We were in an accident with my newborn and my husband, that caused me a lot of pain. Our car was totaled on the scene, and as you can imagine, hospital bills were STACKING up in the THOUSANDS. At first, my husband and I didn’t know what to do. Due to a connection of acquaintances, we were referred to Jordan Law to take on our case. My family and I are so grateful that we did. I got all the care I needed, I always had the support I needed, and just people who care. It’s tough to find lawyers that genuinely care about you and all the different components of having an accident, while also fighting for you. Mr. Atkinson represented me for a rental property management negligence case in which I was trying to recover damages done to my rental unit by a water leak from the unit above mine. The case went to trial with a 6-member jury and several witnesses. In the end, we did not prevail, but I do believe Mr. Atkinson did the best that could be done under the circumstances. He was very prepared, spent much time developing the case, and was energetic and poised in court. I would recommend him and would work with him again if the need arose.

Scott assisted me with due diligence and purchase agreements on three pieces of vacant land on the west slope of Colorado, one of which was an environmentally impaired mining claim. Scott's assistance with these matters was outstanding. Although I was a relatively small client, Scott was exceptionally responsive and dependable. His deliverables were accurate and language precise. Although small, the purchases were complex and required an attorney with expertise in environmental matters. I depended on his amendments to the purchase agreements to protect my interests and learned a lot about real estate law in the process.
A few years later, I completed an additional vacant land purchase in a different state (using different local attorneys as a result). In this later matter, the attorneys that I worked with were far from the caliber of Scott, further increasing my appreciation for the fine work that Scott performed in Colorado.
I highly recommend Scott for real estate and environmental/natural resource matters.

I knew Jeff was the right choice from the first conversation we had. Jeff is calm but sharp. He answered all my questions perfectly while providing the answer my ex's lawyer would provide as well. I felt reassured throughout the entire process which is daunting. The outcome was fair and I appreciated Jeff's attention to detail. Another reason I chose to go with Jeff's practice was that every email, text or call was personally responded to by Jeff in a timely manner and I didn't have to go through a chain of people. This immigration service is 5-stars. Erin Williams runs this business. She and her staff are great. The location (near Orchard and Quebec) is easy to access but it can be a little difficult to find. It's part of a larger complex that has several different offices (hers is building 4) so give yourself a few extra minutes to find it the first time. I had a lot of questions about the U.S. immigration process especially how to best maximize the probability of getting a visa for my friend who lives in China. I went with an initial 1-hr consult and got good solid answers for all of my questions. Erin really know the business. Afterwards, when talking with my friend, a few other questions came up and I arranged a follow-up "phone" consult with her that pretty much finished up every question I have. When the time comes, and my friend and I hopefully marry, I will obviously contact Erin again for all the details regarding spousal and/or fiancee visas. Finally, you won't find a friendlier person or staff to work with.

Decided not to take my case without hearing anything about it because "they do not do Medical Malpractice".
**EDIT** Recieved a phone call from Mr. Dan Caplis himself who stated he was unaware of his site stating his firm offered malpractice and that they were working to remedy it (pictured).
Mr. Caplis was apologetic and listened to a quick rundown of my case... even offering to refer me to a malpractice attorney.
After speaking with Mr. Caplis I can see why his firm is rated so well. He handled a complaint personally and very well professional, apologetic, helpful. I have no doubt Mr. Caplis would be either to help with your case or point you in the right direction. Call them.

My disabled Niece and Nephew's mother passed away and they were having a difficulty with their Trust. I hired attorney Brian Petz who refused to respond to a motion on time which resulted in a unfavorable judgement. Brian Petz indicated that because of his error, I would not be billed any further from their firm and they were getting rid of the current bill. Jereme Baker took over the case and three months later my card was charged almost 5k. Last week, again, they were asking for more money and I became upset because I wasn't supposed to have been charged in the first place and I had hired them nearly a year ago, with nothing good to show for it. I called and spoke to Attorney Heather Warren whom was very nice, I explained my issue and sent her a copy of the email from Brian Petz, admitting that he forgot to respond to the motion and that I would no longer be billed any further from their firm. Heather Warren said that Jereme had left for the day but that she would call him on his cell phone and call me back. Heather Warren called me back 10 min later and said that she spoke to Jereme Baker and that he would call me on Monday and that I would be refunded. Jereme Baker finally did call toward the end of the day on Monday, indicated that he would not be refunding me, indicated that the email Brian Petz sent was misunderstood. I asked him why did he tell Heather Warren that I would be getting a refund and he indicated that this had nothing to do with Heather Warren. This has been my experience with the baker law group, Brian Petz and most of all, Jereme Baker. There has been untruths, saying they are going to do one thing and then doing the opposite or not doing anything at all. I have not had a good experience with this law firm and unfortunately, my disabled Niece and Nephew are the ones who are sufferings. In my opinion, Jereme Baker is not an ethical person and I do not recommend him. You should be able to trust your lawyer and I do not trust or recommend Jereme Baker or his law firm

One simply cannot go wrong with choosing them based on this alone. However, I knew I was in great hands because of the knowledge and care they gave to me in communicating the advice I needed. I am a financial planner with a Denver physician client who is looking to create an ILIT. I called his office asking to speak to an attorney re creating the ILIT and was greeted with a rude assistant who demanded to first speak to my client, told me she could not set a call with Brad and eventually that I should call someone else while hanging up on me. I have been in the industry for 43 years, have worked with attorneys worldwide and have never experienced this sort of brash unprofessional conceit. I wouldn't let this guy litigate a parking ticket, much less create $30M ILIT for my client. Stay away!!

These folks know how to navigate the monsterous Medicaid applicaiton and approval process. They also help you find the right placement for your elder parent as they did for mine. Mary Beth Leitzman is a gem to have on your side and is also a trained social worker with lots of experience in Elder Care. Though the cost may be rather high ($6800) for our family, that cost is less than 1 month in a facility in Colorado and well worth the headache of navigating multiple agencies, rules, laws and so forth. These folks know how to navigate the monsterous Medicaid applicaiton and approval process. They also help you find the right placement for your elder parent as they did for mine. Mary Beth Leitzman is a gem to have on your side and is also a trained social worker with lots of experience in Elder Care. Though the cost may be rather high ($6800) for our family, that cost is less than 1 month in a facility in Colorado and well worth the headache of navigating multiple agencies, rules, laws and so forth. After Diamond Reagor - a supposed Christian company spent $10k doing a terrible job. I was incompetent for the initial hearing & Chris knowingly agreed to a child support figure that was fraudulent. Today was the case that Diamond Reagor started & couldn’t continue because they failed to protect my finances. The court date was today & they DID not ensure I was notified or that my # was in the court system. I have a daughter & son now stuck with a woman who is abusive… Maybe my turn to file a lawsuit for the mess they failed to protect me from. CLOSE DOWN PLEASE!!!!
