I was referred to Shirvanian Law Firm by a friend after being involved in a car accident, and I decided to entrust them with my case. One great thing about this law firm is that they offered chiropractic treatment as part of their service. When I mentioned that I wasn’t satisfied with the chiropractor, they arranged for me to see a better one, which improved my treatment experience.
It took about two years to reach a settlement, but I am satisfied with the compensation. Choosing to work with this law firm was definitely a good decision, and I recommend them for car accident cases.

Everyone I had the pleasure of talking to was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. This was my first time using/needing an attorney and they made it pretty painless. Took a little over a year to come to a close. Which seemed to be the norm. But they got the win. I didn't have to do much of anything besides sign the rights to the case to them then sign the agreement on the payout. I called Raffy to see if he could help me with a real estate issue I was having. Raffy said that due to the time-consuming nature of my problem, he couldn’t help me but could refer me to another lawyer.
But he graciously agreed to a 1-hour consultation. He is a great listener, and his advice was excellent. He drew upon years of legal experience, telling me what he thought I should do, and what my risks are with the various options I am considering.
Frankly, he just comes across as someone with high integrity. He seems to derive satisfaction from doing an excellent job and cultivating a great reputation.
I was amazed that at the end of our meeting he did not try to sell me on his services. I asked again if he could take my legal work, and he said he was too busy since he doesn’t like to outsource any legal work to other people, but prefers to do it all himself since that’s what his clients are expecting.
I recommend that if you need legal advice, you call Raffy and see if he has time to help you. You won’t regret it.

Words cannot explain how impressed I am with Attorney Raffy Boulgourjian. I found him on the attorney website AVVO and am so truly thankful I did.
I had rushed back to the country due to receiving court papers by a company claiming breach of contract (they were claiming I had signed to sell my house to them at 50% off market price and at 200k less than what I owed the bank) My house was NOT for sale, not to mention, I was out of the country when this supposed contract was signed. (Sidenote > fraudulent realty scheme > yes they filed papers in court & yes they put a lien on my house)
I was searching for attorneys on AVVO and after researching and cross referencing with other attorney review sites I compiled a list of potential attorneys and started making calls. Raffy was the chosen one. Not only was he patient and helpful, during the initial phone call he attempted to walk me through the steps that I could take in order to resolve this on my own without retaining his services and incurring attorney fees --- apparently he had a client with the same type of case as mine, copy paste except for our names.
I appreciated his honesty in trying to save me money but could not take any chances in attempting to handle this myself... He was the chosen ONE. I retained his services and am so glad that I did. He was available throughout the entire process via phone call and email, he kept me updated in detail anytime he had new information. He took care of it all, got the lien taken off of my house got the fraudulent case against me dropped basically did everything he had set out to do and all in a short period of time. He sent me monthly invoices with a breakdown showing me exactly what was billed and get this…. In the end I get a check back for the money’s not used. I am going to be honest, as I was with him, I did not expect any money back, I feel like he under billed, it would have been worth every single penny had he kept the entire retainer and, yes, I would have written a review regardless, but, I am so impressed with this final action on his part that I decided to go more in detail with the specifics on my case and rid you of any doubts.. If you are reading this review and you need an attorney then don’t hesitate to call him. I have never been impressed with attorneys and have actually sided with the term “Lawyer=Liar” but not anymore. Raffy Bougourjian is a Lawyer and is a straight forward and honest person. I am now a believer that there are good people who turn into great attorneys with an amazing work ethic.
I would not hesitate to refer clients to him for as long as he is an attorney and I as long as I am alive

Jack represented us in a very complicated law suit. Throughout the process which almost took two years, every decision he made turned out to be the best one for our case.
At one point we had seven lawyers, for different matters. Jack was the Managing Counsel, keeping everyone on track, and staying focus to details, as well as the bigger picture. He had to work often for very long hours, and many times over the weekend, while at the same time always answering our phone calls, and taking the time to listen to us.
We were finally able to reach a settlement agreement which left us very pleased. We are so thankful for the great job he did, for his work ethic, experience, knowledge and wisdom. Jack touched our lives in many ways, helping us understand and assess the problem, finding the best solution to clean this big mess, and finally bulletproofing the settlement to protect us in the future. His personal involvement through this ordeal is beyond a relationship between Counsel and Clients, and for that we will always be very humbled and thankful.

I'm not here to rate the work of this buffet as defenders, but to say that they are very irresponsible people, anyone who is in the finance department, along with the supervisor. I have been waiting for a refund of $20,000, for more than 6 months... which was supposed to happen in 3-4 weeks. And every time I call, absolutely no one can help me, I have sent emails to support and there is no answer either, they tell me that on Monday, gosh, I'm calling on Monday. I think that if they are not responsible in one thing, they are not responsible in anything.

This review for Mark Cianciullly is way overdue but I wanted to leave a good review as he is so deserving of it. I tried my best to not get too lengthy in my review but it was hard to narrow it down.
If you’re going through probate, it is imperative that you hire an experienced probate real estate expert, especially if you’re going through a complicated probate. Do your research because there are some real estate agents who claim to be an experienced probate real estate expert. Well, we (not my idea) hired one of those and it turned out to be a total nightmare costing us more money on wasted time. I couldn’t wait until our contract with him expired.
After our contract with that agent expired, I told my attorneys that we were looking for another probate real estate agent and they highly recommended Mark Cianciullly. However, they told me I needed to have the house ready for listing before we contact him because he doesn’t offer services for that.
We were overwhelmed with so much to do and had wasted so much time and money with the other agent. In spite of my attorneys telling me I needed to have the house ready before calling Mark, I called him anyway. To my surprise he told me he could contact reputable companies that he has worked with to get the house ready. Mark and his team moved quickly and did an amazing job clearing out years of accumulated items and tidying up the yard. Mark never pressured us to have any major work on the house or any house staging done. He felt the house didn’t need it and would still sell at a good price. That saved us money for services not needed. He was able to sell the house pretty fast and sold it at a price much higher than everyone expected.
Not only is Mark an amazing probate real estate expert, he works great with people too.
