I used Attorney O'Sullivan on my realtor Kelly Warren's advisement when I bought my home and he did a great job. Charlie wasted my time, money and mislead me enitrely. I hired him to facilitate and guide me through the process of probating my mother's estate and he produced NOTHING. He strung me along, told me he had filed paperwork and was awaiting the court's response and I am embarrassed to reveal the extent to which I believed him. When my patience and dollars ($3000K+) had finally tapped out, I called the court and found that nothing for my case had been filed, requested or 'lawyered' for years!

For a small town lawyer, Mr. Olchowski was quite knowledgeable in my issues. He usually got back to me and kept me informed of what was happening in my case. I'd highly recommend him to others. And he doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

It took this attorney 3 years to get a court date and he kept telling me that you are not going to win !! He had all kinds of promises at the consultation and after that when he got paid up front he did absolutely nothing. There was no police report and I was the one who found the attorney on the false docket sheet , who said he never heard of me nor knows me or the court date of the hearing Isaac would give me a time and a date to contact him numerous times and he never answered the phone. This is a bad attorney ( if you want to call him that - an attorney ) to be trusted !
