After much procrastination, my husband and I decided it was time to see someone to prepare a will, durable power of attorney for financial matters and health care, and other documents to avoid probate. I hired George for a Business case. He spent (wasted) time learning about the operations of the business than addressing the matter at hand. He had compassion for the party we brought suit to and as a result negotiated with his attorney in his behalf. He was more interested in billing hours that having direct conversations. He consistently billed for his conversing about himself and his life. You will be let down and disappointed if you hire him.

George Rizik was a complete & utter failure, imposed upon our case by an equally ineffective judge, who failed to follow up on conducting a review of our case, allowed those he accused of theft to not be concerned with responding to anything, as he did no follow up without being hounded, and failed to dispense assets according to the trust, because the parties did not bring the issue in front of the court properly. As far as I can see, there was no point to his services except as income for himself (taken & distributed from the trust assets by himself), ensured by his pal Barkey. If he is appointed, do yourself a favor & file a motion to have him removed from your case. He also failed to record payments taken from the trust, so eagle eye invoices, if you can get them from him! Good luck to anyone unfortunate enough to be forced into contact with this incompetent, useless & unprofessional pos.
