including my resposibilites and a timeline. Along the way I chose to file bankruptcy, which he had initially informed me was an option available to me. The banckruptcy and loan modification were both successful and I'm sleeping soundly again. There were no surprises along the way and his fee was perfectly reasonable. I'm more than happy with Kevin Elmore.

Helped my mom with her divorce. I'm not sure what all the detailes were, but one day she took me in with her so I can see what it's like to talk to a lawyer. He was super nice, and treated me like an adult. He let me look over some paperwork and explained to me what different things ment. Steven took my case which was entirely time sensitive and ran with it and won a summary judgement that lifted a lien that had been illegally placed by a bad actor. Steve gathered the facts, and made; filed, pled and won the case in a matter of weeks, which was what was needed to preserve my partnerships investment and profit.
Steve did all this while going up against a major international law firm that sent three lawyers to plead the defendant's case.
My partnership stood to lose hundreds of thousands of dollars that it had invested and walk away from a multi-million sales price had Steve not performed as he did.
And all of this with empathy and a sense of humor!

I first consulted with Attorney Kimberly Alderman regarding possible cancellation of a Timeshare Services Agreement, based upon the company’s failure to comply with its obligations. I asked her two questions: Did I have a valid reason for cancellation and, if so, what was her fee to help me do so. She asked me to tell her more about it and quietly listened to my tale. I was shocked when, instead of answering either of my questions, Kimberly had skillfully reassessed the situation and replied that she believed I was a victim of a fraudulent scam and was worried that I would not be able to recoup the charges I had paid the deceitful company to release me from the timeshare!
With kindness and compassion, Kimberly showed more concern for MY well being than for HER firm’s business. Such an amazing person and an absolute Godsend!!! At no cost to me, after calming me down from my overwhelm, she counseled Me to immediately report the matter to my credit card company, and said that SHE would advise the Colorado Bureau of Investigation and the Pikes Peak Elder Justice Center of my situation. Fast forward two weeks: My credit card company completed its own fraud investigation and refunded the entire $9600 to my account!!! Kudos to Kimberly for coming to my rescue!

I cannot recommend Sarah enough! No one wants to have to deal with family court issues, but if you do, this is absolutely the law firm to use! Throughout the entire process, Sarah was knowledgeable, kind, empathetic, organized, and realistic. My emails/calls were always answered quickly, and Sarah was always clear and honest as far as what to expect, giving her advice while also listening to my concerns. My only regret is I didn't use her when I first got divorced, haha...this was for a bunch of post-decree stuff, that unfortunately went allllll the way to a hearing. In the courtroom, Sarah was clearly much more prepared than the other counsel, organized, and had made sure I was very clear on what to expect/do, and you can tell she is smart, quick, (and also tough as she cross-examines!) I ended up getting not just everything I wanted, but extra things I didn't expect as well. However, even the outcome was less than that, I would still be recommending her, because of how helpful and amazing she and her staff were for the entire years-long process leading up to this. She was also fair in her billing, (and didn't let the other party or my witness run extra time on the billing clock.) I hope you never need a family attorney, but if you do, this is the one to use.

Tom chased our case from the onset. Promise after promise. Wanted our money. He is very short and stocky with Napoleon complex. He treated us with none of the respect the other reviewer noted. Did nothing after we paid him. Now we are fighting for our kids life and getting a new attorney. Go elsewhere for juvenile defense!!!!!!!

My family hired Mr. Wilson to help with disputed personal representation over a family members will. He couldn't keep names, dates, facts straight. He crossed with no pertinent questions, asked no pertinent questions of us in court. He caused us to lose the trial and cost a lot of money. I would never recommend him to anyone.

I was seeking an attorney that was experienced in the dissolution of a business. Mr. Wilson presented himself as a non-confrontational. Turns out, he was non-conformational with everyone but me. Mr. Wilson provided poor almost non-exist legal advice. This ended up costing more than ½ of my business. He made agreements with the defenses attorney and did not consult with me. I lost buildings, equipment and money without as much as a courtesy call. He told me that I was legally entitled to ½ of the business and that we would without issue receive at least that. During negotiations with the defendant Mr. Wilson sent emails to the defense that I had written to him without as much changing a word. He would only communicate through email, I repeatedly requested a face to face strategy session, but he was never available. When I showed up for a case management meeting, he did not even recognize me. My lawsuit was unnecessarily drug out by Mr. Wilson’s lack of legal knowledge and advice, poor communication and lack of focus on my case. When I hired Mr. Wilson, I was told I would get ½ of a business that I rightfully owned, and as it turned out a good portion of that was lost to poor negotiations and give a ways without my knowledge and consent.

You seek an attorney for legal consul, experience and professional advice. In our experience Mr. Wilson provided poor representation and costly incorrect legal advice. In my opinion, he did not put enough time into our case which cost our company a great deal of money. He told us our tennent was in our facility illegally and said our key witness would give us an 80% chance of success. The problem was he did not speak with our key witness until 10 minutes prior to court as was not prepared. It was very evident that if he had spoken with the key witness earlier, he should have know our tenant was in fact in our facility legally and the opposing counsel brought this our very successfully. In addition Mr. Wilson underestimated his time and cost on 3 separate instances by as much a 100%. So every time he told us 3-4 hours of attorney fees, it was 6-8. He also did not inform us that if we lost the case we would be liable for our tenants attorney fees which we again very costly. All in all this was not a good experience and I feel Mr. Wilson did not provide experience, legal knowledge and dedicated time needed as evident by poor results and very costly fees. I quote Mr. Wilson when he told us, "You want them out, I'll get them out". The judge said no. And I paid a high price for poor legal representation.
