I e- mailed Jarrod King about a problem I was having with and ex-landlord who is threating to sue me to collect damages he said we cause by pet urine on floors. We never had a pet but still felt we needed someone to help us work with this. Mr King called me with in 5 minutes of receiving my e-mail to tell me he did not do this type of lawyer but referred me to someone who does. He went out of his way to help me and think he cares about people who need are in need of help. I would recommend him to anyone needing an attorney.

I engaged Alan to help me through the complexities of obtaining my Lenders License.
He was very knowledgeable about the process and provided me with a high level of service.
I worked quickly getting him all the information needed and he worked at my pace.
He was responsive to e-mails and questions and follwed up with the DFPI to make sure everything was filed correctly.
I had read online that this process could take as long as 6 months however Alan completed the assignment in less than 3

When the roofs at my apartment property were damaged in a hail storm, my insurance company told me the repair costs were less than my deductible, and denied my claim. I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Hampton Law Firm, particularly with the conduct of attorney Rebecca. Throughout the duration of my case, I felt that my concerns and interests were consistently disregarded, and I was pressured into making decisions that were not in my best interest. Most notably, Rebecca pushed me into accepting a charge that I did not believe was justified or in line with the circumstances of my case. Despite my reservations and clear desire for a different approach, she strongly encouraged me to take the charge, citing vague and unconvincing reasons. Her demeanor was dismissive of my questions and concerns, and I felt that my rights and options were not fully explained to me. The entire experience was incredibly disheartening, as I trusted the firm to represent me fairly and competently, only to find myself coerced into an outcome I felt was neither necessary nor appropriate. This lack of transparency and professional integrity has left me deeply dissatisfied with both the firm and its representation, as I was forced to accept a charge that I was being falsely accused of. She did NOTHING to try to dismiss the charge. When I was in front of the Judge he even looked at me Like was I sure I wanted to accept the charge. Rebecca told me I would take a charge I didn't commit. I ended up spending over $10,000 on attorney fees. Do Not go to this lawfirm. They will NOT represent you, they will just drain your wallets. As a veteran family, we used Mr. Werley's services with a child support case. He was inadequately prepared and in my opinion could have been a better orator within the chambers.
Now, we have received a service of him withdrawing due to lack of communication.
After reading this, I asked Mr. Werley to contact me.
With my wife present, he explained that we have no problem communicating, but in order to withdraw council he has to apply that as one of the issues for attorney/client termination.
This appears highly unethical and with all due respect Mr. Werley, you owe this veteran family a complete refund for misrepresenting yourself.
I never leave posts without bringing receipts.

Jane Fowler handled the final settlements of a will/estate, and was a blast to work with. She brings a sense of common sense to the legal world that all too many lawyers over look. She has personality and passion and understands nothing previously done is ever totally by the book.
When there was a missing clause in the will we were putting thru probate, she found all the undotted I's and uncrossed T's, and was able to fix them (legally of course) before the court could ask why they were not done. In other words, she came to court truly prepared.
When it came to teaching us what needed to be done to make things run smoothly, she was clear and concise, and spent just the amount of time (and our money) telling us what was needed. She didn't simply pad her schedule to increase her billable hours.
In court, She has shown fantastic talent in getting the court to work with her, seeming like she has established a good reputation with the judge as well as their staff (the people who actually make things happen).
Our day in court when smooth, without a hitch, and I credit her for knowing the answers to the questions the judge asked, without ever looking like she was searching for the answer, or surprised by the question.
In short, she is far from the stuffy 'suit' that most lawyers become, or who feel like their doing you a favor to take you money.
Instead, she tells you from the start how she is going to earn your money, and then sets out and does what she says.
If your expecting someone to blow sunshine, or make you feel like your right, when your not, this is not the attorney you want.
Rather, she is the type to tell you that you screwed up, if you did in fact do so and then bend over backwards to see you get treated fairly.

I do not start paying on student loans until March of next year I wanted to try and get ahead of my credit before then. I had mortgage that is $500 a month. I kept up with that no problem.
