We unexpectedly had a conditional use permit approval appealed with only a ten day turn around time before the appeal hearing. Chuck amazes me, again and again. He is of the highest moral and ethical character. He is always honest. I would trust him with my life. He knows how to carefully walk through a minefield and avoid pitfalls and Chuck has a compassionate, understanding side, and he can be firm if need be. Chuck works with people very well, he can soothe the most cantankerous adversary. Chuck always keeps me informed on a daily, sometimes minute by minute, basis, and sends me copies of all his correspondence and reports on conversations with all the parties involved.
